MFG manager is responsible for announcing changes in work schedules as far in advance as practicable. 2.5 考勤和准时出勤 Attendances and Punctuality所有员工应根据安排的班次准时上下班。除不定时工作制的员工外,所有员工正常工作和40、加班都应纪录上下班时间。All employees are expected to start work promptly at their assigned time and work the full number of scheduled work hours. All employees except those who are on flexible work schedule are required to record the time at the start and the end of each work session. This requirement shall al41、so apply in cases of overtime and all non-regular work time such as on rest days and on holidays when work is performed. 考勤有效时间:上班前30分钟和下班后30分钟的打卡纪录视为有效打卡考勤纪录。迟到或早退5分钟以上,系统自动扣薪半个小时。The valid time of attendance: 30 minutes before on duty and after off duty. A half-hour or actual hour salary will be d42、educted; whichever is higher, for late-coming or leaving early in excess of 5 minutes.考勤自助查询系统:公司所有员工都可以查询自己本月的出勤记录,可登陆人力资源部的考勤自助查询系统,网址是http:/?。此系统需用工号注册。The web self-service attendance system: All employees are able check their own attendance records, by logging into the HR web self-service attend43、ance system. The website path is http:/?, registration with your Employee No. is required. 2.6 休假申请和批核程序 Leave Request and Approval Procedure所有缺勤都应获得直接主管或部门经理的书面批准或许可。员工休年假,产假/父亲假,婚假应尽可能提出申请。通常情况下,员工的休假申请将获得批准,除非该员工正在执行一项关键的工作,且不可能被其它员工替代。各部门经理对是否批准休假申请有最终的决定权。All absences from work must have writte44、n approval or permission from the immediate supervisor and /or Functional Manager. As for Annual Leave, Maternity/ Paternity Leave, Wedding Leave, employee should apply for the leave as early as possible through their immediate supervisors. Generally, permission would be granted for such requests, u45、nless the employee is performing a critical function and is virtually impossible to replace. The Function Manager has the sole discretion whether or not to approve the leave application.如员工因病或其他可原谅的原因无法出勤,他/她应尽快通知主管;否则将被视为旷工,但以下情形除外:When employee is unable to report for work due to sickness or other46、 acceptable reasons, he/she must notify the supervisor as soon as possible. Otherwise, they are considered absence without official approval except for the following cases:a. 员工本人或其家属因病或意外需紧急治疗的;Emergency treatment for sickness of, or accident involving the employee or employees family.b. 员工的直系家庭成员住47、院或死亡的。Hospitalization or death of an immediate member of his/her family.c. 洪水,火灾,台风,地震或其他自然灾难。Flood, fire, typhoon, earthquake or other natural calamities.d. 其它严重的事件或与上述类似的不可抗拒因素。Other serious matters or compelling reasons analogous to the above.2.7 加班 Overtime当工作必须完成且不能在正常工作时间内完成时,在征得员工同意的情况下,可以安排加48、班。加班需经部门经理或其他由部门经理授权的人员的批准。Overtime work should be authorized only when necessary and the work cannot be completed during the regular work hours. Employees consent (approval) and the authorization of the Functional Manager or other persons designated by the Functional Manager are required.加班补偿的标准将依据49、国家的相关法律法规。The overtime compensation will be in line with the related government regulations.员工可以通过以下路径查询公司的加班政策?Employee can refer OT policy through company internal public network folder of ?2.8 个人资料变更 Report Change Of Personal Data公司保存员工的部分关键信息的纪录。这些信息包括员工姓名,身份证号码,紧急情况联系人,学历,家庭成员等。当这些信息发生变动时,员工应尽快50、通知公司更新相关纪录。员工可填写“个人资料变更表”通过直接主管递交人力资源部。The Company keeps certain key personal information of employee including name, ID code, Emergency Contact, Education, Family Member etc. When there is any change to the personal information which was previously submitted to the Company, the employee should do a51、n updating as soon as possible. The employee should use the Change of Personal Data Form and send to the HR Department via his supervisor.2.9 员工厂证 Employee Badge员工在入职当日,将得到一张x厂证(IC卡并附照片)。厂证是员工在x的重要身份证明,员工厂证中设置了员工在公司的进出权限和福利授权。Employee will get an employee badge (IC Card with photo) on the commenceme52、nt date. Employee badge is the important employee identification in x; the company security access as well as certain benefit authorization are programmed in the badge. 员工应妥善保管厂证,如厂证丢失,员工应立即向人力资源部报告。补办厂证的工本费为人民币50元。厂证作为公司的物品,员工离职时需退还厂证给人力资源部。Every employee shall take good care of his/her badge. Repo53、rt the loss of an identification badge immediately to HR Department and a replacement will be issued at a charge of RMB50 to the employee. The badge is considered x property and must be turned in to Human Resources Department upon termination of employment. 2.10 纪律惩戒政策 Disciplinary Policy纪律惩戒的主要目的是:54、 指引员工,使之重新树立对工作,主管和公司的积极态度 使员工紧记,对他/她采取的恰当的补救措施是为了防止错误的再次发生。 告诫员工,重复犯错会导致更严厉的纪律惩戒。 保护公司利益。Discipline is mainly intended to: Guide an employee to retain a positive attitude towards the job, the supervisor and the company. Install into ones mind that the appropriate remedial action taken against him/h55、er is to prevent its reoccurrence. Serve as a warning to the employee that a repetition of the misconduct shall result in more serious disciplinary action Protect the interest of the company 纪律惩戒分为3个等级 There are 3 stage of disciplinary action: 等级1 口头警告 Stage 1Verbal Warning 等级2 书面警告 Stage 2Written W56、arning 等级3 解雇 Stage 3Dismissal以下详细列明了各类违纪行为和相应的纪律惩戒等级。如果在12个月内,相同的违纪行为再次出现,员工将受到违纪行为所对应的下一个惩戒等级的处分。经常性出现的轻微违纪行为将被视为严重违纪行为,员工将受到由严重违纪行为相对应的纪律惩戒等级的处分。The following is a list of types of misconduct and stages of disciplinary action in relation to specific violation of each conduct. In the case of a sec57、ond similar misconduct committed within twelve months, the next stage of disciplinary action will be proceeded. A recurring minor misconduct may constitute a major misconduct and thus the corresponding stage of disciplinary action will be followed.违纪行为Misconduct纪律诚戒等级Stage of Disciplinary Action轻微Mi58、nor严重Major1. 不服从 Insubordination 拒绝服从合法,合理,且与雇佣条款无冲突的指令, Failure to obey lawful and reasonable orders that are consistent with the terms and conditions of employment拒绝服从合理的,可行的具体工作指令。 Refusal to obey specific work instructions which is reasonable and/or feasible122. 失职 Inattention to Duty延误完成所分派的工作,59、当班时睡觉,疏忽大意,给公司造成损失的。Delay in completing a job assignment, sleeping on duty, negligence, slackness in performance in circumstance where vigilance is the assignment of the job where due to negligence a considerable sum of loss is or may incurred by the company.123. 安全规则 Safety Rules滥用或漠视安全装置/设备。拒绝遵守由主60、管发出的安全指令,其它不安全的行为包括未能维持工作场地的安全。Abuse or disregard for safety devices or equipment, refusal to conform to safety instruction given by supervisor or any behavior of unsafe manner including failure to maintain safe working area.234. 在非授权区域吸烟Smoking in Unauthorized Area125. 在工作时间从事与工作无关私事Doing personal 61、things which are not related to work during office hours126. 未经事先批准,无故缺勤Absent from work without prior permission or without reasonable excuse127. 在公司区域或因公司事务打架或攻击他人Fighting/Assault in company area /at company events238. 故意散播谣言Deliberate Spreading of Rumors129. 泄露公司机密信息Disclosure of Companys confide62、ntial information3310. 伪造文件,记录,个人信息,厂证Falsification of documents, records, personal information, badge2311. 因疏忽或其它原因遗失或损坏公司财物Loss/damage of company property through negligence or otherwise1312. 盗窃或占用公司或其它同事财物/资金 Theft or embezzlement of company property /funds(including stealing from fellow employee63、s within the company premise)3313. 在工作时间饮酒或含酒精的饮料 Drinking of alcohol or the alcoholic beverage during office hour. 1214. 在公司范围内,行为不检Attempting to commit or committing an immoral act within company premises, e.g., verbal abuse & sexual harassment.1315. 在公司范围内藏匿/使用或销售毒品Possession/use or sale of illeg64、al drugs within company premises3316. 违反公司政策/指引和安全指引Failure to comply with company policy / guidelines and security guidelines.1217. 违反法律Conduct against the Law3318. 在竞争对手公司或与工作有利益冲突的公司任职 Job at competitor companies or other conflict of work interest3319. 携带公司财物离开公司Bringing company property out of t65、he company.3320. 进入变电房,仓库等未经授权的区域Enter transformer room, warehouse and other places to which access is prohibited without the permission of relevant person in charge1221. 在公司范围内乱扔垃圾Littering within company compound1222. 未经人力资源部许可,带非x员工进入宿舍Bringing non-x employees to dormitory without HRs permission266、323. 因与公司无关的目的,使用公司电子邮件和互联网Usage of Companys email and internet service for non company related purpose2324. 在入职申请表中填写虚假信息。False declaration in application form.33违纪行为不仅仅限于以上所列的各种不良行为,其他并不在列的不良行为同样会收到相应的惩罚。Above list is not exclusive and other misconduct not listed will be treated in corresponding m67、anner.根据违纪行为的严重性,在公司认为恰当时,管理层保留回顾、修改上述纪律惩戒等级的权利。Management reserves the right to review and change the stage of warning as appropriate depending on the degree of seriousness of the misconduct.2.11 辞职 Resignation公司希望所有员工均能在x有长远的职业生涯。然而,公司理解在某些情况下,员工出于自身意愿,希望终止在x的服务。It is the Companys intention that e68、very employee will have a long-term career with x. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind.
