工程概况毛连湾高架桥整体线性处于R=2400m的圆曲线上,底系梁分左、右幅径向布置。设计底系梁共13处。与设计代表协商1-21-3的底系梁取消,改为桩柱一体。其中,1-2作接桩处理。按桥柱尺寸施工。由于毛连湾桥系梁高程变更,今将底系梁的顶、底面高程列出。详细见表一。二、 施工工艺流程测量放线 施工石线 机械开挖基坑 人工清底 5cm石渣垫层 10#砂浆铺底浇筑 破桩头测量放样(桩中心点) 放出中心线、模板安装边线 安装钢筋14、 安装定型模板 检查验收钢筋、模板 浇筑砼 拆模养护 验收三、 主要工序施工要求1、 基坑开挖本工序主要是机械施工,配合人工清底。基坑开挖一定要在底系梁边线外加宽一边最少1m,另一边最少宽1.8m,保证模板安装的工作面。在基坑周围开挖排水坑有集水井,保证基坑不积水。人工清底要低于设计高程0.1m,15#素砼封底找平。用墨斗弹出中心线、模板内边线。2、 破桩头本工序主要用风镐机将设计高程以上超高部分的砼凿除。桩头周边凿到设计高程,中间部份高出2-3cm。用水将桩基上面冲洗干净。测量放出中心点,使整个系梁的几何空间位置满足设计要求。3、 钢筋制作及安装立柱钢筋笼与桩基钢筋笼对接长度为1.6m,焊前15、绑直,按长、中、下三段单面焊,每段焊长100mm。钢筋成形呈微锥形,钢筋重叠,补强变径区的受力能力。要保证桩基中心与立柱中心在同一个点的铅垂线上。立柱必须用风缆固定。系梁钢筋按设计图纸、按数量、规格、尺寸、位置安放并焊接牢固。4、 模板安装定型系梁模板用吊车员装到位。上下用对拉螺杆拉紧,处围用斜支撑固定。5、 浇筑砼模板安装验收后,进行下道工序,浇筑砼,砼坍落度控制在90mm,砼进仓采用斜形分层,先两侧立柱孔,然后系梁中心,分层厚度50cm,振动棒插入快,拔出慢,振动范围为0.5m,严禁振动棒触振模板,施工时振捣器绝对不能触碰模板及钢筋,否则会影响砼的表面质量,最后工序为表面收光。6、 预埋件16、的安装为便于今后对桩基进行沉降观测,在桩基内侧25cm处预埋20*60cm钢筋两根,高出系梁表面1-1.5m。7、 拆模浇筑24小时后拆模,吊车、人工配合。模板拆卸过程中不准碰撞系梁。以免伤及系梁,影响表面美观。8、 砼养护用水浇进行常规养护,表面覆盖草袋或麻袋,养护时间以7天为宜。四、 检验及验收开挖基坑、钢筋绑扎安装、立柱钢筋笼、模板安装每道工序完成后都要请监理工程师进行验收,合格后才能进行下道工序的施工。浇筑砼7天后,回弹仪检测合格后方可回填。五、 质量标准基底的平面位置高程允许偏差规定如下:1. 平面周线位置不小于设计要求。2. 基底高程:土质 50mm 石质 +50mm,-200mm17、3. 轴线偏位25mm4. 检查基底处理和排水情况是否符合要求5. 检查施工和有关实验资料钢筋砼系梁质量标准:项目规定允许偏差砼强度在合格标准内轴线偏位(mm)30外形尺寸(mm)0,+30倾斜度05%顶面高程(mm)10沉淀厚度符合设计要求六、 安全措施1、 基坑深度超过1.5m应按规定设置上下坡道或爬梯汛期开挖时要放缓边坡作为排水措施。2、 加强现场施工管理,施工现场工作人员必须戴好安全帽及其他安全防护用品。3、 基坑周围必须设置围栏,一般加高0.8m的围护栏,挖出的土方运离基坑。机动车通行不得危及坑壁的安全,以防坍塌。4、 施工现场电工须持证上岗。5、 施工地段设置各种警告标志,夜间应有18、良好的照明设施,车辆应限速行驶。6、 严禁非驾驶员开车或试车,严禁驾驶员酒后驾车,施工机械由专人操作。7、 专职安全员除正常在工地检查外,应重点对新工序提出安全注意事项,并配合现场技术员做好安全技术交底。七、 环保措施8、 施工现场应制定洒水防尘措施,指定专人负责及时清除废渣。对弃土污水不得向河流和施工线外直接倾倒。9、 施工机械的废油废水,应采取有效措施处理,不得超标排放污染河流和水源。10、 车辆载重要适中,不得超限。车身及轮胎应用水冲洗干净,不得污染道路。对洒落道路的废渣要及时清除。11、 施工设备要经质检部门检验,车辆尾气不得超标。12、
