1、九十六學年度上學期臺灣大學建築與城鄉研究所課程名稱 : 世界城市史授課者 : 王芝芝教授時間 : 星期五下午14:30-17:20課程目標 : 1)以文明史的角度探討世界都市發展的脈絡; 俾利學生認識都市空間與社會文化的互動歷史。 2) 研讀相關經典名著。成績評量：1)上課參與、報告、討論等佔40。 （選讀資料發言佔 25，出席佔 15）（發言一次為 3.5 分，依此類推）每位同學於本學期至少發言 7 次，上台發表者以 2 次計算；課堂上發言以 1 次計算；未於課堂上發言而事後以書子信或書面留言者亦以 1 次計算。（課堂上發言至少 5 次，含上台報告1次）在課堂上討論發言之同學請將發言內容傳至2、本人信箱言，並請註明課堂發言；未於課堂上發言之同學亦可在本人信箱留言，均請於當週星期日之前就本週討論內容上網留言。期末時請將本人留言紀錄列印一份繳交(姓名請以螢光筆標示）。2)學期報告佔60。課業要求 : 1) 按時上課，並參與討論(一學期內至少課堂發言五次; )2) 期末讀書心得報告3)開學二週後開始閱讀討論，以利上臺報告或參與討論。課程規範：1.上課請勿遲到。上課請關手機。 2.請假須經任課教師同意，否則一概無效。 4.一學期缺課三次者扣考（第二週起算）。 課程內容概要與進度 :課程導論 城市的源起 西方古典世界的城邦政治 雅典與羅馬 西歐中古時期都市生活再興 城市自治體、城寨西歐中古時期3、都市 - 羅馬、布魯日、西安納、巴黎、佛羅倫斯城文藝復興時代的理想城歐洲的巴洛克城市歐洲對外伸張與都市發展產業革命的衝激 曼徹斯特、格拉斯哥、雪非爾十九世紀的都市更新 倫敦、巴黎、柏林現代都市的多面發展 教科書與參考書Benevolo, Leonardo.
