前期分析1洞庭湖度假酒店景观设计说明1.项目概况本项目位于湖南省岳阳市南湖风景区太平咀地段，毗邻洞庭湖东岸，东侧为体育公园，南、北为低密度高档居住区，用地位置得天独厚，是建造五星级酒店的良好地段，基地总用地面积 97184 平方米，其中净用地面积 90732 平方米。本地块东西长约 400 米，南北长约 280 米，2、场地为平缓的丘陵地形，整体自然地形北高南低，基地南侧最低处水塘与北侧山地相差近 8 米。项目建设内容为五星级度假酒店及洞庭湖体育公园会所。2.设计依据1、建设部城市规划编制方法（2006）2、酒店建筑设计规范JG。J62903、太平咀地段控制性详细规划（2009）4、建设单位提供的 1：1000 地形图、红线图5、国家、湖南省、岳阳市其它相关法规、规范 3.设计理念 Design concept1、充分利用洞庭湖及体育公园的优美的景色，使建筑最大限度的观赏优美的湖景和体育公园。2、合理改造现状地形，充分利用现有地形高差，减少土方量，清晰呈现山水格局。3、保护现有水塘资源，充分利用使其成为酒店的3、景观湖面及室外泳池。4、寻找最佳的形态及延伸方向，寻求最佳的景观面，并以此定位建筑的性格特征。5、与基地北侧和南侧的低密度居住区充分协调，相得益彰，融为一体。4.景观设计设计理念 整体景观设计以外景内景结合、自然与人工兼顾、观赏与参与融合、动态与静态相间为主要设计理念。得天独厚的自然环境是本项目的最大优势，设计通过视线分析，得出最佳的建筑形态，使洞庭湖，和体育公园的外部景观资源最大限度得为视线所吸收，大堂和入口平台抬高至二层，前为起伏葱绿的体育公园，后为烟波浩渺的洞庭湖，无论是驻足还是在咖啡吧小憩，美景尽收眼底。客房和餐饮顺最佳视线延伸，每个房间都能将外部景观看得一览无余。内部景观以水景、坡地4、沙滩、热带丛林为主调，结合红瓦黄墙的西班牙风格建筑，营造浪漫、温暖的地中海风情。全区水系围绕整个建筑，水面或舒展会成溪流，曲折有致，重点处配以喷泉、瀑布，提升景观感受量。客房的底层前后设休闲泳池，住客可直接从客房步入泳池，住进酒店，远离城市的喧哗，西班牙风格的廊柱，古朴的凉亭野趣横生，吸引人们视野。成为酒店独有的景观Dongting sight analysis to reach the best architectural form,making the Dongting lake,and sports park to be the be12、st scene.Entrance lobby and platform up to second floor,facing green sports park,and Dongting lake.Either stop or in the coffee bar can get the panoramic view.Guest rooms and restaurant along the best line of sight,the external landscape can be in our eye.5.3Interior landscape designThe internal lan13、dscape to waterscape,slopes,sandy beaches,tropical jungle gives priority to tone,combined with the red tile and yellow wall of Spanish style architecture,createing a romantic,warm Mediterranean amorous feelings.District drainage around the buildings,water,or stretch into streams,twists and turns.The14、 key place with fountains,waterfalls,improve landscape
