工程编号:2008-G-505 苏州市吴中人民医院岩土工程勘察报告 第 1 页 共 11 页 1、前言、前言 1.1 工程概况 任务来源:受苏州吴中城投置业有限公司委托,我公司对拟建“苏州市吴中人民医院”场地进行详勘阶段的岩土工程勘察工作。工程地点及周边环境:拟建场地位于苏州市吴中区东吴北路 61 号,场地原为吴中人民医院的门诊大楼,东侧为东吴北路,其余各侧均有多层建筑物,周边环境较为复杂。工程规模:新建主楼3、包含门急诊、病房、医技和对外办公用房等功能。地上东面为 24 层综合楼,檐口高度 90.65 米;南面为 19 层病房楼,檐口高度 76.25米;西北为五层裙房,裙房屋面标高为 23.55 米。主楼标准层高为 3.6 米,二层地下室层高均为 5 米。各部分连成整体,不设缝,总体布局裙房呈“回”字形,主楼“L”形。本工程统设两层地下室,地下二层为人防地下室(核 6 级,常 6 级人防)。本项目总建筑面积约 81360m2。本工程设计0.000 米相当于黄海标高 3.570 米。该工程由苏州市规划设计研究院有限责任公司设计。根据设计提供的建筑物总平面图及工程勘察任务委托书,拟建建筑物性质详见表 14、。拟建建筑物性质一览表 表 1 条判定,拟建建筑物用途主要为医院门急诊、病房、医技楼,属生命线工程,故工程重要性等级为一一级工程,场地等级为二级,地基等级为二级,按规范综合确定本工程勘察等级为甲级。按建筑工程抗震设防分类标准,本工程为大中城市的三级医院住院部、医技楼、门诊部,抗震设防类别为乙类。场地现状见卫星图 1,建筑鸟瞰图见图 2。图 1 场地现状图 图 2 建筑鸟瞰图 工程编号:2008-G-505 本次勘察的目的是为本工程拟建建筑物的地基基础设计、施工提供场地岩土工程勘察资料,主要提供如下内容:1)、查明拟建场地在勘探深度范围内各土层的土性特征、分布规律及岩土工程特性,对场地的稳定性和适宜性进行评价;2)、提供各土层物理力学性质指标、地基承载力特征值等岩土参数;3)、查明拟建场地内有无暗浜等不良地质现象,确定其走向8、分布范围、深度等;4)、查明场地浅部地下水类型、埋藏特征及水位变化幅度,并判定地下水和土对建筑材料有无腐蚀性;5)、根据抗震设计的有关要求,提供拟建场地抗震基本条件,划分建筑抗震地段;判定拟建场地地基土的类型及建筑场地类别;6)、结合建筑物性质,对场地工程地质条件作出分析与评价,建议适宜的桩基持力层,选择桩型、估算单桩承载力和基础沉降量;7)、分析沉桩可能性及桩基施工对周围环境的影响,对地基与基础设计方案及施工注意事项提出建议;8)、提供基坑开挖、围护设计及施工所需岩土参数,建议基坑开挖围护方案,对基坑施工监测提出建议。1.2.3 勘察工作量布置和工作方法 1.2.3.1 勘察工作量布置 本次9、勘察工作量按国家标准岩土工程勘察规范(GB 50021-2001)及行业标准高层建筑岩土工程勘察规程(JGJ 72-2004),并充分考虑了拟建建筑物性质及拟建场地地层分布特点布置。1)、根据拟建场地东吴北路对面在建的星光国际大厦(26 层)的勘探资料和工程经验,本工程主楼(1924 层)预选的桩基最大入土深度 40.0m 左右(钻孔灌注桩),即报告中所指的第2层砂质粉土层,故一般性勘探孔深度定为 45m,满足不同建筑部位沉降验算深度要求的控制性勘探孔深度为 7080m。2)、5 层裙房预选2层作为桩基持力层,按桩端最大入土深度约 35m 考虑(钻孔灌注桩),勘探孔深度为 4045m。3)、对10、东侧及北侧纯地下车库区域,预选采用抗拔桩,与裙房采用相同桩长,确定勘探孔深度为 40m。4)、为满足基坑围护设计需要,在基坑位置布置了注水试验孔,测定 2.5 倍基坑开挖深度范围内的各土层(重点为第层微承压含水层)的渗透性及稳定水位。5)、为查明场地浅部是否存在暗浜等不良地质现象,以及地下室开挖边界的浅部地层情况,在地下车库周边,按间距不大于 15m,布置了一定数量的小螺纹钻孔,深度揭穿浅部第层杂填土,进入第1层一定深度。6)、为划分建筑场地类别,在主楼位置布置 2 个单孔法剪切波速测试孔,测定 20m 深度范围内各土层的剪切波速,并计算场地等效剪切波速。勘探点平面布置和有关数据详见“建筑物及11、勘探点平面布置图(图 1)”。1.2.3.2 勘察工作方法 本次勘察综合采用钻探取土、标准贯入试验、静力触探、小螺纹钻孔、波速试验、注水试验以及室内土工试验等技术手段,有关情况说明如下:工程编号:2008-G-505 苏州市吴中人民医院岩土工程勘察报告 第 3 页 共 11 页 1)、钻探:本次钻探设备采用 SH-30 型钻机,分回次自由钻进,开孔直径 146mm,终孔直径 110mm。回次进尺控制在 1.02.0m,分段进行土层鉴别描述;在预定深度采用自由活塞敞口取土器,根据土层特性分别采用静压法和孔底锤击法取土。2)、标准贯入试验:锤重、落距及贯入器规格均符合国家标准。自动落锤装置,锤重612、3.50.5kg,落距 762cm,对贯入器开管外径 511mm,内径 351mm,长度457mm,下接长度 761mm、刃角 1820、刃口端部后 1.6mm 的管靴,上端接一内外径与对开管相同的钻杆接头,长 152mm。3)、静力触探试验:采用15cm2单桥探头,数据采集自动记录,记录仪型号为LMC-D310,采样间距为10cm。4)、波速测试:采用单孔检层法,试验设备包括振源、井下检波器、触发器、记录仪。采用地面激振,用铁锤敲击上部压有重物的木板,木板上安装 SJ-5 触发器,井下检波器采用三分量检波器接受地震波,记录仪器采用 SWS 型检测仪。采样点数为 2k 点,采样间隔为 0.1m13、s,测点的垂直间距采用 1m,自下而上测试,并按规范要求进行部分复测。5)、现场钻孔降水头注水试验:采用内径11.5cm的钢管,分层进行,用套管将非试验段土层用泥球隔离,注水后观测不同时刻水位下降幅度,以测定试验段土层的渗透性。6)、为满足基坑围护设计的需要,室内土工试验除了常规物理力学性试验外,还进行了三轴剪切(UU)试验、静止侧压力系数Ko试验、渗透试验;对桩端以下的第层粘性土进行高压固结试验,测定前期固结压力Pc、OCR、Cc、Cs;对浅部地下水采取地下水样,进行水质分析,分析评价地下水对建筑材料的腐蚀性。1.3 2(件)1.4 勘察采用高程系统及高程引测依据 本次勘察各勘探点标高,引测于业主提供的水准点 BM02(H=2.684m,黄海高程系统,道钉标志),由苏州市测绘院有限责任公司设置,位于拟建场地对面星光国际大厦工地西门南侧绿化带旁,详见“建筑物及勘探点平面布置图”(图 1)标示。本次勘探点的放样是根据用地红线界桩及地形图,采用经纬仪、钢卷尺量测确定。各勘探点主要数据见下表 39915.88 54537.13 C4 45.0 2.22 39956.64 54487.53 C13 40.0 2.21 399118、8.93 54579.90 2、场地工程地质条件、场地工程地质条件 2.1 地形地貌 拟建场地位于苏州城区吴中区东吴北路,属长江三角洲冲积平原地貌。场地地势较为平坦、地貌形态单一。场地原为吴中人民医院门诊大楼,现正在拆除。本次勘察期间测得勘探点孔口标高一般在 1.97m2.47m 之间,平均为 2.25m。2.2 地基土的构成与特征 根据本次勘探揭露的地层资料分析,拟建场地在深度 80.45m 范围内的地基土,主要由第四纪 Q4、Q3和 Q2沉积层,主要由粘性土、粉土及砂土组成,按其沉积年代、成因类型及其物理力学性质的差异,可划分为第、等 8 个主要层次,其中第、层根据土性差异划分为若干亚层,19、各土层分布层位较为平稳。场地各地层分布主要特点简述如下:第层杂填土,上部 0.5m 为混凝土、水泥砖地面及大量碎石等,一般层厚为 1.82.8m;第1层灰黄色粉质粘土,含氧化铁条纹及铁锰质结核,可塑硬塑状态,平均厚度约 2.9m。第2层灰黄灰绿色粉质粘土,含云母、有机质等,夹较多薄层粉土,土质不均匀,平均层厚 2.2m。第1层灰色粉砂,含云母、石英等,夹薄层粘性土,土质不均匀,标贯试验击数 1122 击,稍密中密状态,平均层厚 6.8m。第2层灰色粉砂,含云母、石英、长石等矿物,标贯试验击数 2439 击,中密密实状态,平均层厚 4.9m。第层灰色粉质粘土,含云母、有机质等,在 2324m 深20、度范围夹较多松散粉土,土质不均匀,平均层厚 8.2m。第1层灰色粉质粘土夹粉土,含云母,有机质等,夹较多薄层粉土,具水平层理,平均层厚 2.0m。第2层灰色砂质粉土,含云母、石英等矿物,局部夹少量薄层粘性土,密实状态,平均层厚 25.3m,场地内遍布,层位分布稳定,为本工程理想的桩基持力层。第层灰色粘土,含云母、有机质,可塑-硬塑,夹少量薄层粉土。第层灰色粉砂,含云母、石英等,密实状态。第层灰黄色粉质粘土,可塑,下部夹薄层粉土。地基土土层特性详见地层特性表(表 4),其分布规律详见工程地质剖面图及静力触探测试成果图表。2.3 地基土的物理力学性质 场地地基土的物理力学性指标分层统计结果,详见“21、土层物理力学性质参数表”(表5-1表 5-2),并说明如下:2.3.1、表中给出的各项土试指标平均值均为算术平均值,设计时可根据安全使用情况,结合统计参数酌情采用最大、最小平均值或其它统计值。2.3.2、表中固结快剪试验提供的土的内摩擦角和粘聚力 C 是抗剪强度峰值指标。2.3.3、静力触探比贯入阻力平均值为最小平均值,即取全部样本的平均值再与最小值之间取算术平均值。2.3.4、由于受采取土样的局限性、试样尺寸以及室内试验边界条件的限制,粘性土层的室内渗透试验取得的渗透系数往往比土层的原位渗透试验指标小,有时差 12 个数量级,在选取其作为设计参数时,应结合经验慎重确定。工程编号:2008-G22、-505 苏州市吴中人民医院岩土工程勘察报告 岩土工程手册(1994)确定相应指标确定地基承载力基本值,并参考上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-2002)第 13.3.4 条,fak=0.9f0得出;2、表中 fak 仅供评价土性之用,设计时应根据实际基础的形状、尺寸、埋深并考虑下卧层强度和变形验算后确定。2.3.6 高压固结试验成果 25、沉降计算时需考虑土层应力历史,故本次对桩基压缩层范围内第层粘土进行 6 本区新生代以来新构造活动反映不强烈,主要表现为垂直升降运动。全国范围西部丘陵山区处于缓慢抬升,东部平原区轻微下降。据中国岩石圈新构造时期升降幅度图,19561977 年地形形变测量结果,平原区 20 年间垂直形变速率不到-0.1mm/a,属地壳活动稳26、定区。2.4.2 波速试验成果 本次勘察进行了 2 个深度为 20 米的单孔剪切波速测试,波速测试成果详见“单孔法波速测试综合成果图”(附图表 粉砂 247 238 243 粉质粘土 164 166 27、165 191 187 189 2.4.3 场地地震设计基本条件 根据场地现场波速试验结果,地面以下 20.0m 深度内土层等效剪切波速为 187191m/s,场地平均等效剪切波速为 Vse=189m/s,根据本次勘探结果,本场地覆盖层厚度大工程编号:2008-G-505 苏州市吴中人民医院岩土工程勘察报告 第 6 页 共 11 页 于 50m,故根据国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(DG 50011-2001)有关规定判定,拟建场地地基土类型属中软土,场地类别为类。根据国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(GB 50011-2001),苏州市区抗震设防烈度为 6度,设计基本地震加速度值为 0.05g,所属的设计28、地震分组为第一组,设计特征周期 Tg0.45s。需要指出的是,本工程按照国家标准 建筑工程抗震设防分类标准(GB 50223-2004),应划为抗震设防乙类建筑,地震作用应符合本地区抗震设防烈度的要求;抗震措施,一般情况下,当抗震设防烈度为 68 度时,应符合本地区抗震设防烈度提高一度的要求;地基基础的抗震措施,应符合有关规定。2.4.4 液化判别 本工程为乙类抗震建筑,按本地区抗震设防烈度6度提高一度,即7度的要求进行液化判别和处理。根据国家自然科学基金资助项目苏州市浅层第四系及工程地质条件研究的科研成果(1992年在南京通过了由江苏省教委组织的鉴定,并于1993年获得江苏省科技进步奖),拟29、建场地浅部深度20.0m范围内分布的第层粉砂为第四纪晚更新世Q3地层,根据国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(GB 50011-2001)第4.3条有关条文,按7度抗震设防,可判为不液化。2.4.5 抗震地段划分 根据国标建筑抗震设计规范(GB50011-2001)相关条款,拟建场地浅部 20m 以上以可塑粘性土、中密粉砂为主,本场地属可建设的一般场地。2.5 水文地质条件水文地质条件 2.5.1 区域水文地质资料 苏州市为亚热带季风气候,雨量适中,轻度潮湿。根据区域水文地质资料,苏州地区河水历史最高水位 2.49m,最低水位 0.01m,常年平均水位 0.88m;潜水历史最高水位为2.63m,近 3530、 年最高潜水位为 2.50m,年变化幅度为 1.02.0m;微承压水历史最高水位为 1.74m,近 35 年最高微承压水水位为 1.60m,年变化幅度为 0.80m 左右(以上水位均为黄海标高)。2.5.2 潜水 拟建场地浅部地下水属潜水类型,主要赋存于杂填土底部及第层粉质粘土上部裂隙中,富水性一般,主要受大气降水和地表径流补给,属典型的蒸发入渗型动态特征类型。勘察期间测得地下水潜水位稳定水位埋深一般在 1.101.80m 之间,其相应标高一般在 0.671.15m 之间,平均为 0.95m。钻孔初见水位一般在 1.52.5m 之间。2.5.3 微承压水 苏州市微承压水主要分布于浅部粉性土和砂31、性土中,主要补给来源为浅部地下水的垂直入渗及地下水的侧向迳流,以地下水侧向迳流为主要排泄方式。根据本次勘察的现场钻孔降水头注水试验结果,实测第层微承压水水头埋深约为1.76m,相应的水头标高为 0.69m。2.5.4 渗透系数 为满足本工程基坑开挖降水设计的需要,本次勘察在第层粉砂中进行了钻孔降水头注水试验,测得的渗透系数及稳定水位埋深见下表 Kv=6.50E-04 KH=7.71E-04 注:现场注水试验测得的渗透系数和室内试验数据有一定差异,主要是受到采取土样的代表性和试样制备的限制,建议应主要参考现场试验指标,结合地区经验选用。2.5.5 水质分析 本次勘察在 2 号及 4 号勘探孔旁采取地下水样进行水质分析,根据水质分析报告(见附表 14),拟建场地地下水 PH 值分别为 6.98、6.83,侵蚀性 CO2均为 0.00mg/L,SO42-分别为 111mg/L、103mg/L,Mg2+分33、别为 123mg/L、58mg/L,Cl-分别为 135mg/L、156mg/L,场地地下水中 Cl-总含量经折算(Cl-+SO42-0.25)分别为 163mg/L、182mg/L。现综合判别如下:(1)据国标岩土工程勘察规范(GB 50021-2001)表 12.3.1 按环境类型、腐蚀介质 SO42-和 Mg2+含量判定,场地地下水对混凝土结构无腐蚀性。工程编号:2008-G-505 苏州市吴中人民医院岩土工程勘察报告 第 7 页 共 11 页 (2)据表 12.3.2 按土层渗透性和水中 PH 值、侵蚀性 CO2含量判定,场地地下水对混凝土结构无腐蚀性。(3)据表 12.3.4 按水中34、经折算后的 Cl-总含量判定,在干湿交替作用情况下,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具弱腐蚀性;在长期浸水状态下,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋不具腐蚀性。(4)据表 12.2.5-1 按水的 PH 值、Cl-+SO42-含量判定,地下水对钢结构具弱腐蚀性。(5)苏州地区年降雨量较大,地下水位之上的填土结构松散,受毛细作用影响及雨水渗滤,土层中易溶盐成份易流失至地下水中,且苏州地区地下水埋藏浅,水质分析的结果可用于判别土对建筑材料的腐蚀性,故地基土对混凝土、钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋均无腐蚀性,对钢结构具弱腐蚀性。2.6.不良地质作用不良地质作用 根据区域地质资料结合本次勘察成果分析,拟建场地及邻近35、地带无全新活动断裂、岩溶、滑坡、崩塌及采空区等不良地质作用。根据本次勘探揭示,拟建场地内无暗浜分布,仅在东北角区域填土厚度稍大,土质软弱,在基础施工时应注意。3、地基土的分析与评价、地基土的分析与评价 3.1 场地稳定性和适宜性 根据区域地质构造,苏州市地属地震活动相对稳定区域,历史上无大的破坏性地震发生。据近二千多年的历史记载共发生大于里氏 4 级的地震 49 次,大于 5 级的地震 9 次,其中较大的地震有 1974 年 4 月 22 日溧阳市上沛 5.5 级地震,和 1990 年 2 月 10 日常熟太仓沙溪 5.1 级地震。本地区隶属太湖冲积平原,地势较开阔平坦,场地及其附近未发现有全36、新活动断裂,邻近地带无全新活动断裂、岩溶、滑坡、坍塌、采空区等不良地质作用,且场地内地层分布较均匀稳定,浅部有良好的天然地基土。因此,从地质构造和地震活动历史等因素分析,本场地稳定性较好,适宜进行本工程建设。3.2、桩基础 根据设计委托要求,本工程程 1924 层主楼及 5 层裙房均采用桩基础。3.2.1 桩基持力层选择 桩基持力层的选择应同时满足下列条件:1)、单桩竖向承载力应满足设计布桩的要求;2)、基础沉降量及差异沉降应满足规范及设计要求;3)、需考虑预制桩的沉桩可能性;本工程主楼(综合楼、病房楼)及裙楼连为整体,各楼间不设缝,故应控制不均匀沉降。从本场地地基土的构成与特征考虑,拟建场地37、第层粉砂层顶埋深约7.5m,层底埋深约19m,虽状态中密密实状,但由于本工程基础埋深约10m,如以该层作持力层桩的有效长度过短,故不宜采用第层作为桩基持力层。第层为软塑可塑粘性土,难以获得较大的单桩承载力且不利沉降控制,故不宜作为本工程建筑物的桩基持力层。第1层厚度较薄(仅约2m),与下伏土性更佳的第2层灰色砂质粉土相比不够经济。第2层灰色砂质粉土,层顶埋深在地面下 28.730.0m 左右,含水量 28.7%,孔隙比0.818,静探 Ps 平均值 9.90MPa,标贯击数平均 40.6 击,密实状态,中等偏低等压缩性,平均厚度 25.3m 左右。该土层土性佳,厚度大,分布稳定,是本工程理想的38、桩基持力层。设计可根据对单桩承载力的要求,选择适宜的桩型及桩端入土深度。地下车库底板埋深约 10.0m(0.00 以下),结构荷载小于地下水浮力,需设置抗拔桩,可采用第层或第2层作为抗拔桩的桩端埋置层。3.2.2、桩型的选择 预制桩具有桩身质量高,桩身质量易控制,造价相对钻孔灌注桩经济的特点,当环境条件许可时,应优先考虑采用预制桩(静压)方案。考虑周围环境较为复杂,且预制桩穿过第层粉砂层且进入第2层深度较大,沉桩困难时,可考虑采用钻孔灌注桩方案。主主楼楼(综合(综合楼楼、病房楼)病房楼)宜选用500 或600 的 PHC 桩或700800 的钻孔灌注桩;裙房、纯地下车库裙房、纯地下车库可选用539、00 的 PHC 桩或600 的钻孔灌注桩。建议主楼(综合楼主楼(综合楼、病房病房楼)楼)预制桩桩端入土深度在 33.0m 左右,钻孔灌注桩桩端入土深度在 40.0m 左右;建议裙裙房房、纯地下车库纯地下车库预制桩桩端入土深度在 32.0m 和 25.0m 左右,钻孔灌注桩桩端入土深度在 35.0m 注:1、根据工程经验,实测沉降量一般小于表中沉降量估算值。2、上部荷载对沉降估算值影响较大,上述沉降估算值仅供设计参考,建议设计根据确切的长期作用荷载自行估算沉降。3.2.5 沉(成)桩可能性分析 当采用第2层砂质粉土作为桩基持力层,预制桩桩身需贯穿越中密密实状态的第层粉砂,静探 Ps 最大值为 12.72MPa,总厚度约 12m,有46、一定的贯入阻力,需配以适宜的沉桩设备(有效压力 700t 以上静压机),进入第2层砂质粉土 2.03.0m,该层静探Ps 平均值为 9.9MPa,沉桩阻力较大,沉桩较为困难。工程需要时,可进行试沉桩,同时应加强桩身强度,宜采用桩身质量较好的 PHC 桩。根据工程经验,预制桩穿过第层粉砂层沉桩阻力很大,如预制桩穿过第层粉砂层难度大,可采用钻孔取土引孔等助沉措施。当采用钻孔灌注桩采用第2层砂质粉土作为桩基持力层,成桩一般没有难度。3.2.6 桩基施工对周围环境的影响及防范措施 拟建主楼沉桩数量多,桩位密集,浅部地基土以饱和粉土为主,沉桩时由于挤土效应,会引起超孔隙水压力,导致土体隆起和水平位移,并47、且波及到一定的范围。故应采取有效措施减轻沉桩挤土影响,如:控制沉桩速率,沉桩相对集中的某一区域的日沉桩数量一般8 至 9 根为宜;合理安排沉桩流程,行进方向应背离保护对象;要遵循“先深后浅”的原则,先进行主楼沉桩,后裙房和地下车库,以避免“浮桩”;为减少对周边环境的影响,可设置防挤沟,降低沉桩产生的挤土压力;同时,需加强沉桩施工监测,以合理调整沉桩速率,做到信息化施工。本场地周边均有建筑物,预制静压桩施工对周围环境影响相对较大,在预制桩施工中除注意对周围环境的影响外,还应考虑沉桩挤土对先期已沉桩的不利影响。钻孔灌注桩对周围环境基本无影响,但应考虑护壁泥浆的排放和对环境的污染问题,处理得当。施工48、时应采取必要措施,减少成孔泥浆排放对环境的不利影响。4 基坑围护方案及设计参数 4.1 基坑围护方案 本工程下设 2 层地下室,基坑最大开挖深度约为自然地面下 11.0m,按规范确定本基坑为二级基坑。根据苏州地区的工程经验,对于 10m 左右的基坑,采用的围护方式主要有“钻孔灌注桩+高压旋喷桩+内支撑”和“SMW 工法+内支撑”。由于本场地浅层土层砂性重,在地面下约 7.5m 开始就普遍分布第层粉砂,总厚度约 12m,该层在动水条件下易产生流沙和管涌现象,故止水帷幕的止水效果是关键。在砂性土中沉桩,由于动水压力的持续作用,高压旋喷桩的施工质量较难保证;而 SMW 工法在密实砂土层中钻进速度慢,49、搅拌头的直径需在 850mm 11.0m,开挖深度范围主要涉及第、层土层,坑底以下受施工开挖影响的主要土层有第层粉砂层,由于拟建场地地下水位较高,故须采取有效的降排水、止水措施,建议采用深井降水对坑内地下水进行疏降,超前降水时间控制在 15 天以上,降水深度应达到开挖面以下 1.0m。基坑开挖至坑底,尽量减少对坑底粉砂层的扰动。2)由于工程施工52、期间旁边保留建筑与新建建筑距离很近,新建建筑两层地下室开挖较深,场地内周边管线较多,且施工期间可能还需继续使用,在基坑设计时需充分考虑各种因素,确保工程安全。3)、基坑开挖深度较大,且坑底为饱和的粉砂,基坑开挖时应注意分层分块开挖,特别是接近坑底时需尽量控制土方高差,一般不宜超过 2.0m,挖至坑底应及时浇筑垫层,否则容易对工程桩造成不利影响,出现斜桩等工程事故。4)、由于本场地浅层土层砂性重,在地面下约 7.5m 开始就普遍分布第层粉砂,总厚度约 12m,对于围护结构和止水帷幕施工设备选型应予以重视,可通过试钻方式确定可行的施工设备,以确保围护结构和止水帷幕施工质量符合设计要求。5)、降水应53、在开挖前进行,疏干土体中地下水,促进土体排水固结,改善土体力学性质。在基坑的坡顶或坑边,不得有超过设计规定的堆载。6)、施工期间,应委托有资质的勘察设计单位进行相关的监测工作,对围护结构体系,对地下水、坑壁稳定性和周边环境等加强变形监测,做到信息化施工。监测的内容应包括但不限于以下几个方面:1)对基坑周边建(构)筑物的监测 应对基坑周边管线、建(构)筑物、地表和地下水位等进行必要的调查和检测,并埋设沉降点,以便进行施工监测。2)对基坑围护体系的监测 基坑开挖时应对基坑围护墙体、支撑、立柱、坑内土体及坑内外地下水位和承压水水头等进行监测,随时掌握围护结构及基坑周围土体的位移和应力变化情况,做到信54、息化施工,确保施工质量与施工安全。上述对基坑周围环境的监测,应在工程桩及围护桩施工之前就开行进行,并将测得的原始数据及周围的现状记录在案,在基坑开挖期间,监测密度应增加到每天1次,如遇位移、沉降、支撑轴力及其变化速率较大时,应增加观测次数,必要时进行连续监测。5、结论与建议 5.1、根据拟建场地的工程地质条件,本场地属稳定场地,适宜建造本工程各类建筑物。5.2、各拟建建筑物桩基持力层建议:建议本工程主楼(综合楼和病房楼)以第2层砂质粉土作为桩基持力层,预制桩桩端入土深度为 33.0m 左右,钻孔灌注桩桩端入土深度在 40.0m 左右;建议裙房以第2层砂质粉土作为桩基持力层,预制桩桩端入土深度为55、 32.0m 左右。5.3、当环境条件许可时,可优先考虑采用预制桩(静压)方案。当预制桩施工受限制时,可考虑采用钻孔灌注桩。建议进行试沉(成)桩以确定合理的施工参数,如采用预制桩,应加强桩身结构强度。5.4、如采用预制桩为有效减轻沉桩挤土影响,应控制沉桩速率,确定合理的沉桩流程,应遵循先主楼,后裙房和地下车库的施工顺序,对地下管线及周围建筑之间设置防挤沟等措施。同时加强沉桩施工监测,做到信息56、化施工,以确保周围环境的安全。5.5、建议进行单桩竖向抗压静载荷试验及抗拔静载荷试验,沉(成)桩后至进行桩载试验的间隙时间应符合规范要求。5.6、本工程基坑开挖深度约为11.0m,综合各因素,可定为二级基坑。根据本地区现有的施工状况及工程经验,基坑围护可采用“SMW工法+内支撑”或“钻孔灌注桩(另应设置深搅止水帷幕)+内支撑”的围护结构体系。基坑开挖时应采取相应的坑内降水(疏干井)措施,不宜采用坑外降水,以免对周边环境产生不利影响。基坑围护设计参数以及设计、施工过程中应注意的问题见第4.2节和第4.3节。5.7、拟建场地地基土类型属中软土,建筑场地类别为类,位于抗震设防烈度6度区,设计基本地震57、加速度值为0.05g,设计地震分组为第一组,特征周期为0.45s。本工程按照国家标准建筑工程抗震设防分类标准(GB 50223-2004),应划为抗震设防乙类建筑,地震作用应符合本地区抗震设防烈度的要求;抗震措施应符合本地区抗震设防烈度提高一度(7度)的要求;地基基础的抗震措施,应符合有关规定。拟建场地浅部深度20.0m范围内分布的第层粉砂为第四纪晚更新世Q3地层,根据国标抗震设计规范,按7度抗震设防,可判为不液化。5.8、根据地下水对建筑材料的腐蚀性分析报告书,拟建场地浅部地下水与土对混凝土结构无腐蚀性,对钢结构有弱腐蚀性,对混凝土中钢结构无腐蚀性。苏州地区河水历史最高水位 2.49m,最低58、水位 0.01m,常年平均水位 0.88m;潜水历史最高水位为 2.63m,近 35 年最高潜水位为 2.50m,年变化幅度为 1.02.0m;微承压水历史最高水位为 1.74m,近 35 年最高微承压水水位为 1.60m,年变化幅度为 0.80m
