O C. citizenship are qualified to apply for the admission if meeting the following requirements:1. 符合教育部採認規定之國外大學或獨立學院畢業生(含應屆畢業生)。People graduated from foreign institutes recognized by the Ministry of Education of the R. O. C,(graduati3、ng students included)2. 申請人應具備中文聽、說、讀、寫能力，且其在原畢（肄）業學校各科成績均 及格；入學者總平均及相關主要學術科成績均在B或七十五分以上。People with sound ability to listen, speak, read, and write in Chinese as well as average academic performance and major courses graded at least B or 75 points.二、申請時間：Time to apply:每年十二月一日至次年二月二十八日止,受理下一學年度(次年九月4、)入學申請， 每年辦理一次；逾期者得移至下一學年度辦理。Application for admission in the next academic year (starting in Sep.) should be received every year from Dec. 1 to Feb 28 of the following year. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered until a year late匚三、準備繳交資料：Documents required:1. 國立臺北藝術大學外國學生入5、學申請表兩份（含兩吋半身脫帽照片兩張）。Two filled out copies of the admission application form of the University, including two 2-inch bareheaded, bust photos2. 最高學歷之畢業證書影本兩份（中文或英文譯本）及該學程之全部成績單英文譯本兩份（須由原畢業學校加蓋戳章或Two photocopies (either in Chinese or English) of the certificate of the highest degree obtained by the app6、licant from an institute, foreign or domestic, and two copies of the English transcription of full academic records, which should be sealed by that institute.3. 兩封推薦信。Two recommendation letters4. 健康證明書一份(包括人類免疫缺乏病毒有關檢查)。One copy of health report (including checks on the human immune deficiency virus7、).5. 財力證明書一份(具備足夠在台求學期間之財力)。Evidence of financial support (enough for the study in Taiwan).6. 中文硏究計畫一式三份：硏究計畫應包含下列內容-硏究計畫綱要、計畫內 容、重要參考書目、自傅、學習經歷(附證明爲佳)、畢業證書影本、成績單(附排名簽證爲佳)；請依次以A4規格裝訂成冊。Three copies of Study Plan in Chinese, which in content should include the summary and the contents of the study pl8、an with bibliography, autobiography, educational background and working experiences (preferably verified), a photocopy of the certificate or diploma, transcription of full academic records (preferably with signatures and order of excellence) These documents should be arranged in said order and in A49、 size.7. 個人作品集一份：內容可以是設計、藝術創作作品、學術或文藝文字著作、或 參與文化資產活動資料。A portfolio, which in content can be design works, artistic creations, academic or literary written works, or records of personal participation in activities regarding cultural heritage&申請費用，依本校相關規定辦理。Application fee must be made payable accordi10、ng to the Universitys relativerules.所有繳交資料均不予退還，請自行保留原稿。There will be no return of any documents; please do not hand in the original ones.四、申請及審查程序：Application and examination procedures:1. 於受理時間內繳交所有資料逕向本校教務處直接提出申請。All the required documents should be handed in directly to the Office of Educational11、 Administration of the University during the application time2. 書面審查：本所就申請人資格、硏究計畫與個人作品集等資料，進行書面審查， 於每年五月三十一日前將審查結果送交本校教務處，成績達七十分（含）以上 者爲審查合格，再提送本校外國學生入學審查小組審查，審查通過後簽請 校長核定，發給入學許可。Examination of documents. The examination will be based on the applicants qualifications, study plans, and their portfol12、ios subniitted. Results will be sent to the Office of Educational Administration of the University by May 31 every yea匚 At this stage, those who gain 70 points or above are qualified and will be further examined by the Foreign Students Examination Committee of the University. When accepted by said C13、ommittee, the President of the University will grant admission to those who are qualified.五、注意事項：Notes:1. 外國學生入學註冊時，應檢附醫療及傷害保險或全民健康保險證明 文件，其保險有效期須包括在台留學期間；未投保者，須強制繳納 保險費，委由本校代辦投保事宜，否則取消入（在）學資格。At the time of registration, foreign students must submit copies of basic health care insurance policy cove14、ring care for accidents and injuries or enroll in the National Health Insurance program. The period of validity for such insurances should cover the students9 stay in Taiwan Those who dont have insurance yet are required to make payments to the University that will apply insurance on behalf of the s15、tudents. Those who fail to meet this requirement will be disqualified from admission.2. 入學本校之外國學生到校時，已逾該學年第一學期三分之一課程者，當學年不 得入學。但經本所所長同意者，得於第二學期註冊入學。Foreign students, if amving at the University after 1/3 of a semester, will not be accepted for that semester. With the permission of the Director of the Graduate School, such students may register for the next semester.六、除上述須知外，所有申請者應依照本校外國學生入學辦法規定辦理。Apart from the above guidelines, all applicants must apply for admission in accordance with the Universitys Foreign Students Admission Rules.
