工程地点：武昌区中山路2.1.3 工程项目内容：钢筋笼制作安装等、钻孔灌注桩成孔、混凝土灌注。2.1.4工程概况：本工程钻孔灌注桩4、按设计要求，已进行试桩工作。2.2、工程地质概况 1层人工填土；2-2，2-3层可塑软塑粘土；3-1中密密实中砂；3-2层硬塑（局部偏软）粘土；5-3层中密密实中砂；6-2，6-3层中密密实中砂；8-3层密实砾砂。第三章 施工场地布置3.1、施工桩基示意图 3.2、场地布置说明3.2.1施工工棚：现场在主站房西侧搭设钢筋棚，材料场以及办公区详见施工总平面布置图。3.2.2施工通道：施工便道结合现场实际确定,详见施工总平面布置图。3.3.3泥浆池布置桩泥浆池采用现场挖泥浆坑，深1.3m，长20m，宽6m。上部四周砌筑500高灰砂砖砌筑，其内侧做好防水。现场共设置四个泥浆池（其中一个是待A区拆除完5、成后，在A区位置增设的泥浆池），分A、B、C区三区分别设置。3.3.4工地生活（施工）用水、用电施工用水和用电布置，详见施工总平面布置图。第四章 主要施工工艺和方法4.1、施工方法 根据本工程的地质勘察报告设计图纸工程量及总工期要求，拟采用旋挖桩基成孔，水下砼灌注成桩的方法施工灌注桩。砼采用予拌砼，用砼泵车运输，并配合导管进行桩身砼灌注。钻孔桩施工方案如图：4.2、具体施工工艺及施工方法4.2.1 施工工艺流程：桩位测放钢护筒埋设，泥浆池砌筑钻机就位，泥浆配制钻机钻进，泵入泥浆钻进至设计桩底标高后进行孔径、孔深及孔的斜率检测清孔、并进行沉碴测定安放钢筋笼水下砼灌注旋挖桩工艺流程图测量放桩位钢护6、筒制造并倒用钻机安装就位并牢靠固定钻机检修成 孔泥浆池及拌浆准备测量孔深、检孔清 测量放样：采用经纬仪，根据站房的定位控制点及桩基的坐标施工桩的桩位，放出桩位，在设出的桩位处钉上红色筷子，并做好保护。4.2.2.2打桩顺序：打桩用3台钻机同时从F轴向A轴打，同时要保证连续两根桩在距离小于4D（最近桩的直径）时，要跳打。4.7、2.2.3钢护筒制作与埋设： 钢护筒采用开口钢护筒，用不小于4mm厚钢板卷制。护筒高度不小于2.0m。为增加刚度防止护筒变形，在护筒上、中、下部各焊一道箍筋加强。钢护筒安置时，护筒顶口应高出地下水位2.0m，并高出施工地面0.3m，护筒四边用粘土回填夯实。护筒内径应比桩径大20cm。护筒顶平面位置偏差不得大于5cm，斜率不得大于1%。4.2.2.4 泥浆池及泥浆制作：采用下挖泥浆池，池内壁做好防水处理。在桩位附近，但不能影响桩的施工，砼灌注及钢筋运输。泥浆采用膨润土、纯碱、纤维及水配制。采用专用的泥浆搅拌桶搅拌，拌好后倒入泥浆池。4.2.2.5 成孔施工： 根据地质条件及工期要求，成孔旋挖的方8、法施工，采用泥浆护壁，桩机进场后应对旋挖前的各项准备工作进行检查，包括机械设备的检查维修及调试。 安装桩机时，钻头应根据桩的设计直径及土层情况选用。桩机就位后底座平稳，在旋挖及旋转卸土时桩身不能有移位及钻陷。在旋挖过程中钻头提升时，钻杆轴线、钻头中心与护筒的中心必须始终保持在同一铅垂线上，以确保桩孔的垂直度。 在钻进过程中应随时注意土层变化，对不同土层采用不同的旋挖速度，使其达到最佳进尺。在砂土中，应注意控制旋挖速度，同时提高孔内水头。旋挖过程中，应注意土层的变化，并作好记录，并与地质剖面图核对，如与设计图及地质剖面图不符，应及时通知设计单位及监理工程师。在成孔过程中必须认真贯彻执行岗位责任制9、，不得碰撞孔壁及钢护筒。成孔过程中应随时测定桩的倾斜率，将其控制在1%以内，随时抽检泥浆指标，使泥浆满足护壁要求。4.2.3清孔： 当成孔达到设计标高，经工程师检测合格后，停止钻进，并将钻头提离孔底200-500mm，采用泥浆泵从泥浆池中泵入新制泥浆，同时再从孔内用泵将泥浆泵出。通过这种循环，达到清孔目的。待孔底砼碴厚度满足规范要求或设计要求后，采用检孔器检查有无缩孔情况，以及成孔倾斜情况，各项指标经工程师检查合格后，移走桩基，准备下放钢筋笼。4.2.4成孔质量偏差：钻孔灌注桩成孔质量允许偏差编号项 目允许偏差1孔的中心位置不大于10cm2孔径不小于设计桩径（=100cm）3倾斜度小于1/1010、04孔深不小于设计规定5孔内沉淀土厚度不大于cm6清孔后泥浆指标相对密度1.051.，粘度1720，含砂率4% 成孔后在下钢筋笼之前，应先放探笼。若探笼能顺利放下并提起，则可继续下一道工序；若探笼不能顺利放下，立即查找原因，处理好后，再放探笼，若顺利则进行下一道工序。4.2.5 钢筋笼的制作及吊装： 钢筋笼的制作 钢筋笼成型采用箍筋成型。焊接时，主筋与加强箍筋全部焊接，主筋内缘保持光滑，钢筋接头不侵入主筋内净空。钢筋笼下端垫齐，用加强箍筋封住。钢筋笼主筋采用连续闪光对焊，其焊机的容量为100KV.A。焊接后 外观检查要符合以下要求：（a）接头处不得有横向裂纹；（b）与电机接触处的钢筋表面不得有11、明显烧伤；（c）接头处的弯折角不得大于3。；（d）接头处的轴线偏移不得大于2mm。 钢筋笼制作允许偏差项 次项 目允许偏差1主筋间距102箍筋间距或螺旋筋螺距203钢筋笼直径104钢筋笼长度50钢筋笼的吊装 为防止钢筋笼在运输和吊装过程中发生变形而影响工程质量，采用四点吊装法。4.2.6 灌注水下砼：采用常规垂直导管提升法灌注钻孔桩水下砼，导管内径为250mm，接头采用丝扣长勾联结，拆装方便，对导管要求如下：（1） 顺直：矢弯1；（2） 水密性：在0.6Mpa水压作用下不漏水；（3） 标记：准确丈量长度，划出刻度标记；（4） 接头：灌注砼加冲作用下不断裂。导管应事先组拼、试验，并经仔细检查合格12、后，方可插入孔中，做好防护，任何情况下不得掉落物体到管内，防止堵塞导管，影响砼灌注。导管安装就绪、并检查合格后，进行二次清孔，二次清孔完毕，孔底沉渣厚度及孔内泥浆指标达到规范及设计要求，经工程师检查签字后，装上料斗，灌注砼。灌注砼应连续有序进行，中途不得间断，应一气呵成。当灌注快完成时，应控制好砼顶面标高，超灌高度控制在1m左右。灌注砼时应注意下列事项：砼运抵灌注地点时，检查其和易性、坍落度等情况，如不符合要求，应进行第二次拌合，如仍达不到要求，不得使用。灌注首批砼时，导管下口至孔底的距离为2040cm，料斗首批砼储量保证灌注后导管埋入深度约1m。灌注应连续有节奏地进行，并应尽可能缩短拆除导管13、的间隔时间，当导管内砼不满时，徐徐地灌注，防止在导管内造成高压气囊，压漏导管。定时检测孔内砼面的位置，及时调整导管埋深。埋深一般控制在6m。4.2.7 桩基检查验收：打完桩以后应立即放线符合桩位，若桩位偏差超过150mm，应立即通知设计。桩身砼达到一定强度后，清除孔内泥浆，凿除桩头。4.3、施工进度计划： 根据业主安排、项目部对桩基工作时间安排，计划安排3台套旋挖桩机进行打桩工作。按照桩设计图，壹天可完成12到16根灌注桩施工。若进度不够则再上一台旋挖桩机以保证工期。4.4、施工人员组织为满足进度计划要求，单台旋挖桩机安排2个班组进行24小时不间断施工，每班施工人员12人，则2个班组共计24人14、。 4.5、施工设备组织拟投入本工程主要施工机械设备及进场时间表序号名 称规 确保工程质量是工程施工的根本，也是施工企业的生命，通过建立质量保证体系，开展群众性T、Q、C活动，促进质量意识的提高，健全质管机构及制度，以保证建设的工程质量，具体采取下列措施：5.1.1制定施工管理方针目标 施工管理目标是通过周密的施工组织设计，严格的管理和对工程做安全、进度、成本、质量等全方面的控制，以优良工程为本工程的目标，力争为样板工程。5.1.2质量管理 本工程将在项目经理下设工程质检组，各班设质检员，形成一个分级质量管理网络。质检组在总工程师领导下工作，监督范围有：1、 原材料的材质是否合格；2、 工艺和操作方法是否符合规范；3、 工程质量是否符合技术规范的要求，有质量否决权；16、4、 原始记录是否及时、准确、完整；5、 计量和试验是否正确、真实、符合规范。5.1.3钻孔灌注桩5.1.3.1钻孔桩准备工作（1） 严格审查桩机开行路线和施工顺序的设计是否合理。看是否便于施工和确保质量，对其不完善之处提出意见和建议，以保证工程质量具有可靠的技术措施，并对确定后的桩机开行路线根据比例尺在施工图表明桩位、编号、施工顺序、以便管理。（2） 严格检查桩机的机械部位是否完好无损。成桩机械必须经过鉴定合格后方能使用，以便在施工中因机械故障而影响工程质量。还要检查钻机上是否有接地保护，是否有漏电保护器，以保证安全施工。（3） 严格对工程各所需要材料的质量进行检查和控制。钢材必须有出厂合格17、和复试报告以及钢筋的试验报告。进入施工现场的水泥必须有出厂合格证，且要先检验后使用。粗骨料宜采用碎石，粒径不大于40mm。细骨料应采用质地坚硬，颗粒洁净的天然中、粗砂，且集配合理。（4） 严格施工放样工作。在不受施工影响的地方设置基桩轴线控制点和水准点，以便施工中经常复测。对所放桩位再次复核，经确认无误后，钢筋将桩位固定，以便在施工中因移动钻机对其碰撞而移位。（5） 严格组织设计交底和图纸会审，明确设计意图和要求，进一步明确钻孔灌注桩各分项工程质量标准，这是一项重要的工作环节。（6） 严格审核施工现场的质量保证体系。主要是组织设计、计量方法，质量检测手段等技术措施是否能保证其施工质量。 以上工18、作，对现场各项施工准备检查完毕合格后，报监理工程师批准即可开钻施工。5.1.3.2成孔过程的管理做到六检查（1） 根据施工方案已定的钻机开行路线，对桩机就位、按序施工检查。当钻机就位后必须使用其主钻杆垂直，并与桩定位中心重合，其偏差必须保证在20mm范围以内。（2） 钻进过程中要时刻关注钻机主体的垂直度，以此来保证桩体的垂直度。（3） 钻进工程中应适时检查。施工人员经常留心观察泥浆的颜色变化，以检查各土层土质是否与工程地质报告书中标注相符，以正确判断钻进的地质层深度。（4） 成孔过程中泥浆的稠度、比重、含砂量应经常进行检查。泥浆比重测定值应控制在1.051.15之间，过稠影响钻进速度，过稀则泥19、浆护壁质量达不到要求，易产生塌孔。（5） 清渣与换浆成孔检查。清孔是保证质量的关键工序。清孔是否彻底对桩的承载力影响很大。当钻机至设计持力层时，尽管在成孔过程中，能不段循环抽出泥浆，带出大部分浮渣到孔外，但仍有残留孔渣沉于孔底。此时的沉渣处于悬浮状态，应及时调整泥浆稠度，该泥浆比重值可调节到1.05，以便于抽出。（6） 成孔验收检查。在起吊前应测量钻孔主杆的余尺，并用测绳检查确认沉渣厚度是否符合设计要求，要求清孔小于10cm，记录在案后，方能起钻。在起钻过程中，若能使钻杆垂直提起，则说明桩机偏差小，若不能提起或提起有困难，则说明桩孔不垂直，偏差较大。此时，应进行修孔处理，直到钻杆能垂直顺利提起20、为止。 成孔检查有三个阶段：（1） 主杆、钻杆、钻头（至腰箍）总长计算桩底标高；（2） 孔径检测；（3） 灌注前的孔底标高，沉渣厚度。（4） 孔是否垂直（用探笼测得）。5.1.3.3钢筋笼制作安装管理做到五要求:（1） 钢筋材质应符合设计要求。所有的钢材必须有合格证和原材料复试报告。（2） 几何尺寸应符合设计要求，对钢筋笼形体和笼长进行检查，采用模具制作，以保证主筋位置准确，成笼垂直度好。几何尺寸允许偏差：主筋间距10mm，箍筋间距20mm，长度50mm以内。（3） 对加劲环筋的要求。它是保证圆形笼质量的关键，制作一定要圆。其直径偏差必须控制在允许范围内，箍筋与主筋之间50%以上的连接点采用焊21、接。并焊接在一些圆形突出主筋，应用砼垫块，以确保主筋保护层符合要求。（4） 对钢筋笼吊运、安装的要求。钢筋笼应四点式起吊，以防止钢筋笼变形；吊装入孔时要轻起轻落，居中放下，注意不要碰撞孔壁，更不准强行压入，以保证垂直度和保护层的厚度。（5） 钢筋笼的固定要求，当笼体顶面标高落至施工图设计标高处，各部位检查合格后，通过引筋和自动卡紧保险装置将笼体固定，以防止钢筋笼上浮。5.1.3.4砼浇注的管理做到“六不放过”（1） 水泥应有出厂合格证和复试报告，砂、石含泥量及石子粒径应符合要求。坍落度应控制在1820cm为宜，浇灌前的砼不淋雨，不失水离析。不符合要求的砼，不得灌注，并要求每根桩制作三组试块，且22、及时编号、养护，必要时进行抽查。（2） 导管应连接牢固、顺直、严密，并根据孔深配置导管，按导管顺序做好每节导管长记录，导管下端距孔底400mm为宜，过大导管最初流出的砼与孔底内泥浆混合，易产生质量事故。（3） 保证砼浇灌的连续性，灌注砼应缩短时间，连续进行。从每一盘砼拌和起至灌注结束的时间，一般20米至30米长的3小时，30米至50米长的桩3至4小时，最多不超过初凝时间，以防止顶层砼失去流动性而造成质量事故。（4） 严格控制导管在砼内的深度。随着混凝土不断注入，导管埋入砼内深度不断增加，其埋入砼内和导管应控制在2米以上为宜，这样才能使管内砼易于涌出管外，孔内砼不断上升，使孔内泥浆随砼上升排出孔23、外，若导管埋入过深，桩孔内砼自重对导管下口产生向上的压力，使导管内的砼不易流出。因此，在浇注过程中，应及时检测孔内表面标高，适时进行卸管；若抽管过快，会导致泥浆入桩，造成断桩事故。随着砼浇注量增大，导管埋入砼内深度不断提高，调整值不得大于1米，直至导管全部抽出。（5） 砼顶面应高出桩顶设计标高0.51米，灌注成功后，在最后一节导管抽出之前，应用测绳触探浮在孔面上砼的厚度。经确认已到桩顶要求后，才能将最后一节导管缓慢抽出，以防快拔造成混泥桩芯。（6） 因为钻孔桩的砼有一定的扩容量，应考虑它最终的出槽量，所以，监管人员应跟踪记录所用水泥量，监督工人按配合比的数量下料，这样可根据水泥量推算出是否达到24、充盈系数，以确保砼的质量。5.1.3.5建立质量责任制 开工前请设计代25、表进行设计交底；（2） 请监理工程师对工程各方面要求进行阐述；（3） 各道工序开工前对操作人员进行各项技术、安全等交底。5.2、确保施工工期的措施 为确保工程的施工工期，我们将采取以下措施：（1）以崭新的精神面貌投入到建设行列中去，并将建立具有规模、重要意义、保证总工期、确保质量要求等贯彻到每一职工中，使其形成上下一条心，在确保质量前提下，快速建成本工程而贡献力量。（2）积极做好开工前的一切准备，设备、材料按计划提前进入施工现场。（3）尊重科学、尊重实验、质量第一、严字当头，强化施工人员的质量意识。（4）强化职工人员质量意识，一切按规范办事。并积极开展群众性QC的活动，建立和完善质量管理保证体26、系，保证质量进度。（5）加强工程计划管理，依工程特点、详细编制施工方法、工艺流程、材料设备和劳动力安排、施工质量和安全保证措施等内容。使监理工程师、业主满意，各项工作按计划要求顺利进行，做到有条不紊。（6）依靠技术进步。施工过程中尽量运用国内外先进技术，结合工程实际消化、创新。（7）建设本工程须有现代化的施工手段，增加投入，购置先进的、大型的各种设备和检测仪器，提高施工机械化效率。并加强机械设备及操作和维修人员的管理，提高设备的完好率和利用率。（8）及时按工序自检，确保各阶段和中间验收成功，缩短上、下工序衔接时间。5.3、施工过程质量控制施工流程：桩定位桩位复核埋设护筒桩机就位调平钻孔终孔(含27、第一次清孔)下钢筋笼下导管清孔灌注砼达到设计桩顶标高拔护筒桩成型养护。根据上述流程，结合本工程特点，钻孔为关键工序，砼灌注为特殊工序。关键工序、特殊工序应制定作业指导书组织操作班组实施，并保存记录。关键工序、特殊工序质量控制点设置表见后。一般工序质量控制工序自检是否合格整 安全管理目标完善安全措施，提高安全意识，杜绝死亡和重伤亡事故发生。安全组织保证体系项目经29、理项目执行经理安全员各专业施工班组6.2、安全管理机构及其主要职责管理体系6.2.1安全生产成立以项目经理为首的安全生产管理小组，该工程设一名兼职安全员，建立一整套完整有效的安全管理体系。6.3、安全管理制度6.3.1 安全技术交底制：根据安全措施要求和现场实际情况，各级管理人员需亲自逐级进行书面交底。6.3.2 班前检查制：责任工程师必须督促与检查施工班组对安全防护措施是否进行了检查。6.3.3 大、中型机械设备实行验收制：凡不经验收的一律不得投入使用。6.3.4 周一安全活动制：经理部每周一要组织全体工人进行安全教育，对上一周安全方面存在的问题进行总结，对本周的安全重点和注意事项作必要的交30、底，使广大工人能做到心中有数，从意识上时刻绷紧安全这根弦。6.3.5 定期检查与隐患整改制：经理部每周要组织一次安全生产检查，对查出的安全隐患必要定措施、定时间、定人员整改，并作好安全隐患整改消项记录。6.3.6 管理人员和特种作业人员实行年审制，每年由公司统一组织进行。加强施工管理人员的安全考核，增强安全意识，避免违章指挥。6.3.7 实行安全生产奖罚制与事故报告制；6.3.8 危急情况停工制：一旦出现危及职工生命财产安全险情，要立即停工，同时即刻报告公司，及时采取措施排除险情；6.3.9 持证上岗制：特殊工种必需持有上岗操作证，严禁无证操作。6.4、安全组织技术措施6.4.1 现场施工用高31、低压线及设备禁止使用破损或绝缘性能差的电线，严禁电线随地走。电器设备要有良好的保护接时和接零，传动装置有防护罩。6.4.2 加强防火消防管理，切实加强火源管理，易燃、易爆物品指定专人管理。焊工作业时必须清理周围的易燃物品。消防工具、器材要齐全并安装在适当楼层及位置，指定专人负责清理定期检查。6.4.3
