Geoffrey asked her why this was so and she told him that she did not like to see so many people laughing at him!Lesson64 The Channel Tunnel 海峡隧道In l858, a French engineer3、, Aime Thome de Gamond, arrived in England with a plan for a twenty-one mile tunnel across the English Channel. He said that it would be possible to build a platform in the centre of the Channel. This platform would serve as a port and a railway station. The tunnel would be well-ventilated if tall c4、himneys were built above sea-level. In 1860, a better plan was put forward by an Englishman, William Low. He suggested that a double railway tunnel should be built. This would solve the problem of ventilation, for if a train entered this tunnel, it would draw in fresh air behind it. Forty-two years 5、later a tunnel was actually begun. If, at the time, the British had not feared invasion, it would have been completed. Recently, there has again been great interest in the idea of a Channel Tunnel. If it is built, it will connect Britain to Europe for the first time in history.Lesson65 Jumbo versus 6、the police 小象对警察Last Christmas, the circus owner, Jimmy Gates, decided to take some presents to a childrens hospital. Dressed up as Father Christmas and accompanied by a guard of honour of six pretty girls, he set off down the main street of the city riding a baby elephant called Jumbo. He, should h7、ave known that the police would never allow this sort of thing. A policeman approached Jimmy and told him he ought to have gone along a side-street as Jumbo was holding up the traffic. Though Jimmy agreed to go at once, Jumbo refused to move. Fifteen policemen had to push very hard to get him off th8、e main street. The police had a difficult time, but they were most amused. Jumbo must weigh a few tons, said a policeman afterwards, so it was fortunate that we didnt have to carry him. Of course, we should arrest him, but as he has a good record, we shall let him off this time.Lesson66 Sweet as hon9、ey! 像蜜一样甜!The Hatheld Puffin is a modern aero-plane, but its designer, Mr John Wimpenny, is finding it difficult to get it off the ground. The reason for this is that this plane is also a bicycle. Its pilot has to pedal hard to get it into the air. After Mr Wimpenny had the plane built, it was teste10、d thoroughly. In 1961, it was the first man-powered aircraft to fly half a mile. While being flown by a champion amateur cyclist in 1963, the plane crashed on an airfield. Since then, Mr Wimpenny has had it rebuilt. He has had the length of the wings increased so that they now measure 93 feet-almost11、 as long as those of a Dakota. Many people have shown interest in this new and unusual sport. But though air cyclists may learn how to fly over short distances, and may, eventually, even get across the English Channel, it is doubtful whether they will ever cycle across the Atlantic.Lesson67 Volcanoe12、s 火山Haroun Tazieff the Polish scientist, has spent his life-time studying active volcanoes and deep caves in all parts of the world. In 1948, he went to lake Kivu in the Congo to observe a new volcano which he later named Kituro. Tazieff was able to set up his camp very close to the volcano while it13、 was erupting violently. Though he managed to take a number of brilliant photographs, he could not stay near the volcano for very long. He noticed that a river of liquid rock was coming towards him. It threatened to surround him completely, but Tazieff managed to escape just in time. He waited until14、 the volcano became quiet and he was able to return two days later. This time, he managed to climb into the mouth of Kituro so that he could take photographs and measure temperatures. Tazieff has often risked his life in this way. He has been able to tell us more about active volcanoes than any man 15、alive. Lesson68 Persistent 纠缠不休I crossed the street to avoid meeting him, but he saw me and came running towards me. It was no use pretending that I had not seen him, so I waved to him. I never enjoy meeting Bert Dykes. He never has anything to do. No matter how busy you are, he always insists on co16、ming with you. I had to think of a way of preventing him from following me around all morning.Hullo, Bert, I said. I suddenly pressed the brake pedal hard and we were both thrown forward. The examiner looked at me sadly. Mr Eames, he said, in a mournful voice, you have just killed that child ! lesson70 Red for danger 危险的红色During a bullfight, a drunk suddenly wandered in21、to the middle of the ring. The crowd began to shout, but the drunk was unaware of the danger. The bull was busy with the matador at the time, but it suddenly caught sight of the drunk who was shouting rude remarks and waving a red cap. Apparently sensitive to criticism, the bull forgot all about the22、 matador and charged at the drunk. The crowd suddenly grew quiet. The drunk, however, seemed quite sure of himself. When the bull got close to him, he clumsily stepped aside to let it pass. The crowd broke into cheers and the drunk bowed. By this time, however, three men had come into the ring and t23、hey quickly dragged the drunk to safety. Even the bull seemed to feel sorry for him, for it looked on sympathetically until the drunk was out of the way before once more turning its attention to the matador.Lesson71 A famous clock 一个著名的大钟When you visit London, one of the first things you will see is24、 Big Ben, the famous clock which can be heard all over the world on the B.B.C. If the Houses of Parliament had hot been burned down in 1834, the great clock would never have been erected. Big Ben takes its name from Sir Benjamin Hall who was responsible for the making of the clock when the new House25、s of Parliament were being built. It is not only of immense size, but is extremely accurate as well. Officials from Greenwich Observatory have the clock checked twice a day. On the B.B.C. you can hear the clock when it is actually striking because microphones are connected to the clock tower. Big Be26、n has rarely gone wrong. Once, however, it failed to give the correct time. A painter who had been working on the tower hung a pot of paint on one of the hands and slowed it down ! Lesson72 A car called Bluebird “蓝鸟”汽车The great racing driver, Sir Malcolm Campbell, was the first man to drive at over 27、300 miles per hour. He set up a new world record in September 1935 at Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah. Bluebird, the car he was driving, had been specially built for him. It was over 30 feet in length and had a 2500 horse-power engine. Although Campbell reached a speed of over 304 miles per hour, he had28、 great difficulty in controlling the car because a tyre burst during the first run. After his attempt, Campbell was disappointed to learn that his average speed had been 299 miles per hour. However, a few days later, he was told that a mistake had been made. His average speed had been 301 miles per 29、hour. Since that time, racing drivers have reached speeds of over 400 miles an hour. Following his fathers footsteps many years later, Sir Malcolms son, Donald, also set up a world record. Like his father, he was driving a car called Bluebird.Lesson73 The record-holder 纪录保持者Little boys who play trua30、nt from school are unimaginative. A quiet days fishing, or eight hours in a cinema seeing the same film over and over again, is usually as far as they get. They have all been put to shame by a boy who, while playing truant, travelled 1600 miles. He hitch- hiked to Dover and, towards evening, went in31、to a boat to find somewhere to sleep. When he woke up next morning, he discovered that the boat had, in the meantime, travelled to Calais. No one noticed the boy as he crept off. From there, he hitch-hiked to Paris in a lorry. The driver gave him a few biscuits and a cup of coffee and left him just 32、outside the city. The next car the boy stopped did not take him into the centre of Paris as he hoped it would, but to Perpignan on the French-Spanish border. There he was picked up by a policeman and sent back to England by the local authorities. He has surely set up a record for the thousands of bo33、ys who dream of evading school.Lesson74 Out of the limelight 舞台之外An ancient bus stopped by a dry river bed and a party of famous actors and actresses got off. Dressed in dark glasses and old clothes, they had taken special precautions so that no one should recognize them. Now you get out of here fast !lesson75 SOS 呼救信号When a light passenger plane flew off course some time ago, it crashed i37、n the mountains and its pilot was killed. The only passengers, a young woman and her two baby daughters, were unhurt. It was the middle of winter. Snow lay thick on the ground. The woman knew that the nearest village was miles away. When it grew dark. she turned a suitcase into a bed and put the chi38、ldren inside it, covering them with all the clothes she could find. During the night, it got terribly cold. The woman kept as near as she could to the children and even tried to get into the case herself, but it was too small. Early ,next morning she heard planes passing overhead and wondered how sh39、e could send a signal. Then she had an idea. She stamped out the letters SOS in the snow. Fortunately, a pilot saw the signal and sent a message by radio to the nearest town. It was not long before a helicopter arrived on the scene to rescue the survivors of the plane crash.Lesson76 April Fools Day 40、愚人节To end our special news bulletin, said the voice of the television announcer, we are taking you to the macaroni fields of Calabria. Macaroni has been grown in this area for over six hundred years. Two of the leading growers, Giuseppe Moldova and Ricardo Brabante, tell me that they have been expec41、ting a splendid crop this year and harvesting has begun earlier than usual. Here you can see two workers who, between them, have just finished cutting three cart-loads of golden brownmacaroni stalks. The whole village has been working day and night gathering and threshing this years crop before the 42、September rains. On the right, you can see Mrs Brabante herself. She has been helping her husband for thirty years now. Mrs Brabante is talking to the manager of the local factory where the crop is processed. This last scene shows you what will happen at the end of the harvest : the famous Calabrian43、 macaroni-eating competition ! Signor Fratelli, the present champion, has won it every year since 1961. The mummy is that of Shepenmut who was once a singer in the Temple of Thebes. As there were strange marks on the X-ray plates taken of the mummy, doctors have been trying to find out whether the woman died of a rare disease. The only way to do this was to operate. The ope45、ration, which lasted for over four hours, proved to be very difficult because of the hard resin which covered the skin. The doctors removed a section of the mummy and sent it to a laboratory. They also found something which the X-ray of the god Duamutef. This god which has the head of a cow was norm46、ally placedinside a mummy. The doctors have not yet decided how the woman died. They feared that the mummy would fall to pieces when they cut it open, but fortunately this has not happened. The mummy successfully survived the operation. Lesson78 The last one? 最后一枝吗?After reading an article entitled 47、Cigarette Smoking and Your Health I lit a cigarette to calm my nerves. I smoked with concentration and pleasure as I was sure that this would be my last cigarette. For a whole week I did not smoke at all and during this time, my wife suffered terribly. I had all the usual symptoms of someone giving 48、up smoking: a bad temper and an enormous appetite. My friends kept on offering me cigarettes and cigars. They made no effort to hide their amusement whenever I produced a packet of sweets from my pocket. After seven days of this I went to a party. 概述11项目名称及承办单位111项目名称:敦化市集中供热工程112项目主管部门:敦化市建设局113项目承办单位:敦化市供热公司12设计依据及范围121设计依据a敦化市人民政府2000年6月下发的关于实施敦化市区集中供热工程建设项目文件。b由省规划院及敦化市规划院城建局共同编制的敦化市城市整体规划c由敦化市建设局提供的市区50、建筑面积分布d关于敦化市集中供热工程项目建设书的批复。122设计范围在本可研报告中,主要核实热负荷,锅炉房规模及锅炉选型,厂址建设条件,燃料供应和本工程其它一些设想,一级管网及换热站设计,并作出经济效益分析及投资估算。工程测量与工程地质,水文工作,锅炉房的环境影响评价工作不列入本可研范围。13城市概况及自然条件131城市概况敦化市位于吉林省东部长白山区,东经12814,北纬22,西距长春市337公里,东距图门市、延吉市191公里,是吉林省的新兴城市之一,敦化市为延边地区所管辖,并列入西部大开发行列。目前,敦化市已形成了以木制口加工,医药制造业为主导的包括机械,纺织,水电等多元化工业格局,其中年51、产值超亿元的大型企业四户,五千万以上企业15户。市区现有人口20万人,建城区面积给10平方米公里。现有工业企业用户200余家。132自然概况敦化市座落在牡丹江河谷冲积平原上,市区周围群山环绕,牡丹江自西南向东北蜿蜒流经市区,城市北侧还有小石河流过,形成风景的北围山城。敦化市气候属寒温带大陆性季风气候。夏秋季多东南风,冬春多西北风。年平均气温3.2,最高气温34.5,最低气温-38.3,最大冻土深度1.77米,多年平均降水量519毫米。14建设必要性随着我国改革开放不断深入,敦化市工业得到不断发展,城市基础设施不断加以完善,住宅、给水、排水、道路、小区建设,城市绿化已排在省内前列。唯有市区供热还52、维持在原有小锅炉分散供热上。2000年由供热公司在红旗大街新建一座3台0.7MW(10T/h)锅炉房,其余全部为6T/h以下小锅炉供热。截止2001年统计,采暖锅炉172台,总容量571.4T/h,烟囱161座,分散小锅炉供热效率低,浪费能源,供热成本高,污染环境。进入冬季,处在四面环山的市区风力小,空气对流缓慢,烟囱排出烟尘笼罩在上空,污染空气,直接危害人民的身心健康,据2000年统计敦化市区年耗煤量35.0万吨左右,废气排放总量180000万标立方米,烟尘排放量115000吨,SO2排放量4100吨,2000年冬季由市环保局测定,空气中二氧化硫,总悬浮微粒,降尘等指标都超出国家规定值,如果53、不实现集中供热,小锅炉数量还在增加,能源浪费、空气污染将继续恶化。为此,在敦化市实现集中供热无论从经济效益还是社会效益都是十分必要的。第二章 热负荷21供热现状及发展敦化市区没有可利用余热厂供热,只有161座燃煤锅炉房分散供热,其中供热公司所管辖有九座锅炉房,供热面积40万平方米。市区外围铁东开发区、林业局,三三零五厂、敖东药厂已实行独立供热,不在本供热范围之内。为更清楚了解市区采暖面积分布情况,把供热区域划分为19个区,每个区现有建筑面积及发展面积见供热面积统计表21。从统计表中可以看出:现有供热面积245万平方米,到2010年规划发展面积180万平方米左右,合计供热面积425万平方米。本工54、程供热规模按照425万平方米考虑。22拟建规模城市供热建大中型区域燃煤锅炉房是国家能源政策提倡的,一是热率qw高,热效率82,能有效的利用能源,小型煤锅炉房热效率只有6070。二是投资少,只有同样供热能力的热电厂投资的十分之一,建设周期短(与热电厂相比)。一至二年可以建成投入使用。三是有利于保护环境,与多个小型燃煤锅炉相比,锅炉房个数少,污染源少,占地面积小,煤碳运输集中方便,除灰,除渣系统机构化程度高,采用湿式硫除尘器效率达98以上,烟尘排放浓度小。四是对供热负荷规模适应性好,供热成本低。建设大型燃煤锅炉房无论是从建设周期、环保要求及市场竞争力都是可行的。因此本工程拟建规模为3台29MW热水55、锅炉房四座,供热面积425万平方米,三年建成。热平衡见表22。23供热范围和供热参数本工程供热范围为区外环路以内至19区域。四座锅炉房,分别建在长安小区,曙光小区,江滨小区,团结小区。换热站利用原有锅炉房,每座锅炉房承担供热面积及供热范围,换热站数量见表23。由于在本工程供热范围内有住宅、工企等,因此本设计采暖综合热指标为73.3W/m2,一、二级管网间热闹换热,连续运行,一级网供回水温度150/90,一级网量大供热半径2.5公里,最大管径D4787。二级网供回水温度95/70,二级网最大供热半径1.5公里。24主机选型目前国内大型供热锅炉选型主要以哈尔滨锅炉厂等代表的SHL29-1.6/1556、0/90散装锅炉,以上海四方锅炉厂为代表的DHL29-1.6/150/90-AII角管式组装锅炉和以营口锅炉厂为代表的DZL29-1.6/150/90水火管锅壳式组装锅炉,后两种锅炉以技术先进性能可靠,结构紧凑,热效益高等优势得到厂泛应用。DZL29-1.6/150/90水灾管壳式组装锅炉主体更简单适用,炉型布置合理,热效率高,初始排尘浓度低,因此本工程初步推荐使用DZL29-1.5/150/90水火管壳式组装锅炉。锅炉主要参数:型号:DZL29-1.6/150/90额定出力:29MW设计工作压力:1.6Mpa额定热水出口温度:150额定热水进口温度:90设计效率:82煤种:II类烟煤锅炉房布57、置为双层布置方案,运转层高4.5m,双层布置优点是操作环境好,厂房占地面积小,上煤除渣灰方便。供热面积统计表表面21 建设条件41厂址选择根据敦化市规划处提供的敦化市城市整体规划,以及目前敦化市供热分布状况,四座锅炉房分别选在长安小区、长城小区、团结小区、江滨小区。每座锅炉房厂区占地120130M(1.56公倾),详见厂址区总平面图。厂址选择处在热负荷中心,供热距离短,有足够62、空地,拆迁量小。42气象条件最热月平均气温:19.6最冷月平均气温:-17.8年极端最低气温:-38.63年平均气温:2.6年平均降雨量:2.3米/秒夏季主导风向:东南冬季主导风向:西北积雪厚度:22CM最大冻土深度:1.77M采暖室外计算温度:-24采暖期日平均温度:-8.743交通运输与灰场锅炉房厂址外四周道路已形成,运输通道以外环路,以及市区道路为主通道。夜晚运输对民宅影响不大。本工程考虑灰渣将全部利用生产机制砖,不设长期贮灰场,只在厂内设灰渣暂存库,贮量2天。43供水水源与供电锅炉房用水以经市自来水公司同意,采用市区给水管网。锅炉房主要辅机设备属二级负荷,电源电压10KV,采用单回路电63、源进线。第五章 工程设想51厂区总平面布置总平面布置过程中做到满足生产工艺的前提下,合理布置其它辅助车间,缩短运输距离,厂区四周开避环形道路,沿围墙栽植树种,同时注意满足环境保护及消防等各方面的要求。新建主要建筑工程。锅炉房占地面积:2091M2煤场、渣场占面积:2400 M2碎煤机占地面积:40 M2消防水池占地面积:144 M2除渣楼占地面积:40 M2总平面主要设计指标:厂区总占地面积:120130m(1.56公顷)建、构筑物占地面积:4175 M2道路占地面积:2820 M2围墙长度:500米出入口:1个建筑系数:30利用系数:4852上煤系统521概述本工程主要交通运输为煤和灰渣,以64、汽车做为主要运输工具。四周锅炉房年运输煤量21.25万吨,渣6.38万吨。522运煤系统厂区内设煤库一座,迪量2700吨。有铲车进行推煤和上煤作业。锅炉房输煤系统为单路胶带输送,带宽650mm,系统出力160t/h,一班工作制,燃煤以煤库受煤斗,电磁振动给料机,1胶带输送机,电磁除铁器,振动筛,环锤破碎机。2胶带输送机(大倾角)。3胶带输送机(水平),电子皮带秤,进入炉前贮煤斗100M3。53燃烧系统每台锅炉设一台鼓风机、引风机、一台湿式脱硫除尘器。送风机由锅炉间上部和室外取用,经过空气预热器后,由运转屋下锅炉两侧风道进入锅炉。锅炉烟气经尾部受热面至除至除器再由引风机送入烟囱排入大气。三台锅炉65、合用一座烟囱,烟囱高度80m,直径3m.主要辅助设备选型(一座锅炉房)送风机:G47311No14 电机功率90KW3台引风机:G47311No14电机功率 185KW3台除尘器:效率98脱硫率603台烟囱: 高80M出口直径 表52序号项目给水t/h排水t/h备注最大平均最大平均1一级网循环水系统补水2020(补水除灰渣系统)辅机冷却水来2锅炉辅机冷却水4.54.54.54.53除灰渣用水(4.5)(4.5)4水处理系统反洗再生5.03.0(5.0)(3.0)5生活用水4.03.02.01.56锅炉定期排污10.3383512.59.3锅炉房用水来自市内自来水管网,其水质情况:pH:7.4总硬度:32mg/L58电气部分581用电负荷及外部电源本工程为供热锅炉房,锅炉房主要辅朵设备属二级负荷。电源引自各锅炉房邻近的地区变电所,电源电压为10KV。采用单回路电69、源进线。每座锅炉房总用电量1213KW。582电气主接线及变电设备布置10KV母线采用单母线接线,进线上分别装设电压互感器,避雷器及计量柜。根据负荷情况上一台1600KWA的变压器。变电所和锅炉房为同一建筑,布置在一层左侧,高有高、低压配电室,变压器室。583主要设备选型高压开关柜选用JYN612型户内交流金属封闭铠装移开式关柜;变压器选用S10M系列密封式变压器;低压开关柜选用GND5型低压轴式开关柜。584二次接及自动装置高压开关柜的断路器在控制室操作,有用直流操作方式,保护用的继电器安装在各自的高压开关柜上。在控制室设中央信号屏。在控制设负荷监控来实现远方控制。585锅炉房配电引风机、鼓70、风机、循环水泵、实水泵采用变频器进行控制。引风机、鼓风机、循环水泵同时具有软起装置,软起动装置具有与变频器控制的切换功能,以保证变频器故障时,上述设备的投入运行。主要锅炉辅机设备在控制室操作台上就地操作,并在就地采用转换开头来选择操作地点,以防伤害事故。大部分电力线路采用电力电缆,控制电缆桥架敷设。59热工控制591研究范围本工程控制测量仪表所包括的范围是每座锅炉房3台29MW热水锅炉及与之相配套的辅助设备。592设计方案为了保证锅炉的安全运行,降低能耗,提高锅炉的热效率,改善操作环境,在锅炉房内设置自动控制,自动检测,集中管理的控制室。控制方案采用微机系统控制系统,除有常规仪表所具备的功能外71、,微机显视器还有多种画面功能,包括工艺流程画面,各工艺参数画面,故障画面,运行状态画面等。通过这些画面,工作人员可对每台锅炉运行的各个部位有充分了解,及时掌握各个环节发生的各种情况。在控制室中还设置了打印机,可以随时打印所需的各种资料,并可定时打印日报、月报等。593仪表选型根据目前国内仪表生产和质量情况,仪表选型确定为以电动单元组合仪表为主体,压力,液位变送器选用智能变送器,流量变送器选用涡街流量计或电磁流量变送器,执行部分选用电动执行机构。电动仪表信号为420mA,标准信号即合国际通用标准,又与微机配用方便。594控制水平根据本锅炉房具体情况和工艺参数配置必要的自动调节系统;对于较重要的工72、艺参数采用集中显示;对于一般工艺参数采用就地检测;对于影响安全运行的工艺参数设置越限报警或信号联锁。为了节约能源,对循环水、补水系统设置计量累积,以便于经济核算。595检测及控制a锅炉部分检测供回水流量、温度、压力、炉膛负压、省煤器、前烟气含氧量记录,炉膛烟风温度压力检测,省煤器前后水温,送风量检测。控制与调节部分包括锅炉进出口电动阀门远程开启。根据锅炉供水温度及流量控制炉排转速,根据送风量及风煤比参数,采用烟气氧含量进行修正变频调节送风转速,根据炉膛负压信号,采用风量分流信号修正变频调节引风机转速,输煤系统电动机顺序控制。报警:供水温度过高;炉膛负压过高;辅机故障。b热岗循五水及补水系统检测73、循环供回水流量,温度,压力检测,供水温度记录,定压点压力检测。控制与调节供回水,旁路管电动阀手动远程开启;根据供水温度调节混水电动调节阀;根据回水温度变频调节循环水泵转速(量调)或分阶段量调;根据定点压力变频调节补水泵转速,锅炉进水母管压力过高自动开启泄压电磁阀。报警:定压点压力过低,供水温度过高,循环水泵,补水泵故障。510建筑结构5101主要建(构)筑物的建筑特征及结构类型a主厂房:包括锅炉间及煤仓间。锅炉间分二层,屋面梁下标高17.5m。煤仓音三层,屋面高22m。结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,柱距6m,屋面结构梯形钢屋架,予应力大型屋面板。基础采用浅基础,钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础。b风74、机除尘及除渣间为钢筋混凝土框架结构,楼层结构为现浇钢筋混凝土结构。屋为钢筋混凝土工字形屋梁,钢筋混柱下独立基础。风机除尘层面高度13.5m。 c烟囱高度80m,上口直径3m。钢筋混凝土结构,独立 基础。辅属间值班休息为砖混结构,钢筋混凝土空心板楼面及屋面结构,钢筋混凝土底板条形砖基础。d煤库为单层,柱高12m,钢筋混凝土独立基础。地下水池600m3,钢筋混凝土结构。5102厂址地区地震基本烈度为六度。由于未进行场地地质勘察,本参考附近区域工程地质报告,待详勘后对基础形式进行必要的调整。第六章 热力网61管网611布置原则及走向为了保证工程技术可靠、经济合理,施工方便,热力网布置原则为主干线及分75、支干线穿越负荷中心,减少拆迁量,一次建成。管网布置为枝状管网,本工程新建四座锅炉房,四座锅炉房外管网之间设连通管,以保证运行调节节能性、可靠性。西城区锅炉房供热半径2.0Km,种子公司锅炉房供热半径2.5km红旗北大街锅炉房供热半径2.0km红旗南大街锅炉房供热半长1.8km管网布置详见附图。62敷设方式及管道热补偿本工程一、二级管网采用硬质泡沫预制保温管直埋敷设。管网除自然补偿外,主要采用套筒补偿器补偿方式。在支、干线上安装手动调节阀,管材采用螺旋钢管,材料为A3F钢。63换热站换热站不予新建,全部利用现有锅炉房和新建锅炉房内。换热站设有休息间、配电间、换热间。设备有板式换热器,二次网采暖循76、环泵、补水泵、贮水箱,各站设备材料见附表。64管网水力计算和水压图一、二级管网基本计算参数:供回水温度150/90,95/70,按城市热力网设计规范规定主干线经济比摩阻4080Pa/m,木工程R值控制此范围之内。管道阴力损失值为0.2。锅炉房供热系统最高15m,150高温水饱和压力39mH2O。当一次网系统循环水泵停止运转时,为防止系统气化静水压应维持在2915559 环境保护71概述本章从保护环境的角度出发,研究敦化市供热工程建设的可行性。即如何向保护周围环境不受污染,人们健康不受危害,并对锅炉建成后对环境造成的可能影响及程度作以预测。提出控制污染,保护环境的处理措施,以期达到锅炉房投产后,经济效益和社会效益协调增长,本章的重点是锅炉房燃煤对大气环境的影响,对于废水,噪声的影响予以简要分析。72设计依据按国家颁发的环境法及下列文件对本工程进行环保设计。a环境空气质量标准GB30979、51996b锅炉房大气污染物排放标准GWPB31999c工业企业厂界噪声标准GB123489073环境质量评价本工程建设四座锅炉房,每座锅炉房安装3台29MW热水锅炉,污染物排放量以3台锅炉额定负荷运行作为设计工况。其燃煤的分析资料为Ay31,Sy0.460.46,低位发热量为19228KJ/Kg(4600Kcal/kg)。本工程采用高效湿式脱离除尘器,除尘效率98,脱硫率60。满足一类区允许烟尘排放浓度80mg/Nm3和SO2排放浓度900mg/Nm3的规定。本工程初步确定烟囱80m,出口内径3.0,出口烟速23m/s,具体根据批准的环境影响报告书确定。74灰渣治理和废水排放治理由于灰渣是制80、砖的上好材料,可提供给建材加工工厂作原料,既可保护环境又可创造经济价值。锅炉房排出的废水主要是工业废水和生活污水,生活污水经处理后与工业废水一起排放到市政排水管网。工业废水主要是水处理排出的废水,辅机冷却水和锅炉排污水,其水质符合排放标准,可直接排放市政排水管网。75噪声治理和厂区绿化厂房内操作人员大都在控制室内,为控制噪声可利用嗝音门,双层密封窗及对周围结构上孔洞采取密封措施。引风机、送风机、碎煤机等设备装设消声器或隔音罩,循环泵加隔震垫和避震喉。厂区绿化对环境改善起重要作用,可以吸收SO2及其它有害气体,放出氧气净化空气。也有吸附和阻留灰尘,减少噪声,调节和改造小气候的作用,厂区四周栽树,81、形成绿化带,降低粉尘和噪声对周围环境的污染。第八章 消防、劳动安全及工业卫生81消防根据GBJ1687建筑设计防火规范,厂区室外消防为20l/s,室内10l/s,火灾延续时间3小时,拟建一座500m3,地下水池,为生产、生活消防合用水池。室内消防采用临时高压制,在锅炉间布置消火栓若干,并设置远距离启动按钮以启动室内消防泵。室外采用低压制,在厂区布置环状管网及室外消火栓。82劳动安全及工业卫生根据劳字(1998)48号文关于生产性建设工程项目职业安全卫生监察的暂行规定和工业企业设计卫生标准等的规定,本工程在有关生产环节考虑设置防爆,防尘,防毒,防腐,防噪声,防机械操伤,防雷电 ,采暖通风降温及采82、光照明时等安全卫生措施。厂内压力容器与锅炉等设备,设备安全阀,安全门,除尘系统采用机械除渣,灰渣混除,由除渣机运至高位渣斗,由自卸车运出。所有机械转动部位加设防护罩,护拦,护拦,输煤系统沿线设停机开关,事故时可就地停机,对运行人员可能按接触到的热力设备,管道等,控制其保温层表面温度小于50,以防烫伤。主要通道和操作地点设事故照明,对主厂房与屋外配电装置设防雷措施,电气设备作好安全接地。在生产人员集中的地方,设洗手间,卫生间,更衣室,休息室等。第九章 节能91节煤淘汰市区161座原有小锅炉房,选用12台29MW水管锅炉供热,锅炉效率82,年节约供热成本1177万元,折煤6.36万吨。鼓、引风机、83、循环水泵、补水泵采用变频器调速,年可节电144万度。第十章 If the Houses of Parliament had hot been burned down in 1834, the great clock would never have been erected. It is not only of immense size, but is extremely accurate as well. Officials from Greenwich Observatory have the clock checked twice a day. Once, however, it failed to give the correct time. A painter who had been working on the tower hung a pot of paint on one of the hands and slowed it down ! Lesson72 A car c119、alled Bluebird “蓝鸟”汽车The great racing driver, Sir Malcolm Campbell, was the first man to drive at over 300 miles per hour. He set up a new world record in September 1935 at Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah. Bluebird, the car he was driving, had been specially built for him. The operation, which lasted for over four hours, proved to be very difficult because of the hard resin which covered the skin. The doctors removed a section of the mummy and sent it to a laboratory. They 138、also found something which the X-ray of the god Duamutef. This god which has the head of a cow was normally placedinside a mummy. The doctors have not yet decided how the woman died. They feared that the mummy would fall to pieces when they cut it open, but fortunately this has not happened. The mum139、my successfully survived the operation.
