The welding o25、f brackets and supports with structural steel shall be approved by the Owner ahead of time and the welding shall be reliable and will be done anti-corrosive treatment for the welding point.5.2.5 桥架连接应使用桥架厂家的连接片通过螺栓连接。螺栓应带有平垫片和防松垫片,The cable trays shall be bolted with each other using the connection 26、pieces supplied by the cable tray manufacturer. A piece of 95 mm2 bare copper stranded wire as a earthling line will be31、 laid in the top cable tray of outside pipe rack and connected to main earthling net of factory. All cable tray should have good electric conductivity and earthling wire will be installed in each 30M in the cable tray.5.6 安装结束后保证桥架不应有明显的波形弯或蛇形弯。在电缆安装结束后，主管廊最上层桥架应盖上盖板，厂房内部600mm宽的电缆桥架需加盖板，300mm宽度及以下无需32、加盖板；After completion of cable tray installation, it shall be ensured that there is no visible wave or snake type curve. After cable installation, the top cable tray shall be covered with plate；、 桥架施工工序Cable tray installation procedure施工准备Preparation for installation支架预制Support pre-fabrication支架安装Sup33、port installation 桥架预制Cable tray pre-fabrication桥架安装Cable installation接地线安装Earthling wire installation 、 施工详细描述Installation description7.1 施工准备详见第4条；Preparation for Installation see above item 47.2 桥架支架预制Support of cable tray pre-fabrication7.2.1 根据桥架施工图，合理安排桥架支架安装位置，标注好桥架支架安装的具体位置，计算出每根支架的尺寸，在事先选好的34、C型钢材上标出相应的位置；标出后统一拿到预制场地加工，严禁在现场加工支架.对于装纳电缆容量大的桥架应选用背靠背叠在一处的C型钢支架，增强支架强度；We will arrange the reasonable location of support of cable tray and make label when we install it according to cable tray drawing, We will also calculate each support size and draw detail position in the C steel we selected in35、 advance. After finishing position in the c steel, support will be made in the pre-fabrication shop and avoid making support in the installation site. Double C steel support of back against back installed is adopted for heavy load cable in the cable tray in order to reinforce strength. 7.2.2 切割时用砂轮切36、割机切割，严禁动用气焊、电焊切割，然后清除毛刺，并打磨光滑；Abrasive cutting machine will be used to cut support of cable tray and it is forbidden to use welding machine to cut. after finishing cutting, removing burrs and make it smooth.7.2.3 对预制加工部位喷上镀锌漆，并对预制好支架做好标识；Galvanized lacquer will be sprayed in the processed part of su37、pport, sign will be made and put in the processed support.7.3 桥架支架安装；Installation for support of cable tray7.3.1 对于建筑物内安装的桥架，应在桥架末端和变高处先安装桥架支架；The end and elbow position of cable tray as well as the place height varied will be installed support first according to design requirement.7.3.2 然后在同一水平长度段，38、以不超过20m为一间隔先安装首尾两个立柱，然后拉一直线，以此线为参照安装中间其他立柱；Each 20M of cable tray firstly install two hanging bracket for the both end in the same horizontal length of cable tray , then draw a straight line, refer to this strait line, other support can be installed between these two hanging bracket.7.3.3 对于安装在钢结构上的39、支架，直接用卡扣卡在钢结构上，用螺栓紧固，不得焊接；Support installed in the steel structure will be used clamp and bolt to install not allow to welding.7.3.4 吊顶安装在楼面的支架，先标出需要打眼部位，用冲击电锤钻出合适的孔洞，通过内膨胀螺栓固定预制好的支架；If bracket need to install in the structure ceiling, firstly draw hole position and make hole with electric punch ham40、mer drill, then bracket be fixed by expansion bolt.7.4 桥架预制Cable tray prefabrication7.4.1 桥架预制都在预制场地进行，预制桥架过程中，只允许用切割机进行切割，严禁用电焊、气焊切割，切割完后清楚毛刺并打磨光滑；the cable tray will be prefabricated in the prefabrication shop. abrasive cutting machine will be used to cut prefabricated cable tray and it is forbidd41、en using welding machine to cut. after finishing cutting, removing burrs and make it smooth.7.4.2 Galvanized lacquer will be sprayed in the processed part of cable tray.对于镀锌桥架,应在预制处喷涂镀锌漆；7.4.3 不准用电焊直接把两段桥架焊在一起；It is forbidden to connect two cable tray with welding method.7.5 桥架安装Installation for cab42、le tray7.5.1 桥架安装前应尽量在地面进行预组装；对于管廊处大跨距桥架，直接在支架上安装；The cable tray will be assembled in the floor as best as we can before installation.7.5.2 在地面预组装完后，将桥架架上托臂，把桥架调整水平，然后用压板固定；After finishing assemble, cable tray will be put on the bracket arm, then make leveling and fixed by clamping plate.7.5.3 桥架固定应43、牢固，连接无错边，连接板螺栓应紧固且螺母应位于桥架槽的外侧,螺帽应安装在内侧。The cable tray will be firmly fixed, there is no change in the connection joint; bolt will be tighten in the connection plate and nut will be outside in the cable tray, head of bolt will be inside in the cable tray.7.5.4 连接螺栓前应在螺栓上喷上防卡剂；Before connecting bolt, 44、anti block agent will be sprayed in the bolt.7.5.5 同一水平面桥架水平度要一致、无变形，多层桥架间距应保持一致；The horizontality should be the same in the same horizontal and no deformation; The distance of cable tray between layer should keep the same.7.5.6 桥架穿越楼板洞、墙洞，应用防火胶泥密封；Cable tray through floor hole and wall hole,fire pr45、oof clay will be used to seal hole after cable to be laid.7.6 桥架接地线敷设Laying earthling wire of cable tray.7.6.1 桥架安装完后，应对桥架做接地处理，详见第5.5条After cable tray be installed, earthling of cable tray will be done according to technical requirement. see item 5.5、 施工注意事项及措施Construction precaution and measuremen46、t to be taken8.1 SPCII电缆桥架安装大部分是在生产与施工的环境下同时进行，务必要求所有进入生产区域现场施工的人员不得接触任何与施工无关的设备，并且严禁碰撞生产设备、管线，施工用的材料只能堆放在指定的场所，当日施工结束后，必须清扫干净；In SPCII project, cable tray be installed is under production and operation environment in the same workshop, It is required that all construction people can not touch any i47、rrespective equipment with construction and forbidden to hit any production equipment and pipe. The material using for construction only put appointed site. Work finished every day, construction site should be cleaned.8.2 生产区域内介质都为有毒的液体、气体或粉末状物质，在建筑物内生产区域施工时，应设置警戒线，只能在规定的警戒线范围内施工；从管廊进入B204区域桥架施工时，应在48、施工区域内搭设防护栏，并且派专人看管，施工时严禁动用电焊或气焊；There are a lot of poisonous gas and liquid material in production area, guarding line will be set up in construction area of inside building. Construction only be made within stated guarding line. When cable tray be installed from outside pipe rack into B204 area, gu49、ard rail will be established in this construction area and should have person to be in charge. Welding will be prohibited in the construction. 8.3 在防爆区域内施工时，要求所有施工用电器设备都具有防爆功能，所用的临时施工电源要求使用防爆插座，并配置防爆插头；When construction made in the anti-detonation area, It is required that all electrical appliance f50、or construction should have explosion proof function and all temporary power should use explosion proof receptacle and plug.8.4 在生产区域施工时，施工用电源线不能直接跟运行设备、管线接触，应加工电缆挂钩挂临时电源线，挂钩也不能挂在设备及管线上，并且挂钩上应用塑料套管隔离。When construction made in the production area, power cable for temporary construction can not touch 51、operation equipment and pipe. Leased clamp be used for hanging the temporary power cable and can not hang on the equipment and pipe.8.5 在对有电缆在内的桥架开槽时，应把运行电缆隔离开，严禁损坏一期原有电缆，采取的防护措施如下：在需切割的部位事先放上C形状的薄铁板，然后用防火布覆盖，并且在桥架下方铺设一层防火布，再用砂轮切割机切割，切割后清除毛刺，并打磨光滑；When we need to make duct in the cable tray with liv52、ing cable, cable with electricity will be unplugged and not allowed to damage existing cable, measure will be taken as follow: the places we need to cut should put a pieces of C type thin steel plate in advance, then cover a piece of fire proof cloth on the steel plate and put fire proof cloth under53、 cable tray at the same time, then we can cut hole with abrasive cutting machine , after cutting, remove burry and make it smooth.8.6 从B196至B204厂房间的桥架都位于室外管廊上，且属于高空作业， 除了遵守相应的高空作业规定外，雾天、雨天应禁止在管廊上施工作业；Some installation from B196 to B204 in the outside pipe rack is aloft work, except following relevan54、t regulation of aloft work, it should be prohibited in the rain and fog weather.8.7 在生产区域施工时，禁止利用原有的电缆桥架、工艺管线或风道及设备来搭设跳板，严禁踩踏；It should be prohibited to use exist cable tray and pipe or ventilation duct to set up sleeper and to trample the equipment in the production area.8.8 在生产区域动火作业时（包括用电锤、电钻、磨光机55、等用电设备）必须有专人监护，且必须事先准备好消防器材； There are special people to supervise when hot work( including using electric hammer and drill as well as grater etc ) to be done in the production area, at the same time, fire-fighting apparatus will be prepared in advance.8.9 在B196、管梁上、B204生产区域内施工时必须开操作票，办理工作许可证，无证严禁施工 56、Before job performed in the B196 area, outside pipe rack, B204 production area, operating sheet and permitting work certificate should be done, if no this kinds of certification, it is prohibited that not allowed to work in above area. 9、 施工特别措施Special measurement to be taken in construction9.1 在B1957、6区G36G37轴线安装时，在+6.75米处用900150桥架同原有预留桥架连接，通过管廊钢梁做支架立柱，把C型钢用卡扣固定在钢梁上做桥架支架，升至14.0米后跟NO. 1.7桥架支架处桥架连接，连接时需在桥架开槽，开槽时应参照第8.5条；在施工作业前，需搭设脚手架，脚手架操作平台搭设区域见附图1，样式图见附图2；When we install cable tray at axis of G36-G37 in B196 area, 900x150 cable tray will be connected to exist 900x150 cable tray at +6.75m, using 58、clamp to fix C steel as bracket to the steel beam of pipe rack, then install vertical cable tray up to 14.0m and put cable tray on NO.1.7 bracket and connected to exist cable tray. When cable tray need to be connected to exist cable tray, sometimes we need to make hole in the existing cable tray, me59、thod refer to item 8.5 Scaffold have to be established when construction to be made at axis G36-G37 in the B196 area. Operation platform position of scaffold see attached diagram 1, pattern see attached diagram 2.9.2 在管廊G9G12区施工时，需在+14.4米NO.2.7层支架上桥架开600150槽，开槽注意事项同前，整个作业在管廊高空作业，且原有桥架密集，施工时注意别碰撞桥架、管60、路。安装管廊大跨距桥架时，先用叉车把桥架运到G9轴线处位置，然后用16T吊车将桥架吊至管廊顶上的G9轴至G10轴线间，吊装完一段桥架应立即沿着搭设的脚手架操作平台，用人工拉至安装的合适位置，然后再吊装另外一段桥架。安装时先沿着NO. 2.7层支架安装至G10轴线，再从G10轴线处爬至顶层，从G9轴线用直角弯敷设至NO. 1.8层支架，再降至NO. 1.4桥架；在吊装前应在需安装桥架的上层桥架底处铺设层薄木版，避免在吊装及运输时损伤原宥电缆，并且在管廊上运输、安装桥架过程中，施工人员必须带好安全带, 安全带卡扣不得挂在管线、桥架、阀门等设备上。管廊G9G12区需搭设脚手架搭设的脚手架操作平台区域61、见附图3，样式图见附图4；When cable tray to be installed in G9-G12 area of pipe rack, the 600x150 duct will be made in the existing cable tray of No.2.7 bracket at +14.4m, the precaution of making duct same as before. All outside cable tray installation is aloft work and existed cable tray and chemical pipe is 62、denseness, we will take some measure to prevent hitting and damage existing cable tray and pipe. When we install big span cable tray, first use fork lift truck move cable tray to the axis G9, then we use 16t crane to lift the cable tray to installed position, in this part, we lift the cable tray to 63、the scaffold platform between axis G9 and G10, then install step by step. First, install cable tray to axis G10 along No.2.7 bracket, then up to top of pipe rack from G10 till to axis G9 through right angle bend to No.1.8 bracket, then down to No.1.4 bracket. The thin wooden board will be fixed in t64、he bottom of cable tray which is up cable tray related to installed one before lifting in order to avoid damaging existing living cable. when moving and installing cable tray in the pipe rack, construction people must tie the safety belt, but hook of safety belt not allow to hang existing pipe, valv65、e, cable tray etc. Scaffold have to be set up at G9-G12 area in the outside pipe rack, Operation platform position of scaffold see attached diagram 3, pattern see attached diagram 4. 9.3 在管廊G6G9区需搭设脚手架，脚手架操作平台搭设区域见附图5，样式图见附图6；其运输及安装方法详见第9.2节；Scaffold have to be set up at G6-G9 area in the outside pi66、pe rack, Operation platform position of scaffold see attached diagram 5, pattern see attached diagram 6. The method of transportation and installation see item 9.29.4 从+12.5米2.3层管廊桥架返至B204区C轴D轴间+4.9米时，桥架安装从+4.9处往上安装，桥架支架尽量利用原有钢梁作支撑，避免在墙上打眼.当在室内动用用电设备时，应采用防爆用电设备，电源电缆避免跟原有管线接触，并且在下方铺设放火布;在B204一期工程C轴D轴67、间需搭设脚手架，脚手架操作平台搭设区域见附图7，样式图见附图8；Cable tray will enter into room of B204 between axis c and d from 12.5m No. 2.3 bracket of pipe rack down to 4.9m after finishing installation of outside pipe rack. The cable tray will be installed from 4.9m to up inside B204 room, we will use exist steel beam as supp68、ort and avoid to make hole on the wall of building. When electrical appliance to be used in construction, explosion proof equipment will be adopted and power cable will not touch any exist cable and pipe, fire proof cloth will be put under cable tray when installation.
