1、南通建筑工程总承包有限公司 后园小区1#楼大体积混凝土施工方案临沂市后园小区1#楼大体积混凝土施工方案南通建筑工程总承包有限公司临沂市后园项目部2008年12月16日目 录一、编制依据2二、工程概况2三、施工准备2四、施工工艺3五、砼的测温6六、质量要求和成品保护措施7七、安全措施8八、应急措施8九、组织管理9附图10附录：大体积混凝土施工水化热计算及养护12大体积混凝土施工方案一、编制依据1、临沂后园小区1#还建楼施工组织设计2、临沂后园小区1#还建楼施工图纸3、混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50204-2002）4、混凝土强度检验评定标准（GBJ107-87）5、混凝土泵送施工技术规2、程（JGJ/T10-1995）6、临沂后园小区1#还建楼混凝土工程施工方案二、工程概况临沂市后园小区1#住宅楼为小区还建楼，它北临滨河大道，西靠东岳庙街。本工程地下二层，地上二十四层，裙房为地下一层车库。主楼基础面标高为-6米，筏板厚度为1.5米，本工程基础筏板混凝土等级为C35S6，总浇注方量约为1638M3，其中地下室混凝土为冬期施工，因此必须做好大体积混凝土施工的保温、养护工作。注：基础底板、地下室外墙采用防水砼，砼抗渗等级为S6。基础原后浇带位置改为2米宽膨胀加强带，加强带混凝土强度等级为C35S8。三、施工准备1、机械、料具准备因本工程采用商品砼，故需要准备如下机械：泵车两台、振捣机3、8台。料具上需要准备泵管、泵卡，塔吊随时运转。2、材料准备温度计共计32个、PVC管、机油、塑料布、黑心棉准备齐全。3、施工技术准备因本工程主楼与裙房整体相连，主楼四周与裙房交接部位都有沉降后浇带，则主楼中部的后浇带只起防止大体积混凝土浇注后因温度、收缩而可能产生有害裂缝而设置的变形作用。考虑到本工程大体积混凝土浇注为冬期施工阶段，且项目部对大体积混凝土施工有一定的技术经验措施，经设计、建设、监理单位一致认可，取消主楼中部后浇带，改为膨胀加强带。四、施工工艺1、砼的泵送1.1砼的泵送方式采用HBT-80拖式砼泵车直接泵送至浇注地点，泵管直径选用125。每台砼泵的实际排量计算： Qf=aEtQm4、qx=0.70.480=22.4M3/h式中a泵送距离影响因素，本工程泵送距离不超过150m，取0.7；Et泵作业效率系数，取0.4；Qmax最大理论排量为80m3/h 1.2泵管的布置 考虑到砼灌车停放位置，本着泵料由远及近的原则，从最东处开始浇注，为了避免泵管的振动影响底板钢筋，泵管与筏板钢筋之间必须有隔离措施，一般采用木跳板架空布置。1.3混凝土浇筑方法1.3.1基础底板一次性连续浇注完成；砼浇筑时采用“分层浇筑、分层振捣、一个斜面、一次到顶”的方法；行走路线采用小字形来布料。振捣时做到快插慢拨，插点有序，无漏振，也不过振；砼施工质量的控制点是砼振捣密实，分层搭接及时，避免出现施工冷缝。5、1.3.2主楼膨胀加强带的施工方法：当主楼底板砼浇注至膨胀加强带位置侧边时，先浇注膨胀加强带两侧边砼，而后浇注膨胀加强带内砼，因为膨胀加强带内砼配合比与其余部位砼配合比不同，可以在更换混凝土时在砼内放入一个小球，小球会跟更换的砼一起向外泵送，当小球被送至泵管出口处时，即代表出料口处的砼已经更换。1.4砼准备提前一周向搅拌站通报砼浇筑时间、方量、施工所需的时间，按泵车输送能力按36M3/h计算，浇筑基础砼需49小时。考虑其它因素按55小时计算，同时考虑到搅拌站离工地有10分钟车程，因此需为泵车持续提供5台搅拌车。1.5砼进场后质量控制由供需双方和监理共同取样测量坍落度，对坍落度测量合格后立即卸料6、，不管任何原因罐车内严禁加水，如果由于搅拌车在运输途中因混凝土水分损失过大，可以在施工现场添加泵送剂，但必须经过监理、施工单位的认可。 1.6泵送的程序 1.6.1砼在浇注以前，泵送与砼内除粗骨料以外的其他成分相同的水泥砂浆，使管壁处于充分滑润状态； 1.6.2砼的泵送按照初始泵送、正常泵送、短时间停泵、长时间泵送的操作规程作业。 2、砼的浇注 2.1砼的浇注方法：考虑到本工程的底板尺寸较大，故选用分层分段的浇注方法，主楼底板的厚度为1.5米，则可以分三次浇注完成。 2.2砼的浇注流向：本工程的砼自东向西浇注。 2.3泵管的出口应当用竹胶板在离泵管口约500的地方挡住，不得让砼直接冲击到钢筋上7、； 2.4混凝土的振捣根据混凝土泵送时自然形成的坡度，在每个浇筑带的前后，中部布置三道振捣器，这样通过混凝土的振动流淌达到均匀铺摊的要求。振动器的振捣要做到快插慢拔。快插是为了防止先将表面混凝土振实而与下面混凝土产生分层、离析现象；慢拔是为了使混凝土填满振动棒抽出时所造成的空洞。振动器插点要均匀排列，采用“行列式”的次序移动，不应混用以免造成漏振。插点间距控制在400左右。每一插点要撑握好振捣时间，过短不易捣实，过长可能引起混凝土产生离析现象。一般每点振捣时间应视混凝土表面呈水平不再显著下沉，不再出现气泡，表面泛出灰浆为准，振捣时间为20-30秒。2.5泌水处理当混凝土浇筑到接近结束时，将混凝8、土泌水排集到侧模边，然后将水排出。3、试块留置 现场准备10组抗压试模、2组抗渗试模，每200M3留置一组标养试块，同时按规范要求留置600度/天的试块，同一工程、同一配合比的抗渗混凝土，取样不应小于1次，留置组数可根据实际需要确定。4、砼的养护新浇混凝土表面先用木杠刮平，再用木搓搓平，最后搓光。然后覆盖一层塑料薄膜，上铺一到两层黑心棉，棉毯覆盖严实，防止混凝土暴露。养护时间不少于14天。5、防止砼裂纹的措施5.1裂纹原因分析5.1.1主要是水泥水化热引起的温度应力温差变异。5.1.2大体积砼内外约束的条件不同影响。5.1.3外界大气温度变化的影响。5.1.4砼硬化过程中收缩变形。5.2防止裂9、纹措施5.2.1宜选用普硅42.5级水泥，为了减小水化热每立方砼中要掺加一定量的粉煤灰。5.2.2控制石子、砂的含泥量不超过1%和3%。5.2.3在砼中掺加微膨胀剂。可使砼得到补偿收缩，减少砼温差应力。5.2.4底板采用砖侧模和水泥浆隔层，可改变砼外部的约束力。5.2.5采用分层自然流坡的浇筑方法、间距不大于2m，使砼水化热尽快散失。5.2.6严格控制泵送砼的坍落度，保证砼的质量和泵送的连续性。5.2.7保证砼及时供应，避免砼出现冷缝。5.2.8浇筑完毕，对砼表面进行适时搓实，避免砼表面干缩裂纹5.2.9砼表面用一层棉毯加一层塑料薄膜覆盖，使砼表面与大气温度，砼的内外温差不大于25。5.2.110、0认真做好测温工作，记录砼的温度变化情况。6、防止砼冷缝的措施6.1严格控制砼的浇注宽度，防止因浇注面过宽而造成冷缝；6.2保证搅拌机的出料量，防止因供料不足造成冷缝；6.3严格控制外加剂的质量，保证砼的缓凝时间，防止初凝时间过早造成冷缝；6.4严把振捣关，在振捣上层砼时一定要将振捣棒插入下层砼中5厘米，防止振捣不均造成冷缝；6.5混凝土分层浇注时，要在下一层混凝土初凝之前浇注上一层混凝土，并将表面泌水及时排除。五、砼的测温1、测温点的布置测温点的布置详见测温点布置图2、测温管的制作测温管采用PVC管制作而成，内径20，长度按测温管埋设图加工，测温管下端封口，上露100，管内灌入机油，塞紧管口11、密封3、测温的时间砼浇注完10小时左右开始测温。2d内，每2h测温一次；龄期3-14d内，每4h测温一次；龄期15-28d，每8h测温一次。测温的同时应该测出周围环境的温度4、测温注意事项测温人必须作出书面记录，当发现砼的内外温差超过25摄氏度时，应立即向项目部汇报，查出原因并及时采取必要的养护措施。六、质量要求和成品保护措施1、各类材料必须有准用证、合格证、质保书和复试报告合格后方可用于本工程中。2、砼浇筑前必须检查钢筋、模板及支撑加固情况，以及预留、预埋等各部位是否齐全，位置是否正确。砼浇筑前，土建、安装等各部门 必须共同签署浇灌令后方可浇筑砼。3、浇筑过程中，要派专人看护钢筋、模板和支撑12、系统，发现异常应立即停止浇筑，待加固后，方可继续浇筑。但必须在砼初凝前完成。4、砼浇筑必须振捣密实，根据标高严格控制平整度，确保砼结构符合设计要求。5、新浇砼面强度未达到1.2Mpa前，表面不准上人作业和堆放任何料具。6、随时掌握天气情况以便更好地组织施工，确保工程质量。7、切实做好砼养护工作，建立管理人员、机修、电工值班制度，加强组织管理和质量管理。8、在底板浇注过程中，由砼工工长负责调度，保证砼的供应，并负责浇注现场的人员调度，生产安排；由项目经理负责总的安排调度，技术负责人负责技术措施的交底，质量员负责砼质量的控制，其他管理人员按值班表进行值班监督。七、安全措施1、在钢筋底板上铺设好跳板13、，以便施工人员行走和作业。2、电源线路绝缘架空，移动振动器时，不能硬拉，更不能挂在利物上，操作人员必须佩戴绝缘防护用品。3、机械设备发现异常应立即进行检修。4、塔吊配合施工时，信号工必须配合密切。下放料斗时，操作人员应主动避让，防止料斗碰撞伤人。5、临边、马道必须设防护、防滑措施，设置警示牌。夜间作业，照明设备必须充足。6、现场严禁吸烟及其它火种。必须动火的，须持动火证及配备防火设备后，方可作业。7、全体职工必须严格按照各自操作规程施工，树立“安全第一，预防为主”的思想，增强安全意识，千万不得麻痹大意。八、应急措施考虑到本工程的底板砼浇注时间较长，为了避免在施工过程中的一些可能发生的突发事件对14、工程质量造成不利影响，特制定如下应急措施：1、混凝土浇注前对泵车进行维修检查，避免出现机械故障。2、准备三色彩条布800平方米。若浇注过程中下雪，用三色彩条布将已经浇注完成而不具备强度的砼进行覆盖，防止砼受冻。同时浇注时，必须将积雪清理干净。3、进场备用振捣棒10支，振动机4台防止浇注过程中振捣机、棒损坏；4、现场安排专业机械修理人员值班，随时排除机械故障。5、预防突然停电而影响砼的连续浇筑，如果小区因政府需要停电，建设单位应提前12小时通知， 使得项目部及时做好停电后的浇注保养工作。九、组织管理1、劳动力组织浇筑底板砼时采取2班倒作业制，24小时连续浇筑，每班配备26人。其中：放料4人；接泵15、管6人；振动手6人；扒料4人；整平、搓毛6人；集体进行覆盖养护。劳动人员既分工，必须统一进行协调。所有浇砼过程中安全、质量、进度由砼工长负责。2、管理措施： 管理人员采取24小时值班制（值班表在浇砼前2天上报），每班2人，基坑内1人，负责控制浇筑质量；泵车出1人，负责协调砼罐车的调度及控制放料速度。122附图- 附图：注：大体积混凝土施工时，每个测温点实际为上中下三点测温孔布置，分别为基础面下150，基础中部、基础底板上100。附录：大体积混凝土施工水化热计算及养护根据本工程实际情况，大体积筏板砼拟一次性施工。参考C35S6混凝土配合比按照下列各类材料进行配比：材料选用：普硅42.5级水泥，每16、m3用量为408kg；中砂，每m3用量为578kg；碎石子每m3用量为1169kg；水，每m3用量为195kg；膨胀剂、外加剂每m3用量为60.4kg；粉煤灰，每m3用量为86kg。底板平面最大尺寸53.118.8m，砼工程量为1738m3，因在冬期施工阶段，混凝土入模温度至少要为10。（1）砼拌合物温度每m3砼原材料重量、温度、比热及热量代入拌合温度计算：材料名称重量W（kg）比热C（KJ/Kg.
