基本说明某车站地下车站采用明挖法施工，围护结构采用地下连续墙，与内衬墙构成重合墙结构。基坑标准段深度为22.79m，最大开挖深度25.84m，连续墙最深处26m，连续墙厚为1000mm，设3道钢筋砼加1道钢管支撑。车3、站主体结构里程范围：YDK4+382.994YDK4+496.794，车站长113.8m。本车站主体结构采用三层箱形框架结构，底板厚1000mm，中板厚400，顶板厚800mm。外墙厚900mm的内衬式结构墙与1000厚地下连续墙组成车站整体重合式外墙，两墙间设高分子自粘防水卷材。本车站选用整体式矩形钢筋混凝土框架结构，根据车站使用功能的要求，结构方案为三层框架。本工程顶板楼板厚800mm，支撑高度4.65m，最大梁截面积1000mm2000mm；地下一层楼板厚400mm，支撑高度6.40m，梁截面积600mm1200mm；地下二层楼板厚400mm，支撑高度7.15m，梁截面积600mm1204、0mm。楼板面荷载和梁线荷载均大于10kN/m2和15kN/ m2，部分支撑高度大于8m，属于高大模板。具体位置详件附图1、附图2、附图3。本方案主要针对中板、顶板及其纵梁的顶架及模板进行专项设计及控制管理。1.2. 高大模板方案编制的主要依据1）建筑施工模板安全技术规范（JGJ162-2008）；2）建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范（JGJ130-2001）；3）广东省建设工程高支撑模板系统安全管理办法19984）建筑施工安全检查标准（JGJ59-99）5）建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范（JGJ80-91）6）工程设计图纸及危险性较大工程安全专项施工方案编制及专家论证审查办法（佛建工2005、59号）；7）本方案计算书部分是采用中国建筑科学研究院建筑工程软件研究所生产的PKPM计算软件计算。8）相关主体结构施工图纸2. 高大模板设计2.1. 模板系统布置方案由于本工程顶板、负一层、负二层为高大模板，与周围模板系统有联系，总体做法如下：1）顶板采用18厚1830915优质建筑大夹板。2）负一层、负二层部分采用满堂红门式架支顶，门架规格：大架4219301219，中架429151219 和小架425001219，垫脚采用150mm50mm8mm铁块，分别支顶于800厚C30（S10）混凝土底板和400厚C30负二层楼板上，负二层支顶不拆除。3）顶板支顶采用满堂红钢管支顶，规格：483.6、0，垫脚采用150mm50mm8mm铁块，支承于400厚C30负一层楼板上，负一层支顶不拆除。4） 采用483.0扣件钢管作为模板体系的连结件，使之成为一个整体。2.2. 模板搭设方案负三层（高7.15m）、负二层（高6.40m）模板搭设方案 连续式剪刀撑；在柱子处应用纵横钢管抱柱，将门式架、钢管立杆和柱连成整体；门式架微调插入长度不得少于300mm，伸出长度不得大于300mm，当大于300mm时，需在每个微调螺栓杆处加纵横拉杆。 钢管螺杆伸出钢管顶部不得大于200mm，螺杆外径与立杆钢管内径的间隙不得大于3mm，安装时应保证上下同心。 2.3. 模板体系布置及用料的其他要求1) 所有木板、木枋的规格尺寸应保证，废烂、檐边、9、疤节、严重扭曲开裂的不能使用。2) 钢管应符合JGJ130-2001规范要求，进场的钢管不应有裂缝、硬弯，钢管应涂有防锈漆。3) 扣件：选择与钢管直径相配的扣件，扣件应进行防锈和润滑处理，旧扣件使用前应进行质量检查，有裂缝、变形的严禁使用，出现滑丝的螺栓必须更换，以确保扣件的力学性能达到规范要求。4) 楼板龙骨支承在大梁处用挂旁（传至梁侧模板）或用木枋支承在梁底龙骨处，或可直接传至满堂红钢管支顶的次龙骨处。5) 立杆接长接头必须采用对接扣件连接。对接应符合下列规定：立杆上的对接扣件应交错布置：两根相邻立杆的接头不应设置在同步内，同步内隔一根立杆的两个相隔接头在高度方向错开的距离不宜小于500m10、m；各接头中心至主节点的距离不宜大与步距的1/3；6) 支架立杆应竖直设置，2m高度的垂直允许偏差为15mm；7) 每道剪刀撑倾角宜在4560之间。剪刀撑斜杆应用旋转扣件固定在与之相交的横向水平杆的伸出端或立杆上，旋转扣件中心线至节点的距离不宜大于150mm。3.砼浇筑本工程主体结构混凝土浇筑顺序：底板负三层侧墙、立柱负二层板负二层下部侧墙、立柱及设备层板负二层上部侧墙、立柱负一层板负一层侧墙、立柱顶板。混凝土浇筑时，要注意掌握振动棒的操作方法。振捣时，要快插、慢拔，上下抽动510cm。要掌握好振捣时间，观察混凝土表面是否不再下降，不再出现气泡，表面是否呈水平，是否泛出水泥浆，如果所观察各项均11、发生时，表示混凝土已捣实，振捣时间一般可掌握为每点插20秒。为了防止浇筑混凝土时引起模板变形或支架失稳，同一部位的混凝土不能堆积过高，要分布均匀。严格控制混凝土配合比和浇筑速度，保证质量；接缝表面应没有松动集料颗粒，硬化后尽早用钢丝刷将表面打毛，并在充分湿润状态下养护。浇筑新混凝土时，要充分振捣施工缝两侧，使相结合范围混凝土密实。混凝土浇筑上料的人员要服从指挥。及时做混凝土试块，并预留同条件养护试块。3.1 施工分段A) 施工缝设在柱间跨之间的1/41/3处。B) 每施工段混凝土一次浇筑最大量控制在500m3以内。C) 避开主体结构与附属结构的连接部位。结合车站结构特点，为了便于施工组织管理及12、确保工程工期，车站沿纵轴方向，共分5个施工段进行施工，最长施工段约29.1m，最短施工段约15.8m。3.2 施工顺序车站主体结构长113.8m，基坑开挖深度约22.7925.84m，标准段结构净宽约21.1m。为充分发挥龙门吊、汽车吊灵活高效的特点，均衡各施工工序的材料运输强度，形成有利的流水作业条件，确定主施工流向为：由东西两端向中间推进。施工流向如下所示：错误！不能通过编辑域代码创建对象。详见附图： 【某车站】主体结构施工分段图。3.3 浇筑方案本工程混凝土量约15870m3。主体结构混凝土均采用商品混凝土，由业主指定供应商-广州建安混凝土有限公司供应。混凝土运送到工地后用混凝土输送泵将13、混凝土输送到浇筑工作面。在开工前和每批混凝土浇筑前，检查混凝土的配合比，确保混凝土强度等级及抗渗等级满足设计要求，做好坍落度试验、抗压、抗渗试验，并按规定取样做混凝土试件。纵梁高度最大顶板处，尺寸为1000*2000mm，为了保证模板的安全稳定，每层砼的浇筑高度不能大于500mm。主体结构底、顶板都属于大体积混凝土浇筑，采用分段分层踏步式推进的浇筑方法，即在垂直方向上分两层，每层在水平方向上又以约5m的宽度为一施工槽段，以第1施工段底板为例进行浇筑方案的描述。混凝土浇筑方向由西端向东推进（标准段混凝土浇筑方向由西向东），每一层混凝土分3个斜面施工槽段，整块底板混凝土共分6个施工槽段，当底层完成14、2块施工槽段的混凝土浇筑，即返回浇筑第二层的混凝土，第二层混凝土控制在第一层混凝土初凝前浇筑，如此依次向前浇筑各施工槽段，如下图所示。混凝土采用插入式振捣器捣实。底板混凝土分段浇筑平面示意图底板混凝土分层分段浇筑剖面示意图侧墙混凝土在高度上分层浇筑，分层高度0.5m（小于振动器作用部分长度的1.25倍）。浇筑过程需控制整个施工段内的混凝土面均匀上升，且浇筑速度均匀。当侧墙混凝土浇筑高度均大于3m时，采用串筒将混凝土引入底部，保证混凝土不发生离析。3.4 混凝土初凝时间计算混凝土输送地泵（HBT70A型）额定最大输送混凝土量为69m3/h，一般施工时的输送量30m3/h，拟采用两台砼输送泵,则每15、小时混凝土的计划浇筑量为：370.6/60=6.2个小时6个施工槽段，每个施工槽段约62.17m3，需要1.04小时，第一层浇筑3个施工槽段需3.12小时，再加上搅拌车从搅拌站到工地运输时间及装卸料需时间约0.8小时，这样浇筑第二层混凝土时已达约4个小时的时间，所以要求搅拌站底板防水混凝土的初凝时间大于4小时。3.5 防水混凝土1）顶、底板、侧墙应采用高性能防水混凝土C30，防水混凝土的抗渗等级为地下二层以下为S10，以上为S8。2）二衬混凝土采用双掺技术，加入二级粉煤灰，及高效减水剂和引气剂，外加剂具体掺量根据试验确定。3）防水混凝土应选用低水化热水泥，水泥等级不小于32.5MPa,水泥用量16、不得少于280Kg/m(3)，水胶比不得大于0.45。4）硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥的细度（比表面积）不超过350m2/kg，选用C3A和C3S少的水泥，其中C3A的含量不大于5%。5）按有关规定严格控制混凝土中CL(-)的含量，在氯盐环境下，混凝土土中CL(-)含量不应超过胶凝材料总量的0.1%。每立方米混凝土中各类材料的总碱含量（Na2O当量）不得大于3Kg。6）在混凝土试配工作中，进行混凝土和胶凝材料抗裂性能对比试验，并从中优选抗裂性能良好的混凝土原材料和配合比。7）防水混凝土的骨料应满足以下要求：粒径和级配良好，吸水率低，空隙率小（粗骨料的松散堆积密度应大于1500Kg/m3，对较致密17、石子如石灰岩大于1600Kg/m3），即空隙率不超过40%，公称连续级配的石子应有510mm颗粒针、片状颗粒不宜超过5%。8）防水混凝土的入泵塌落度控制在14020。9）围护结构要形成初道止水帷幕，应最大限度止水，达到无明水方可进行防水施工。10）迎水面钢筋净保护厚度不小于50mm。为了减少二衬收缩裂缝，纵向每侧构造配筋率不应小于0.2%。11）结构的抗渗等级除按地下工程防水技术规范的相关要求，还应结合结构所承受的水头、水力梯度以及下游的排水条件、水质和渗透水的危害程度考虑确定。3.6 混凝土运输及输送结构采用商品混凝土，混凝土搅拌车运输，输送泵车输送，并按下列规定执行：（1）商品混凝土由业主18、指定的供应商供应，混凝土到达现场后核对报码单，并在现场作坍落度核对，允许12cm误差，超过者立即通知搅拌站调整，严禁在现场任意加水，并按规定留置混凝土抗压、抗渗试件。（2）从搅拌车卸出的混凝土不发生离析现象，否则需重新搅拌合格后方可卸料。（3）输送泵车保持良好状态。（4）输送泵管路拐弯宜缓，接头严密，无硬弯。输送混凝土过程中，接长管路时分段进行，接好一段，泵出混凝土后方可接下一段。（5）输送泵间歇时间预计超过45min或混凝土出现离析现象时，需冲洗管内残留混凝土。（6）输送混凝土过程中，受料斗内保持足够混凝土。3.7 混凝土浇筑及振捣（1）主体结构底、顶板及侧墙均采用防水混凝土，其抗压强度、抗19、渗标号必须满足设计要求，并具有良好的抗裂性能。（2）在主体结构混凝土浇筑前必须做好以下几项工作：1）确定混凝土配合比：根据设计要求，结合施工经验，并通过多次的配比试验，提出施工配合比，报经监理审核、业主批准后才能实施。2）编制混凝土浇筑方案，根据现场条件、结构部位、浇筑混凝土量等，编制详细的浇筑方案，方案中包括设备、机具、劳动力的组织、混凝土供应方式、现场质量检查方法、混凝土浇筑流程、路线、工艺、混凝土的养护以及防止混凝土开裂的各项措施，并经监理审核、业主批准后才能实施。（3）模板、钢筋、预埋件、预留孔洞、止水带等完成后必须首先按照我公司实施的ISO9002质量体系文件要求进行三级检查并备有书20、面纪录，再由监理工程师按隐蔽工程验收。经验收签证后才能进行混凝土浇筑。（4）混凝土浇筑必须控制其自由倾落高度，当自由倾落高度大于2m时，采用串桶、溜槽或振动流管下落，防止混凝土发生离析。（5）混凝土必须采用振捣器振捣，振捣时间为1030s，并以混凝土开始泛浆和不冒气泡为准。（6）振捣器移距：插入式不大于作用半径一倍，插入下层混凝土深度不小于50mm，表面振捣器移距应与已振捣混凝土搭接宽度不小于100 mm；振捣时不得碰撞钢筋、模板、预埋件和止水带等。（7）混凝土从低处向高处分层连续浇筑。如必须间歇，其间歇时间尽量缩短（最大间歇时间不超过150min），并在前层混凝土凝结之前，将次层混凝土浇筑完21、毕。(8)混凝土每层浇筑厚度，当采用插入式振捣器时，不超过其作用部分长的1.25倍；表面振捣器不超过200mm。(9)结构预埋件、预留孔洞周边、钢筋密集处、施工缝等特殊部位，必须事先制定措施，指定专人下料，加强振捣工作，做到不漏振，不过振，确保混凝土密实。(10)结构施工缝留置在受剪力或弯矩最小处，并符合下列规定：1）柱子施工缝留置在与顶、底板或梁的交界处约300mm。2）板的施工缝设在柱距1/41/3处。3）墙体施工缝留置位置：水平施工缝留置在底板、中板及顶板交界处约300mm处，垂直施工缝同板施工缝距预留孔洞边缘不小于300mm。(11)施工缝处继续灌注混凝土时，按下列规定执行：1)在施工22、缝处按设计要求设置钢板止水带，继续浇筑砼时，已浇筑混凝土强度：水平施工缝处不低于1.2MPa，垂直施工缝处不低于2.5MPa。同时，必须对施工缝进行必要的处理。2)在已硬化的砼表面上继续浇筑砼前，应清除垃圾、水泥薄膜，表面上松动砂石和软弱砼层，同时还应加以凿毛，用水冲洗干净并充分湿润，残留在砼表面的积水应予清除。3)注意施工缝位置附近回弯钢筋时，要做到钢筋周围的砼不受松动和损坏，钢筋上的油污、水泥砂浆及浮锈等杂物也应清除。4）施工缝处混凝土必须认真振捣，使新旧混凝土结合紧密。(12)在夏季或雨季浇筑混凝土，须预先搭设遮阳（雨）棚，防止烈日暴晒或雨淋。(13)垫层混凝土沿线路方向浇筑，布灰均匀。23、(14)底板混凝土沿线路方向分层留台阶浇筑，中板、顶板连续水平、分台阶由边墙向中线方向进行浇筑，混凝土浇筑至标高初凝前，用表面振捣器振一遍后再作压实、收浆、抹面。(15)柱子混凝土需水平、分层浇筑。因柱子与墙（板）等结构的混凝土强度等级不同，故在施工时，对运输车辆的混凝土进行标识。(16)混凝土浇筑过程中随时观测模板、支架、钢筋、预埋件和预留孔洞等情况，发现问题，及时处理。(17)现浇混凝土和钢筋混凝土的偏差必须控制在设计及规范允许的范围内。3.8 防水混凝土施工保证措施(1)防水混凝土配合比采取双掺技术，使混凝土在满足设计强度等级及抗渗标号的前提下尽可能减少每m3混凝土的水泥用量，以减少混凝24、土的水化热，配合比必须报监理和业主批准。(2)防水混凝土的质量，在施工过程中，按下列规定检查：1）防水混凝土的原材料，必须进行检查，如有变化及时调整混凝土的配合比。2）不定期对搅拌站的原材料进行检查。3）在拌制和浇筑地点测定混凝土坍落度，每班不少于两次,每8台搅拌车不少于1次。4）如混凝土配合比有变动时，及时检查本款2）、3）点。5）严格执行见证取样及监督抽检制度，连续浇筑混凝土量为500m3以下时，留两组抗渗试块，每增加250300m3增留两组，如使用的原材料、配合比或施工方法有变化时，另行留置试块，试块在浇筑地点制作，试块养护期不少于28天。（3）掺加高效减水剂，降低水灰比，减少用水量，减25、少混凝土的收缩及泌水现象。（4）控制混凝土的入模温度。降低混凝土的入模温度，可有效地降低混凝土的绝对温升，减少祲温差，有利于防止裂缝：1）选择较低温度的时间浇筑混凝土。大体积混凝土浇筑温度不宜超过320C，混凝土浇筑温度的检测是在振捣后混凝土50100mm深处的温度。2）减少外部热源，降低搅拌温度。在夏天拌制混凝土时，采用加冰搅拌的方法于砂、石等原材料加盖防止曝晒，混凝土的输送管道在整个长度范围内覆盖草袋并经常喷洒冷水。（5）采用快速薄层浇筑混凝土，增大混凝土散热面积，降温快，使水泥水化热在水泥水化放热最剧烈的浇筑阶段尽量多地散发出来，使内部温度分布比较均匀，有利于减小内外温差，抑制表面裂缝。26、（6）收水抹面，消除裂缝。在混凝土的初凝阶段，此时混凝土强度沿未形成，由于混凝土收缩，混凝土表面常出现裂缝，甚至出现“钢筋印”等龟裂现象，影响美观。为此在混凝土初凝时，对混凝土表面进行抹面处理，将这些表面裂缝消除。（7）加强混凝土振捣，提高混凝土强度。（8）混凝土振捣前先根据结构物设计好振捣点的位置，振捣时间为1030s。对新旧混凝土结合面、施工缝、止水带位置要严格按设计点位和时间进行控制振捣。（9）在防水混凝土结构中有密集管群穿过处、预埋件或钢筋稠密处、预埋大管径的套管处、预埋面积较大的金属板处，要特别注意其振捣，由专人负责监督实施。(10)加强养护工作，科学养护混凝土。3.9 混凝土养护及27、试件（1）混凝土抗压、抗渗试件在浇筑地点实行见证取样制作，同一配合比的留置组数按下列规定执行。1）抗压强度试件每拌制100盘且不超过100m3的同配合比的混凝土，取样不得少于一次；每工作班拌制的同一配合比的混凝土不足100盘时，取样不得少于一次；当一次连续浇筑超1000m3时，同一配合比的混凝土每200m3取样不得少于一次；每一楼层、同一配合比的混凝土，取样不得少于一次；每次取样应至少留置一组标准养护试件，同条件养护试件的留置组数应根据实际需要确定。本工程拟采用如下方式：A）垫层混凝土每灌注一次留置一组。B）每段结构的底板、侧墙及中板、顶板，各留置4组。C）柱子混凝土结构，每灌注10根留置一组28、，一次灌注不足10根者，也留置一组。D）与同条件养护试件，其留置组数为：底板3组，中板3组（层），顶板：3组。2）抗渗强度试件对有抗渗要求的混凝土结构，其混凝土试件应在浇筑地点随机取样。同一工程、同一配合比的混凝土，取样不应少于一次，留置组数可根据实际需要确定。本站留置两组。3）混凝土终凝后及时养护，结构混凝土养护期不少于14天。混凝土养护采用铺挂湿麻袋或草袋覆盖以及蓄水养护等方法。4.模板安装4.1 顶板、中板模板安装（1） 各轴线及标高应按图纸要求明确标出。（2） 柱砼一次浇筑至梁底100位置并等柱砼强度达到设计的50以上时，才开始安装梁板模板。（3） 模板的安装顺序为：安装满堂红钢管支顶29、水平加固杆，安放主龙骨，叠枋（小龙骨），钉梁底板、梁旁板，钉梁侧上下压枋、斜支撑，最后安装楼面模板。（4） 满堂红模板支顶安装1） 搭设程序：应自一端延伸向另一端，自下而上按步搭设，不可自两端相向搭设或相间进行，以免错位。2） 每搭完一步钢管后，应按规范规定校正步距、纵距、横距及立杆的垂直度。3） 支顶的底座、垫板均应准确地放在地面上，支架不得浮空架设。4） 当门架支撑宽度为4跨及以上或5个间距及以上时，应在周边底层、顶层、中间每5列、5排在每门架立杆跟部设483.0通长水平加固杆，并采用扣件与门架立杆扣牢。（5） 安装独立梁模板时应设安全操作平台，并严禁操作人员站在独立梁底模或柱模支架上操30、作及上下通行。（6） 底模与横楞应拉结好，横楞与支架、立柱应连接牢固。（7） 安装梁侧模时，应边安装边与底模连接，当侧模高度多于2块时，应采取临时固定措施。（8） 浇筑大梁砼时，为使大梁模板及支撑系统受力均匀，大梁砼浇筑时应分层均匀下料，减小大梁模板及支撑系统变形。（9） 模板施工应按经审批的技术方案进行，技术方案未经原审批部门同意，任何人不得修改变更。4.2 底板梁模板安装正粱采用地胎模顺序：定位放线地基成槽梁底砼垫层砖砌垂直侧模底板与倒角砼垫层防水层装砖砌垂直面保护层底板与倒角砼保护层。技术要点：成槽按梁断面尺寸加垫层与保护层，成型后应保证足够的几何尺寸。侧模垂直面采用M10砌筑180mm31、厚砖墙，保护层采用Ml0砌筑50mm厚砖墙；底面与45倒角采用砼垫层与保护层。正梁地台模见下图:全文查看请搜索：地铁车站主体结构高大模板施工方案(PKPM计算软件 计算书 胶合板模板) 共96页5. 模板拆除施工要求5.1. 模板拆除的时间（1） 本工程拟用三套模板。侧模拆除时的混凝土强度应能保证其表面及棱角不受损伤。而水平模板及支撑则由施工员根据混凝土的强度试压报告，符合混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范 (GB50204-2002)表4.3.1规定，所发出的指令后，经单位技术负责人同意，监理审批后才能进行，拆除时的混凝土强度应达到设计强度100%。（2） 楼板模板：楼板模板的拆除要先放低主龙骨，拆除部分椤木，然后逐块拆除模板。拆下的模板先放在顶架的椤木上，然后用绳子吊送至地面，切不可自高空抛下，以免损伤模板。（3） 梁模板：两端固定的梁底模，应先从中间开始卸低支撑，然后两端依次逐个卸低支撑，使梁的正弯矩荷载逐渐增加，33、严禁从端部开始拆卸（负弯矩区变成承受正弯矩）；悬臂构件应从悬臂端开始卸低支撑，依次逐个卸低，使悬臂端负向弯矩逐渐增加，严禁从支座端开始拆卸支撑。（4） 侧墙模板拆除：侧墙模板拆除在同条件养护试件砼强度达到1.2MPa能保证其表面棱角不因拆除模板而受损后方可拆除。撬棍从侧边撬动脱模.禁止从垂直面砸击洞口模板。拆出的模板及时修整。（5） 施工缝模板拆除：在同条件养护试件砼强度达到1.2MPa能保证其表面棱角不因拆除模板而受损后方可拆除，用撬棍从侧边撬动脱模拆除下的模板及时清理模板残渣及面线。（6） 侧墙风道口、通道口过梁，考虑过梁与过梁柱未整体成型局部受力，采相邻跨顶、中模板。遂道口内模及支撑暂缓34、拆除，待接口形成整体强度达到100%后同风道、通道、隧道拆除。（7） 由于中板中间跨预留孔洞较多，加之顶板竖向支撑的需要，因此中板中跨待顶板砼达到100%强度后同时拆除。5.3. 支顶、模具料的搬运钢管、门式架在搬运时，应把所有的附着件拆除，运到材料员指定的地方分类堆放。拆下的模板及时清理粘结物，涂刷脱模剂，并分类堆放整齐，拆下的扣件及时集中统一管理。5.4. 拆除模板的钢管拆除模板的钢管时，首先应拿掉最上面的螺栓铰头，然后拆除最顶层的水平拉杆及剪刀撑，接着拆掉顶层的钢管。按着这样的顺序逐层拆掉钢管。6. 模板安装、拆除的安全措施6.1 模板安装安全措施（1） 模板的安装与拆除均由施工现场安全35、责任人对工人进行方案交底。支模过程中应遵守安全操作规程，如遇中途停歇，应将就位的支顶、模板联结稳固，不得空架浮搁。拆模间歇时应将松开的部件和模板运走，以防坠下伤人。（2） 模板上堆放材料要均匀，要符合构件的使用荷载，泵送混凝土出料应及时分摊到其他地方，临时料堆放高度不得超过100mm。（3） 模板安装须有稳固的脚手架防护，操作人员上落应走斜道或稳固的靠梯，高空作业无安全保护的要佩带安全带。（4） 模板安装过程应保证构件的稳定性，有措施防止模板（高支撑）的倾覆。（5） 使用电器和机具应符合施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ46-2005、建筑机械使用安全技术规程JGJ33-2001的规定。（6）36、 在楼层内的高度超过2米的安装及拆卸作业,应搭设临时性的脚手架或钢管，必须正确佩带安全带。（7） 高度超过4米的模板拆除，不得让材料自由落下及大面积撬落，操作时必须注意下方人员的动向。（8） 操作人员上下通行时，不能攀登模板或脚手架，不许在墙顶、独立梁及其他狭窄而无防护的模板上面行走。（9） 模板支顶安装后，按项目部、分公司、总公司分别进行验收，合格后才能进入下道工序。（10） 浇灌砼时，支顶下不得站人，质安员检查支顶变形情况，发现异常，立即停止浇灌砼并疏散施工人员，同时对模板支撑体系进行整改。经安全员检查核实整改好的模板体系安全后，方可继续砼浇筑作业。6.2. 拆模安全技术要求（1） 模板拆37、卸作业，必须遵守安全操作规程。（2） 模板支撑拆除前，混凝土强度必须达到设计要求，并应申请，经单位技术负责人批准后方可进行。（3） 模板拆除时要搭设稳固的脚手架，不许有空隙、松动或探头脚手板，下方设警戒线和监护人员。（4） 模板的拆除应按照楼板次梁主梁的顺序拆除。（5） 拆模必须拆除干净，不得留有悬空模板。（6） 拆下的模板不准随意向下抛掷，应及时清理。临时堆放处离楼层边沿不应小于1米，堆放高度不得超过一米，楼层边口、通道口、脚手架边缘严禁堆放任何拆下物件。（7） 工期计划及保证措施8.1 工期计划本工程共分5段进行施工，施工流向为东西两端向中间推进施工。每段的施工工期为117169天，计划2009年5月18日开始施工A风亭基底清理、垫层等工作， 2009年6月4日开始施工第1段抗拔桩工作，在2009年41、12月26日完成第3段顶板混凝土浇筑工作，拆除第一道钢筋混凝土支撑后，于2010年1月20日完成主体结构的顶板防水及回填工作。主体结构详细施工计划详见附图：某车站主体结构施工进度计划。8.2 工期保证措施（1）投入充足的劳动力和材料（如模板、钢管等），保证主体工程总体能高效有序地展开流水作业。（2）合理安排劳动力，组织好各工序的流水作业，减少窝工现象。（3）高效调配混凝土供应及输送，以保证高峰期混凝土浇筑的需要。（4）合理安排结构施工顺序，在满足质量要求的前提下多开工作面，推进结构施工。（5）根据分区段和分块原则，按照平行流水作业安排施工。（6）发挥科技优势，采用新技术、新工艺、新设备，提高工42、作效率。（7）狠抓施工安全质量工作，严把质量关，杜绝质量事故，减少返工浪费，以质量保进度。9. 防止模板支撑系统失稳措施（1） 浇筑梁板砼时，组织专门小组检查支撑体系中的各种坚固件的固定程度。主要采用测力板手对扣件拧紧，检测力矩为4065N.m。（2） 浇筑梁板砼时，专人看护，发现坚固件滑动或杆件变形异常时，立即报告，由值班施工员组织人员，采用事前准备好的10吨千斤顶，把滑动部位顶回原位，以及加固变形杆件，防止质量事故和下沉造成意外坍塌。11. 质量保证措施45、 （1）全体技术人员在总工程师的指导下，熟悉图纸，领会设计意图，发现图纸问题并进行汇总，与设计、监理、业主等单位做好图纸会审。并将图纸会审内容及时贯彻基层有关施工人员。（2）针对本项目施工特点，对各种操作人员进行岗前培训，持证上岗；对新工（含民工、临时工）上岗前进行“三级”教育。（3）施工阶段由技术部向作业层技术人员对施工方法、施工顺序、操作要求、技术标准、质量要求、进度安排、工期要求进行交底。现场施工由作业层技术人员向班（组）长进行技术交底。班（组）长向作业工人进行交底。让操作人员对自己要完成的项目事先心中有数。遵循“三交清”原则：交清施工方法、交清技术质量要求、交清工期要求。施工技术交底以46、书面形式，交底时履行签字手续。“技术交底书”按顺序编号，装订成册归档。（4）根据工程实际情况，找出工程难点，组织技术攻关，研究建筑质量通病，采取预防措施。（5）测量工作是施工全过程的基础工作，每个部位每次测量放线完成后，必须坚持责任复核验线，根据规程由技术、质量、监理复验签认，确保放线的准确。（6）坚持“样板工序”制度，“样板”鉴定达标后，后序的施工不得低于“样板”的标准。（7）坚持“三检”制度，工序工程操作班组完成自检，当为分项工程，转交其他班组施工时必须在质量、技术主持“交接检”，检查合格后，将自检资料报质检员专检，合格后报监理工程师共同验收，并及时办好检验批签证手续，方可由新班组开始新分47、项工程施工操作。（8）技术、质量、生产人员深入施工现场，指导施工操作，发现质量问题，验证方案和技术交底的合理性，对质量问题和方案交底的不合理处尽快纠正。（9）材料员必须按计划及时提供模板用规格、型号、材质、数量并符合施工方案要求的材料。（10）材料进场，由物资部提供“三证”，与驻地监理共同验收。（11）进场的材料、构配件、机械设备由物资部妥善保管，确保不变形，不变质。并具备可追溯性。（12）为促进工程质量的提高，对质量奖罚作出具体规定，并向全体参与施工的人员进行奖罚交底。（13）各种量器具，如：量尺、测量仪器、仪表等必须按照计量要求定期送到计量部门校验，并妥善保管与维护、正确使用。（14）模板48、使用前，要将模板表面残留的砂浆、杂物清除干净，并图刷脱模剂。侧墙、柱模板下部要留有清扫口，供浇捣砼前清理之用。（15）拆除模板的时间，应在与结构同条件养护的砼试块达到规定强度时或设计特殊规定时，方能开始拆除模板，严格执行拆模申请报告制度。12. 安全技术措施12.1. 搭设高支模架作业的要求（1） 搭设作业人员必须持有劳动部门、建设主管部门核发的合格架子工证和安全培训上岗证，并经三级教育后才可以上岗。（2） 严禁作业人员酒后上班，禁止赤脚或穿拖鞋，应该穿防滑鞋上班，系安全带。（3） 开工前施工现场安全负责人必须按照高空作业操作规程进行操作，其余按有关安全规程执行。（4） 搭设高支模架时，必须立49、柱垂直，大小横杆要平直、畅顺。（5） 高支模架料在垂直传递或运输时要注意人员的站位安全，不允许在高出抛掷物料。（6） 如遇大、暴雨或五级以上强台风大风不得进行高空高支模架的搭拆作业，正在进行作业的，应立即停止，并把高支模架上的材料放平、放稳。（7） 高支模架施工期间，施工员每日检查，按进度与项目部进行交接验收；质量安全员不定期进行质量和安全巡检、公司对工程进行抽检，确保工程质量。（8） 所有扣件螺栓必须拧紧，对主龙骨层的扣件，施工员、质安员必须对扣件的螺栓松紧进行检查；（9） 高支模架从下而上分段搭设；作业区域设警戒禁止非作业人员进入，拆除时要从上而下逐层拆除，严格执行高支模架拆除的安全技术要50、求；拆下材料严禁抛掷落下。（10） 在模板施工时不能拆动、拆松、拆除高支横架的扣件、钢管；（11） 发现高支模架异常，应及时报告相关部门处理。12.2. 其它安全技术措施要求（1） 高大支模专项方案经评审通过后，必须严格按方案施工，不能随意改变。所使用的门式架、钢管、扣件、木枋、模板必须符合相应质量标准；基础必须有足够的承载能力。（2） 架子工和木工身体健康状况应适合高空作业的身体条件要求。架子工作业时应佩戴安全带并正确使用安全检查带，架体安装拆除和传递材料时应站稳并吊挂好安全绳扣。高支模施工的顶层纵横水平杆设置防护棚或张挂水平安全网，以下空间根据支承面高度设置防高处坠落设施。木工安装横梁模时51、应站在临时工作台。（3） 搭设和拆卸作业时设置警戒区，并派人监护。材料输送采用接力传递方式，严禁抛掷。架子工使用工具宜设保险绳零细零件和工具放在工具袋。木工拆下模板、木枋先小心集中放稳，然后传递到支承面，严禁抛掷自由落下。模板漏浆残块或混凝土渣3应看清下方人员撤出后才能凿除。（4） 电线电缆正确架设，严禁电线电缆绑扎在支架上。支撑架搭设后需进入内部作业时，使用手电筒或安全电压行灯。（5） 根据工程特点应利用外围的钢管作好林边防护，钢管伸出屋面构架梁不少于1.2m。（6） 对个别设计的异型钢模及非标准配件应经过力学计算和实验鉴定。不符合要求者不得使用，主要指无出厂合格证或未经试验鉴定的钢模板及配52、件不得使用。（7） 对大型或技术复杂的模板工程，应按照施工设计和安全技术措施，组织操作人员进行技术训练，一定要使作业人员充分熟识和掌握施工设计及安全操作技术。13. 监测控制措施由测量人员每日用水准仪进行监测，具体方法和要求如下。13.1 垂直检测在支撑架验算合格的基础上，记录各监测点相邻的立杆垂直度偏差值作原始值，本工程支撑搭设高度最高为7.15m。根据混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范8.3.2-1规定，梁的轴线允许遍差为8；浇筑混凝土时垂直监测预警值：把预警值的1.5倍作为控制值，即控制值12mm。垂直检测宜采用吊线和钢尺量度。13.2 危险源本工程地下室部分梁线荷载超过15kN/m、面荷载超过10kN/m2、结构高度超过8m，属于高大模板，梁的搭设和浇筑时可能会出现物体打击、高处坠落、坍塌、触电、火害等危险，是本项目的危险源所在。因此，项目部会根据危险源的大小，明确相应的责任部门和责任人，制作危险源公示牌在工地的醒目位置进行公示。根据工程的不同施工阶段，不同工序及时更新公示牌的内容，实行动态控制。项目部在进行班前活动时，结合危险源公示牌的内容，就有关的安全技术与管理措施向施工作55、业班组、作业人员作详细的安全技术交底并双方签字确认。15.
