我国现行的安全生产、文明施工3、环保及消防等有关规定，以及北京市建筑工程施工现场安全标准管理标准。4、本公司类似工程积累的专业经验。二、工程概况：本工程为北京市丰台区云岗中学二中教学楼加固改造工程，项目位于丰台区云岗南区东里10号。建筑规模：总建筑面积4205m2,均为地上建筑；建筑基础占地面积1034.34m；建筑共地上四层，局部五层。1、改造设计范围本项目为加固改造工程，设计范围仅包括教学楼单体设计，电气设计内容：电力配电系统、照明配电系统、防雷接地系统、视频安防监控系统、电视、网络系统。2、电力、照明配电系统 （1）在教学楼首层设置配电间，配电电压为380/220V，低压电缆埋地进入配电间。接地型式采用TN-S系统，4、工作零线(N线)和保护地线（PE）自配电室低压开关柜开始分开，不再相连。应急照明为二级负荷，其它负荷为三级负荷。（2）总负荷：设备安装容量215KW，计算负荷160KW。（3）低压配电系统采用放射式和树干式相结合的方式。（4）照明、插座分设回路供电。插座回路均设置漏电断路器保护，其漏电动作电流30mA,漏电动作时间小于0.1秒。（5）本工程设置应急照明、疏散指示标志，由应急照明配电箱供电，应急照明配电箱一路电源引自市政，自带蓄电池，持续供电时间大于90min。（6）保安监控、网络电话、有线闭路电视等弱电机房，由专用配电箱供电，配电箱一路电源引自市政，自带UPS，持续供电时间大于120min。35、设备选型与安装（1）配电间内的低压开关柜采用固定式低压开关柜，内设空气断路器，落地式安装。（2）教学楼的照明光源主要为荧光灯，部分为节能灯。（3）照明光源采用高效节能光源。防水灯、普通吸顶灯、壁灯选用紧凑型三基色节能灯；直管荧光灯选用T8型三基色荧光灯。（4）在各层公共部位、楼梯间、人员疏散通道、出入口等处设应急灯、疏散指示灯和安全出口指示灯。（5）灯具均布置在房间中心或呈几何对称均匀布置。（6）安全出口标志灯在门框上方安装，底距门框0.1m，门上无空间安装时在门旁墙上安装，其安装方式均为明装。疏散指示灯墙上为壁装，底距地0.5m。（7）本工程强电缆桥架均为金属防火线槽，弱电电缆桥架均为普通6、金属线槽。4、电缆、导线的选型及敷设（1）低压电缆选用YJV-1KV电力电缆。（2）应急照明支线穿JDG钢管明敷设在吊顶内，外涂防火涂料。（3）不同种类的导线、电缆在同一金属线槽内敷设时，应作金属分隔。5、防雷及接地系统。（1）本工程按照三类防雷建筑设计。（2）屋顶设置避雷带作为接闪器，在整个屋面组成不大于20m20m或24m16m的网格。在屋顶采用10mm热镀锌圆钢作为避雷带，支起高度100mm。凡突出屋面的所有金属部件如金属设备和管道以及建筑金属构件等均为与避雷带可靠连接。（3）利用建筑物四周墙（柱）内的两根主钢筋（16）作为防雷引下线，间距不大（4）在室外围绕建筑物周边采用404mm镀锌7、扁钢敷设成水平闭合环形接地体，基础结构主筋与室外环形接地体可靠焊接，共同组成接地装置。404mm镀锌扁钢敷设在室外地坪-0.8m处。（5）本工程强、弱电接地系统采用联合接地体。要求总接地电阻R1.0欧。引下线距地0.5m设测试卡子。（6）为防止雷电流产生的高电位对附近金属物或电气线路的反击，在外线电源引入的总配电柜处动力配电箱处、计算机电源系统、有线电视引入端、电信引入端、保安监控系统等均设置过电压保护装置。（7）在配电间应设总等电位接地端子箱。在强、弱电竖井、卫生间、弱电机房、计算机机房等处均设局部等电位接地端子箱。电缆桥架或金属线槽做等电位联结。6、监控系统（1）本工程监控主机设在学校入口8、的监控值班室内。摄像机电源由监控室集中供给。在食堂的库房和化学药品库设置红外探测器。（2）中心主机系统采用全矩阵系统，所用摄像点可同时录像。7、网络系统（1）在教学楼的四层设置网络机房。在机房内设置电话程控交换机。配线采用综合布线系统。（2）网络系统布线配线设备（TP）在机房内落地安装。（3）垂直干线和水平分支线在走道吊顶内由弱电线槽处沿弱电线槽敷设，其它部位均穿JDG管暗敷设。8、有线闭路电视系统（1）有线电视信号电缆由市政有线电视网引入有线电视机房，设置有线电视系统的前端设备。走道吊顶下设置电视元件箱。经过有线电视网的信号及校办节目信号的混频后，经弱电竖井沿线槽至各个教室。（2）本系统采用9、分支一分配系统，采用分配器向各电视插座配线，系统各类元器件均应具有双向传输功能。9、广播系统广播系统采用100V定压输入方式，。输出功率为1000W。教室的广播为壁装，公共走廊的为吸顶安装。广播系统设有电脑音响控制设备。10、节能设计本工程照明灯具选用高效节能型照明灯具，荧光灯选用细管T8节能型荧光灯，荧光灯采用电子镇流器。三、各阶段工作 施工准备包括技术、生产、现场临建、材料进场以及施工机具准备和人员安排等。1、生产技术准备工作技术人员和施工班组认真学习和审查图纸，熟悉图纸内容、会审记录及变更洽商情况。认真学习建筑电气安装工程施工质量验收规范和有关施工工艺标准，做好技术和质量交底工作。首先根10、据施工图、施工合同编制施工方案。根据审批过的施工方案组织施工。施工前须由专业技术人员对施工班组作施工技术交底及安全交底。2 、施工机具的准备 主要施工机具安排见表1表1 主要施工机具计划 3、劳动力的配置劳动力需用量计划4、设备及材料的准备：设备、材料按分部施工顺序提前进场，并保证成品的加工制作时间，必须有商家提出供的材质检验报告，出厂合格证书，设备铭牌以及厂家法人营业执照，在安装前应进行进场有关的检验，严禁使用不合格产品。主要材料计划见表134表134 电气工程主要材料计划表五、工期进度计划及保证措施采用均衡、节拍、立体交叉作业，保证工程按期完成。1、本工程计划开工日期为2010年6月24计11、划竣工日期为2010年8月23日，总工期为60天。详见进度计划图（后附图）2、根据项目部总控计划，在施工过程中进行动态消项管理，检查和发现计划中的偏差，并及时进行调整和纠正，避免影响总控计划。3、切实落实安装配套计划的实施，保证施工计划的进展和实现。 4、及时与土建施工进行协调，避免工序、技术、作业面等矛盾。5、劳动力实行专业化组织，按不同工种，不同施工部位来划分作业班组，使各专业班组从事性质相同的工作，提高操作的熟练程度和劳动生产率，以确保工程施工质量和施工进度。6、由于本工程面积较大，质量标准要求高,需根据工程各阶段施工重点，及时调配相应专业劳动力，实行动态管理。六、施工现场组织机构框图七12、工艺流程八、质量控制保证措施1、关键工序配合土建做好电气线管预埋、预留、防雷接地焊接。2、 质量控制要点。4、材料及设备的质量控制(1)材料及设备的选用必须严格地按照设计要求执行。按照设计要求认真核对各系统所使用的管道材质，设备的各项技术参数。制定进货计划。(2)所采用的主材及主要附件，应有使用说明书、合格证。(3)材料进场前应会同送货单位、监理、甲方、施工单位一起对所进的材料进行检验，经检验合格后方可进场使用。(4)设备到货后应通知监理、甲方、合同厂家及施工单位一起对设备进行开箱检验，开箱后核对设备与设计要求的各项技术参数，并对其外观进行检查，设备所带的资料及签字应齐全(包括：使用说明书、13、合格证、附件等)。经检验合格后方可使用。5、施工质量的控制(1)在施工过程中，应做到对施工班组长进行各项技术交底，并作好两检制(自检、互检)，在施工中发现问题及时处理。(2)要设有专业检查员，严格的检查和控制施工当中的每一个环节，避免影响下一道工序的施工。(3)砼内电气配管弯曲半径应不小于管外径的10倍,弯扁度小于管外径的0.1倍，煨弯时要掌握煨弯器移动尺度,防止出现坑瘪现象。(4)管内穿线前,检查管口保护是否完整,防止管口划伤线皮。(5)器具安装保证标高正确，安装牢固。(6)开关插座安装前，将接线盒内杂物用毛刷清除干净，锈蚀部位补涂防锈漆。涂漆时，盒内导线穿软塑料管保护，以避免导线污染。(714、)开关插座接线时，剥线长度为接线孔的深度。(8)电缆施放时，专人指挥，发现电缆卡蹭现象及时传话，防止毁坏电缆。(9)对施工中的特殊环节(部位)，要有专门的技术交底。(10)对施工人员要经常进行不定期的施工质量培训学习。九、关键工序技术1、防雷接地施工工艺工艺流程接地体配电室接地引下线等电位连接避雷带。施工中严格按照施工工艺进行，严格执行GB50303-2002验收规范中强制性条文，杜绝质量通病。1）接地体的埋设深度其顶部不应小于0.8m。2）接地体埋设位置距建筑物不宜小于3m；遇在垃圾灰渣等埋设接地体时，应换土并分层夯实。当接地装置必须埋设在距建筑物出入口或入行道小于3m时，应采用均压带做法或15、在接地装置上面敷设5090mm厚度沥青层，其宽度应超过接地装置2m。3）接地体（线）的连接应采用焊接，焊接处焊缝应饱满并有足够的机械强度，不得有夹渣、咬肉、裂纹、虚焊、气孔等缺陷，焊接处的药皮敲净后，刷沥青做防腐处理。4）采用搭接焊时，其焊接长度如下： 镀锌扁钢与镀锌扁钢不小于其宽度的2倍，三面施焊。（当扁钢宽度不同时，搭接长度以宽的为准）。敷设前扁钢需调直，煨弯不得过死，直线段上不应有明显弯曲，并应立放。 镀锌圆钢与镀锌扁钢连接时，其长度为圆钢直径的6倍。 镀锌扁钢与镀锌钢管（或角钢）焊接时，为了连接可靠，除应在其接触部位两侧进行焊接处，还应直接将扁钢本身弯成弧形（或直角形）与钢管（或角钢）16、焊接。5）当接地线遇有白灰焦渣层而无法避开时，应用水泥砂浆全面保护。6）所有金属部件应镀锌；操作时，注意保护镀锌层。7）突出建筑物屋面的金属构件及建筑物均与避雷带可靠焊通，屋面建筑物装饰物应敷设避雷带保护。8）屋顶避雷带安装：避雷带沿女儿墙四周敷设，热镀锌圆钢避雷带支持卡子间距为1米左右，但必须一致，转角处悬为0.5米，避雷带高出屋面装饰或女儿墙0.12米，同时屋面采用热镀锌圆钢组成不大于2020米或2416米的避雷网格。避雷网格沿屋面敷设，所有高出屋面的各种金属构件均与避雷带焊接相连。a、在土建屋面结构施工时，配合予埋支架。所有支架必须牢固，灰浆饱满、横平竖直。支架间距不大于1.0m且间距均17、匀，允许偏差30mm。转角处两边的支架距转角中心不大于50mm，成排支架水平度每2m检查段允许偏差3/1000，但全长偏差不得大于10mm。b、避雷带安装将10镀锌圆钢调直，避雷线安装时应平直、牢固，不得有高低起伏和弯曲现象，距离建筑物应一致，平直度每2m检查段允许偏差3/1000，但全长偏差不得大于10mm，避雷线弯曲处不得小于90，在建筑物的变形缝处应做防雷跨越处理。（2）等电位接地施工工艺：1）配电室内在适当的位置预留404镀锌扁钢作为主接地线，该主接地线应和基础接地网、柱内作为避雷引下线的主钢筋可靠焊接，此柱内主筋与室外基础底梁内钢筋可靠焊接，此外电气竖井预留404热镀锌扁钢与作为综合18、接地体连接的基础底梁内主筋可靠焊接，并设置总等电位联结箱，作局部等电位连接。2）建筑物内保护干线、设备金属总管、建筑物金属构件包括建筑物金属结构等部位进行联接。凡正常不带电，绝缘破坏时可能带电的金属外壳、穿线钢管、电缆外皮、支架等均可靠与接地系统连接。3）卫生间等电位接地：卫生间所有金属管道作局部等电位联接。4）所有引入建筑物的各种金属管道外墙处与室外围404热镀锌扁钢可靠焊接。（3）人工接地体人工接地体采用角钢,长度为2.5m，加工成尖形打入地下,用镀锌扁铁搭接焊牢引至接地体。或采用外加接地网, 外加接地网挖掘深度为0.81m,宽为0.5m的沟槽,沟顶部稍宽,底部渐窄,沟底如有石子应清除。接19、地体网采用扁钢敷设:将扁钢放置于沟内,依次将扁钢与接地体用电焊焊接。扁钢应侧放而不可放平,侧放时散流电阻较小，焊接时应将扁钢拉直,焊后清除药皮,刷防锈漆和沥青做防锈、防腐处理。（4）接地系统安装质量要求1）接地极为人工接地体，接地体埋深大于1米，接地极的间距宜为5米。对作为避雷引下线测试点的人工接地体，进行接地电阻测试，接地电阻测点的位置应便于测量，测试点暗埋在专用盒内，测试点在室外散水地面上0.5米处，并有明显的标志。2）接地连接，焊接时搭接长度符合规范规定，圆钢搭接长度6D（D为圆钢直径），双面施焊；扁钢搭接长度2b（b为扁钢宽度），三面施焊，严禁“T”型搭接和直接对接；圆钢与扁钢连接时，20、其长度为圆钢直径的6倍。焊缝应平整、饱满，不得有咬肉、夹渣、气孔、虚焊及焊瘤等现象，焊缝严禁用砂轮机打磨，螺栓连接时，应紧固有防松（弹簧垫）措施。3）金属管道连接处，用BVR多股铜芯软导线（4mm2）作接地跨接线，卡箍连接，应去除连接处的油污或油漆，确保接地跨接处的可靠性。4）在接地线跨越建筑伸缩缝、沉降缝处时，应设置补偿器，可用接地线弯成弧状作补偿器。5）基础接地装置安装完毕后，对接地电阻进行测试，如电阻大于1时,补打人工接地极。测试接地装置的接地电阻值必须符合设计要求。2、管路敷设施工工艺（1）土建预留洞口：根据图纸预留预埋管路。施工准备：根据施工图纸提出材料计划，列出规格、型号以及施工需21、用量。（2）预制加工：管径在25mm以下时，使用专用手扳煨管器煨弯，管径为25mm以上时，使用液压煨弯器煨弯，弯曲处不应有折皱，凹穴和开裂，弯扁程度不应大于管外径的10%，线路暗配时，弯曲半径不应小于管外径的6倍，埋设于地下和混凝土时，其弯曲半径不应小于管外径的10倍；同时，其埋深不得小于15mm，且应尽量避免重叠。（3)弹线定位：在所需要的施工部位按照要求进行弹线定位，要求挂线找平、线坠找正，并且标出盒箱实际尺寸位置 。（4）暗配的电线管路沿最近的路线敷设，并应减少弯曲；管路超过下列长度，应加装接线盒，其位置应便于穿线，无弯时不大于30m、有一个弯时不大于20m、有二个弯时不大于15m、有三22、个弯时不大于8m必须加装接线盒；无法加装接线盒时，可加大一号管径。埋入墙或混凝土内的管子，离建筑物、构筑物表面的净距必须不小于15mm。（5）进入配电箱、接线箱盒的电线管路，应排列整齐，一管一孔，箱盒严禁开长孔，铁制盒、箱严禁用电焊、气焊开孔。钢管进入盒、箱，管口应用螺母锁紧，露出锁紧螺母的丝扣23扣，两根以上管进入盒、箱要长短一致，间距均匀、排列整齐；（6）切断管子时，用钢锯、割管器、砂轮锯进行切管，将需要切断的管子量好尺寸，放在钳口内卡牢固进行切割。断口处应平齐不歪斜，管口刮锉光滑、无毛刺，管内铁屑除净。（7）埋地的电线管路严禁穿过设备基础，在穿过建筑基础时，必须加保护管。 （8）墙体喷射23、混凝土配管：先确定箱盒位置，根据墙体的厚度，弹出十字线，将堵好的盒子固定牢然后敷管。有两个以上盒子时，要拉直线。管路每隔1m左右用铅丝绑扎牢。 （9）随墙（砌体）配管：配合土建工程砌墙立管时，管子外保护层不小于15mm，管口向上者应封好，以防水泥砂浆或其它杂物堵塞管子。往上引管有吊顶时，管上端应煨成90弯进入吊顶内，由顶板向下引管不宜过长，以达到开关盒上口为准，等砌好隔墙，先固定盒后接短管。（10）埋入土层的钢管做沥青防腐处理。（11）配合施工中，电气专业人员随工程进度密切配合土建作好预埋工作，加强检查，杜绝遗漏，喷射混凝土时应派专人看护。（12）线管必须以最近的线路进行敷设，且尽量减少线管上24、弯头的数量，以便管内穿线时减少阻力；当线管较长时，须按规范的要求增设过线盒。（13） 暗敷设的管路，必须经现场监理、甲方代表验收合格后，方可进行隐蔽作业施工。 3、 线槽安装（1）线槽工艺流程：（2）电缆线槽安装方式为垂直安装，支架间距：垂直方向固定间距为1.5米。线槽内电缆的首末端处要标记，注明电缆编号、型号规格、起始点。（3）敷设电缆的线槽在任何情况下必须保证：其弯曲半径为敷设的外径最大的电缆的10倍，如订货的弯头达不到要求，应予调换或自制符合要求的弯头。（4）敷设导线的线槽，其材质为金属表面镀锌处理，线槽内敷设的线应按回路绑扎成束并应适当固定，导线不得在线槽内接头，安装在任何场所的线槽均25、须盖板齐全牢固。（5）线槽连接板的螺栓应紧固，螺母应位于线槽的外侧。（6）金属线槽其正常情况下不带电的金属外壳均应牢固的连接为一整体，并可靠接地以保证其全长为良好的电气通路。其镀锌制品的金属线槽的搭接处用螺母、平垫、弹簧垫紧固后可不做跨接线。（7）线槽支撑点不应在线槽接头处， 距接头处0.5 m为宜，在线槽拐弯和分支处，距分支点0.5m应加支持点。如设计院和厂家有特殊要求，按设计和厂家要求施工。4、电缆敷设（1）工艺流程：选择电缆线槽清理扫管穿带线放线及断线导线连接绝缘摇测（2）施工前应对电缆进行详细检查；规格、型号、截面、电压等级均符合设计要求，外观无扭曲、坏损等现象。（3）电缆敷设前进行绝26、缘摇测或耐压试验，1kV以下电缆，用1kV摇表摇测线间及对地的绝缘电阻应不低于10M电缆测试完毕，应用绝缘布密封后再用黑包布包好。（4）电缆机具的安装：采用机械放电缆时，应将机械选好适当位置安装，并将钢丝绳和滑轮安装好。人力放电缆时将滚轮提前安装好（5）临时联络指挥系统的设备，室内电缆敷设，使用无线电对讲机做为定向联络，（6）线槽多根电缆敷设时，应根据现场实际情况，事先将电缆的排列，用表或图的方式划出来。以防电缆的交叉和混乱。（7）电缆的搬运及支架架设，电缆短距离搬运，一般采用滚动电缆轴的方法。滚动时应按电缆轴上箭头指示方向滚动。如无箭头时，可按电缆缠绕方向滚动，切不可反缠绕方向滚运，以免电缆27、松驰。（8）电缆支架的架设地点应选好，以敷设方便为准，一般应在电缆起止点附近为宜。架设时，应注意电缆轴的转动方向，电缆引出端应在电缆轴的上方（见图）。（9）电缆在桥架内敷设应有适量的蛇型弯，电缆的两端、过管处、垂直位差处均应留有适当的余度。（10）电缆敷设完毕、应请建设单位、监理单位及施工单位的质量检查部门共同进行隐蔽工程验收。（11）电缆沿桥架敷设时，应单层敷设，排列整齐。不得有交叉，拐弯处应以最大截面电缆允许弯曲半径为准。（12）电缆穿过楼板时，应装套管，敷设完后应将套管用防火材料封堵严密。 （13）挂标志牌：标志牌规格应一致，并有防腐性能，挂装应牢固。 标志牌上应注明电缆编号、规格、型号28、及电压等级。 电缆井及两端应挂标志牌。沿桥架敷设电缆在其两端、拐弯处、交叉处应挂标志牌，直线段应适当增设标志牌。 （14）质量标准电缆的耐压试验结果、泄漏电流和绝缘电阻必须符合施工规范规定。 检验方法：检查试验记录。电缆敷设必须符合以下规定：电缆严禁有绞拧、护层断裂和表面严重划伤等缺损。 检验方法：观察检查和检查隐蔽工程记录。 基本项目：坐标和标高正确，排列整齐，标志柱和标志牌设置准确；防燃、隔热和防腐要求的电缆保护措施完整。电缆转弯和分支处不紊乱，走向整齐清楚、电缆标志牌清晰齐全。 检验方法：观察检查和检查隐蔽工程记录。 电缆最小弯曲半径和检验方法应符合表的规定。注 ：d为电缆外径。 （1529、）成品保护桥架敷设电缆、宜在管道及空调工程基本施工完毕后进行，防止其它专业施工时损伤电缆。电缆两端头处的门窗装好，并加锁、防止电缆丢失或损毁。 （16）应注意的质量问题沿支架或桥架敷设电缆时，应防止电缆排列不整齐，交叉严重，电缆敷设时，应敷设一根整理一根，卡固一根。沿桥架敷设的电缆应防止弯曲半径不够。在桥架或施工时，施工人员应考虑满足该桥架上敷设的最大截面电缆的弯曲半径的要求。防止电缆标志牌挂装不整齐，或有遗漏。应由专人复查。5、管内穿线施工工艺（1）工艺流程：选择导线穿带线扫管带护口放线及断线导线与带线的绑扎管内穿线导线连接接头包扎线路检查绝缘摇测（2）选择导线根据设计要求选择导线规格及型号30、：相、零、地使用颜色加以区分：黄、绿、红色为相线，蓝色为零线(N) ，白色为控制线，黄绿双色为地线（PE）。穿带线：带线受阻时，用两根钢线同时搅动，使两根钢线的端头相钩绞在一起，然后将带线拉出。清扫管路：清除管路中的灰尘、泥水、杂物等（3）放线与断线。放线：放线前根据设计施工图对导线的规格，型号进行核对；放线时导线置于放线框架或放线车上。断线：接线盒、开关盒、插座盒、灯头盒内导线的预留长度应为15cm；配电箱内导线的预留长度为配电箱体周长的1/2；共用导线在分支处,可不剪断导线而直接穿过。（4）导线与带线的绑扎:考虑导线截面大小,根数多少将导线与带线进行绑扎,绑扎处做成平滑锥型状便于穿线。（531、）管内穿线穿线前检查管内加装护口是否齐全,两人配合一拉一送。管路较长,转弯较多时,在管内吹入适量的滑石粉,截面大、长度长的导线考虑机械牵引。（6）穿线时应注意下列问题:同一交流回路的导线必须穿于同一管内；不同回路不同电压和交流、直流的导线不得穿在同一管内，但以下几种除外；电压为50V及以下的回路；同一设备的电机回路和无抗干扰要求的控制回路；照明花灯的所有回路；同类照明的几个回路,但管内的导线总数不超过8根。穿入管内的导线不允许有接头、局部绝缘损坏及死弯,导线外径总截面不超过管内面积的40%。（7）导线连接导线自缠绕5-7圈并涮锡，用塑料胶布和黑胶布包缠；压线帽连接必须采用专用的压线钳。（8）线32、路检查及绝缘摇测:检查导线接、压、包是否符合施工验收规范及质量验评标准的规定。绝缘摇测使用摇表摇测线路,照明回路使用500V摇表、线、相、零、地摇测的绝缘电阻值不低于0.5M(兆欧)。动力线路采用1000V摇表,线、相、零、地摇测的绝缘电阻值不低于1M(兆欧)。报监理验收合格后把资料存档。应急照明线路有独立的应急照明回路，穿越不同防火分区的线路有防火隔堵措施。 疏散指示照明线路采用耐火电线，穿钢管明敷设在吊顶内，管外侧均刷防火涂料。暗敷保护层厚度不小于30mm。电线采用额定电压不低于750V的铜芯绝缘电线。6、灯具安装施工工艺（1）一般要求。当灯具距地面高度小于2.4m时，灯具的可接近裸露导体33、必须接地（PE）可靠，并应有专用接地螺栓，且有标识。灯具、插座安装牢固端正，位置美观正确。所有灯具排列有规律，整齐划一，保证有良好的视觉效果，成排安装的灯具中心线允许偏差5mm。灯具安装完毕后，对每条支路进行绝缘摇测，阻值大于0.5并做好记录后，方可进行通电试运行。安全出口标志灯安装在门檐上方100mm处。疏散标志灯安装在墙壁上，安装高度为0.5m。不易安装的部位可安装在上部。疏散通道上的标志灯间距不大于20m。疏散标志灯的设置，不影响正常通行，且不在其周围设置容易混同疏散标志灯的其他标志牌。安装电气照明装置一般采用预埋接线盒、吊钩、螺钉、膨胀螺栓或塑料塞等固定方法,严禁使用木楔固定。照明灯其34、在易燃结构、装饰部位安装时,灯其周围应采取防火隔热措施,并选用冷光源的灯具。安装在绝缘台上的电气照明装置,其导线的接头绝缘部分应伸出绝缘台的表面。电气照明装置的接线应牢固,电气接触应良好，需接地或接零的灯具非带电金属部分应有明显标志的专用接地螺丝。额定电压220金属灯具的保护接地要求:灯具的保护接地线应与灯具的专用接地螺丝可靠连接,其保护接地线截面应根据灯具的相线截面选择,当灯具相线截面小于1.5mm2时其保护线截面不小于1.5mm2铜芯绝缘线。灯具固定应牢固可靠,每个灯具固定用的螺丝或螺栓不少于2个。当吊灯灯具重量大于3kg时,应采用预埋吊钩或螺栓固定。当软线吊灯灯具重量大于0.5kg时,应35、增设吊链或用钢管来悬吊灯具。软线吊灯的软线两端应做保护扣,两端芯线应烫锡。在潮湿及有腐蚀气体的地方安装木台时,应加设椽皮垫圈、木台四周刷一遍防水漆。再刷两遍白漆,以保持木质干燥。（2）塑料台安装在顶板上安装塑料台前先将塑料台的出线孔钻好。然后检查灯线回路是否正确,安装塑料台时,将灯线从塑料台的出线孔中穿出,将塑料台紧贴住建筑物表面并对准灯头盒螺孔,用螺丝将塑料台固定牢固。灯座(平座式)安装。把从塑料台出线孔甩出的相线(即来自开关的电源线)与平式灯座中心接线柱触点相连,把零线接到灯座螺口接线柱触点上,然后将灯座与塑料台用螺丝固定好。应注意在接线时防止螺口及中心触点固定螺丝松动,以免发生短路故障。36、（3）荧光吸顶灯安装。根据已敷设灯位盒的位置,确定出荧光灯的安装位置,按灯位盒安装孔的位置,将荧光灯贴紧建筑物表面,荧光灯的灯箱应完全遮盖住灯头盒,在灯箱的底板上用电钻打安装孔,并在灯箱对着灯位盒的位置同时打进线孔。安装时,在进线孔处套上软塑料管保护导线,将电源线引入灯箱内,用机螺丝固定灯箱,在灯箱的另一端应使用胀管螺栓固定,使其紧贴在建筑物表面上,并将灯箱调整顺直。灯箱固定后,将电源线压入灯箱的端子板上,把灯具的反光板固定在灯箱上,最后安装荧光灯管。灯具安装:荧光灯安装在吊顶上,轻型灯具应用自攻螺丝将灯箱固定在龙骨上；当灯具重量超过3kg时,不应将灯箱与吊顶龙骨直接相连接,应使用吊杆螺栓与设37、置在吊顶龙骨上的固定灯具的专用龙骨连接；大(重)型的灯具专用龙骨应使用吊杆与建筑物结构相连接。灯箱固定后,将电源线压人灯箱内的瓷接头上,把灯具的反光板固定在灯箱上,并将灯箱调整顺直,最后把荧光灯管装好即可。（4）建筑物照明通电试运行灯具安装完毕,各个支路的绝缘电阻摇测合格,允许通电试运行。公用建筑照明系统通电连续试运行时问为24小时,民用住宅照明系统通电连续试运行时间为8小时。所有照明灯具 均应开启,且每2小时记录运行状态1次,连续运行时间内无故障。同时检查灯具的控制是否灵活、准确；开关与灯具控制顺序相对应,如果发现问题必须断电,然后查找原因进行修复。（5）成品保护灯具进入现场后应码放整济、稳38、固,并要注意防潮,搬运时应轻拿轻放,以免碰坏表面的镀锌层、油漆及玻璃罩。安装灯具时不要碰坏建筑物的门窗及墙面。灯具安装完毕后不得再次喷浆,以防止器具被污染。7、配电箱安装施工工艺（1）工艺流程明装配电箱安装划线定位铁架或螺栓固定进出线连接绑扎成束相序校线绝缘测试通电测试结束。暗装配电箱安装结构箱体洞口预留箱体稳注固定进出线连接绑扎成束绝缘测试通电测试结束。（2）配电箱安装要求配电箱应安装在安全、干燥、易操作的场所, 配电箱底边距地高度均应为1.5m。导线剥削处不应损伤线芯或线芯过长,导线压头应牢固可靠,如多股导线与端子排连接时,应加装压线端子(鼻子),然后一起烫锡,再压按在端子排上。如与压线孔39、连接时,应把多股导烫锡后穿孔用顶丝压接,注意不得减少导线股数。导线引出面板时,面板线孔应光滑无毛刺,金属面板应装设绝缘保护套，一孔只穿一组线。 垂直安装的电器均应上端接电源，下端接负荷。横向安装的电器应左端接电源，右端接负荷。进出导线应按从左到右排列为L1（黄色）、L2（绿色）、L3（红色）、蓝色为N线、黄绿双色为PE线。配电箱内盘面闸具位置应与支路相对应,其下面应装设卡片框,标明回路名称。配电箱盘面上安装的各种刀闸及自动开关等,当处于断路状态时,刀片可动部分均不应带电(特殊情况除外)。配电箱上电具、仪表应牢固平正整洁、间距均匀,铜端子无松动,启闭灵活,零部件齐全,其排列间距应符合下表的要求:40、配电箱内应分别设置零线(N)和保护地线(PE线)汇流排,各支路零线和保护地线应在汇流排上连接,不得绞接,并应有编号。配电箱内的接地应牢固良好。保护接地线的截面应按下表的规定选择,并应与设备的主接地端子有效连接。单位:(mm2)可拆卸的接地螺丝母,其保护接地线截面按上表的规定选择,并应与其专用接地螺丝有效连接。注意:PE线不允许利用箱体、盒体串接。（3） 明装配电箱拆开配电箱:安装配电箱应先将配电箱拆开分为箱体、箱内盘芯、箱门三部分。拆开配电箱时保管好拆卸下来的螺丝、螺母、垫圈等。安装箱体用金属膨胀螺栓固定,金屑膨胀螺栓的大小应根据箱体重量选择。其方法是根据弹线定位的要求,找出墙体及箱体固定点的41、准确位置,一个箱体固定点一般为四个,均匀地对称于四角,用电钻或冲击钻在墙体及箱体固定点位置钻孔,其孔径应刚好将金属膨胀螺栓的胀管部分埋入墙内,且孔洞应平直不得歪斜。最后将箱体的孔洞与墙体的孔洞对正,注意应加镀锌弹垫、平垫,将箱体稍加固定,待最后一次用水平尺将箱体调整平直后,再把螺栓逐个拧牢固。见图安装箱内盘芯:将箱体内杂物清理干净,如箱后有分线盒也一并清理干净,然后将导线理顺.分清支路和相序,并在导线末端用白胶布或其他材料临时标注清楚,再把盘芯与箱体安装牢固,最后将导线端头按标好的支路和相序引至箱体或盘芯上,逐个剥削导线端头,再逐个压接在器具上,同时将保护地线按要求压接牢固，将线绑扎成束。用仪42、表校对箱内电器,调整无误后试送电,最后把此配电箱的系统图贴在箱盖内侧,并标明各个闸具用途及回路名称,以方便以后操作和维修。（4）暗装配电箱安装箱体根据预留洞尺寸先将箱体找好标高及水平尺寸进行弹线定位,根据箱体的标高及水平尺寸核对进人箱的SC管的长短是否合适,间距是否均匀，排列是否整齐等,如管路不合适,应及时按配管的要求进行调整,然后根据各个管的位置用液压开孔器进行开孔,开孔完毕后,将箱体按标定的位置固定牢固,最后用水泥砂浆填实周边并抹平齐。箱面与外墙平齐。见后图安装箱内盘芯:将箱体内杂物清理干净 ,然后将导线理顺.分清支路和相序,并在导线末端用白胶布或其他材料临时标注清楚,再把盘芯与箱体安装牢43、固,最后将导线端头按标好的支路和相序引至箱体或盘芯上,逐个剥削导线端头,再逐个压接在器具上,同时将保护地线按要求压接牢固，将线绑扎成束。用仪表校对箱内电器,调整无误后试送电,最后把此配电箱的系统图贴在箱盖内侧,并标明各个闸具用途及回路名称,以方便以后操作和维修。户内开关箱应在土建墙面抹灰找平点确定后开安装，箱面应与墙面抹灰找平点齐平，箱体稳注采用水泥沙浆灰将箱管注实，要求牢固，沙灰要低于箱面20mm，确保土建墙面抹灰面的平整性。（5）绝缘测试。配电箱(盘)全部电器安装完毕后,用500V兆欧表对线路进行绝缘测试。测试项目包括相线与相线之间,相线与零线之词,相线与地线之间,零线与地线之间，绝缘值不44、得小于0.5M。（6）成品保护配电箱箱体安装后,应采取保护措施,避免土建刮腻子、喷浆、刷油漆时污染箱体内壁。箱体内各个线管管口应堵塞严密,以防杂物进入线管内。安装箱盘盘芯、面板或贴脸时,应注意保持墙面整洁。安装后应锁好箱门,以防箱内电器、仪表损坏。安装面板时应注意保持墙面清洁。安装完成后应采取保护措施避免碰撞、赃污电器、仪表，防盗和防止认为损坏。 禁止在安装过程中人为对土建墙面抹灰、梯道及其他物品的损坏。8、开关、插座安装施工工艺：工艺流程熟悉图纸接线盒清理接线面板安装通电试验（1）开关安装规定：要求面板端正,并与墙面平齐。面板安装孔上有装饰帽的应一并装好。安装在同一建筑物、构筑物内的开关,采45、用同一系列的产品；开关的位置应与灯位相对应；跷板开关的开、关方向应一致,且操作灵活,接触可靠。开关安装的位置应便于操作,开关边缘距门框的距离为0.150.2m；开关下底距地面高度为1.3m。并列安装的跷板开关安装高度应相同，开、关方向应一致，为了安全和使用方便,任何场所的窗、镜箱、吊柜上方及管道背后、单扇门后均不应装有控制灯具的开关。插座安装规定：插座的安装高度按设计要求施工。为了避免交流电源对电视信号的干扰,电视馈线线管、插座与交流电源线管、插座之间应有0.5m以上的距离。（2）通电试运行开关、插座安装完毕,送电试运行前再按系统按单元按户摇测一次线路的绝缘电阻并做好记录。各支路的绝缘电阻摇测46、合格后通电试运行,通电后仔细检查和巡视,检查漏电开关是否掉闸,插座接线是否正确,面板是否水平,是否被污染等。检查插座时应逐个检查,如有问题断电后及时进行修复。（3）成品保护安装开关、插座时不得碰坏墙面,要保持墙面清洁。开关插座安装完毕后,不得再次进行喷浆,以保持面板清洁。其他工种在施工时,不要碰坏和碰歪开关、插座。十、施工管理措施1、降低工程管理成本的措施工程的管理实行由项目经理负责的施工领导小组进行全面的工程管理，并以施工进度计划为中心，实行全面的目标管理。建立和健全质量管理体系，坚持三检一评，消灭返工、返修事故的发生。加强各项经济活动分析，节约各项费用开支，堵塞浪费漏洞。作好“两算”对比工47、作，控制施工预算数量，以保证计划成本降低率的实现。2、降低材料管理成本的措施材料费用占安装工程成本的大部分，应采取下列措施降低材料费用。加强按材料计划采购，采购时认真分析市场信息，比单价、比质量、比运距、比预算价差，认真核算材料成本，并作到材料供应及时准确，不积压不往返倒运。严格执行限额领料制度。套材下料，合理利用，加强边角余料的回收与利用。鼓励班组利旧利废，执行材料节约奖罚办法，以达到人人负责的目的。提高工程质量的一次合格率，以减少材料的消耗。3、技术管理：认真贯彻执行国家颁发的技术方针、政策、规范规程和各项管理制度，且贯彻执行公司有关部门下达的各项规定的管理制度。在公司的领导下，建立由项目48、技术负责人主管，施工员具体负责，包括质检员、班组长的技术管理体系，并以此开展技术工作。接到图纸后，技术人员认真进行图纸会审，并做好会审记录。施工员编制本工程的施工方案，做到科学、正确并有针对性，保证工程以此为指导进行施工。根据施工进度分段进行隐、预检。由技术人负责人组织施工员、质检员、监理及班组长参加。检查合格后，方可转入下道工序。在施工过程中，管理人员要熟悉施工方案、技术交底，跟随施工班组进行检查，监督并指导施工，保证按施工工艺、施工程序进行施工。施工员负责编制材料计划，计划编制要准确及时，保证施工的顺利进行。进场材料要组织验收，并按程序向监理报审，合格后方可使用。对施工中出现的问题及时进行49、调查、分析、处理，若发生变更及时调整方案，制订相应措施。4、资料管理：由现场施工员、资料员负责收集、整理本工程的各种质量保证资料及竣工资料，工程竣工后，按规定移交归档。设计单位、甲方提出的变更及工程洽商记录，必须有设计、甲方、监理、施工方项目技术负责人签字后方可生效。其它各种技术资料也应按照有关规定履行交接签字手续。施工员编制作业人员的技术交底，交底到具体施工班组，履行交接签字手续进行工前培训，保证按交底施工。5、施工质量管理：定期对施工人员进行质量教育，提高质量意识，确保按质量标准、施工规范进行施工。 严格执行质量检查程序，每道工序必须先自检、再进行交接检、隐检等项工作。实行定人、定位、定分50、工、定职责的方法、将质量管理工作分解到每个人、每个施工部位，以提高工程质量。严格进场检验和试验工作程序，所有设备均甲方、监理进行考察，验证合格后方可订货。进场后要会同项目技术负责人、施工员、质检、材料人员与监理和甲方进行开箱检验，合格后进人安装。其它材料根据建筑安装有关规定进行检查验收，对有试验要求的进行试验检查，做好验证记录，合格后方可进入安装。对焊条、钢材等材料不能做紧急放行使用。过程检验和试验是保证工程质量的重要环节，有关人员必须按施工方案的要求和基本程序进行检验和试验，未经检验和试验或检、试验不合格的过程，不得转序。项目部每周进行二次质量例会，提出并解决施工中出现的质量问题。落实现场质51、量奖罚制，做到奖优罚劣，提高工程质量。6、材料管理措施：严把施工材料进场验收关。主要材料及设备进场后，需向监理报验，经检验合格后，方可使用避免不合格产品注入现场造成不必要的浪费。加强降低成本、提高经济效益的教育，使施工人员人人节约，管理现场材料。严格执行限额领料制度，做到干多少、领多少、用多少。施工队领取材料，必须提前申报计划，并注明使用部位，避免随用随领造成材料流失浪费。控制好工程质量，杜绝因质量返工而造成的浪费。材料进入现场后，所有验收合格的材料，材料人员要做好标识，标明名称、规格、质量状况及进场日期。严格加强现场材料管理，做到大料不小用、长料不短用、并开展修旧利废活动。对浪费材料者，严加52、处罚。积极发挥施工人员积极性，开展技术革新和新技术、新产品、新材料使用的活动，提高工作效率，增加工作效益。7、安全管理措施：安全员负责安全技术交底，负责检查并监督其实施，并履行签字手续。机械、材料、临电等管理人员负责其工作范围内的安全管理工作。制订安全管理措施及安全操作规程，坚持特殊工作持证上岗。所有施工人员进场，必须进行安全消防三级教育，并考核。班组长在施工之前要进行班前安全教育。严格执行安全检查制度，对各种安全技术措施发现隐患时，必须及时纠正。危及人身安全时，必须立即停止作业，把安全事故消灭在萌芽状态中，并抓住事故苗头实行“三不放过”的原则。严格执行安全技术交底中的各项要求及电气安装工程中53、各分项的安全注意事项。安装、维修或拆除临电工程，必须由电工解决，严禁其它施工人员随意动用临时用电设备。 严格执行安全生产“六大纪律、十个不准”，以及北京市消防安全有关条例，制定安全生产责任制，签订安全生产责任合同，建立安全台帐，施工现场安全标准化管理。开展班组安全自检和互检活动。项目部每周一次安全检查活动，并实行安全生产奖惩制度。 进入现场必须戴好安全帽，高空作业系好安全带。制定具体安全目标，实行目标管理，强化对工作指令、技术措施、操作规程、人员素质、设备完好、安全检查等方面工作。安装使用的脚手架、高凳等要先认真检查，看是否绑扎结实，有无松脱、探头板等，若有必须待处理后才能操作。楼板孔洞要用牢54、固板盖好，不得随意挪动，避免发生人、物坠落事故氧气瓶、乙炔瓶夏天应注意遮盖，防暴晒。电气焊工在经常检查设备工具是否漏气、漏电。高处施工脚下踩稳站牢，小件工具装入工具袋内。施工机械要按操作规程使用，主要使用的中型工具如电锤、射钉枪、电焊机等，操作前按说明书检查核对，操作时要精力集中，方法正确，操作后要注意保养等。格执行现场用火制度，随着季节、气候、工程进度的变化，因地制宜做到：有施工安全消防交底； 有用火审批制度；备有消防器材和救火措施；焊工必须有上岗证。 对设置的消防水泵、消防给水管道、消防栓及消防器材等设施，不得随意改装或挪作他用，擅自变动。进入现场不得随意抽烟，对易燃材料要集中管理做有标记55、。8、成品保护管理措施：成品保护是电气安装工程中的重要环节，必须严格加以控制由专人负责、并定期进行检查。 土建浇筑混凝土时，应派人看护，防止预埋好的管路、套管或线盒移位或机械损伤。 尽量减少剔凿，确需剔凿时，应避免影响土建结构。注意与其它专业工种的协调配合，安排好施工顺序，防止各专业间的破坏或因丢失造成的损失。搬运材料、机具及施焊时，要有具体的防护措施，不得将已做好的墙面、地面、门窗弄脏或破坏。贵重设备或易坏物品设专库存放。搬运及安装时要防止磕碰。对有意违反成品保护措施或故意损坏安装好成品的行为，要进行严厉处罚。现场成品保护人员要坚守岗位，履行职责，出现问题要分析原因，追查责任。9、文明施工管56、理措施：建立健全工程管理制度及各种施工管理措施。加强队伍管理，坚持入场教育，签订合同与各种生产责任书。施工现场实行持证上岗制度，保证文明安全施工。加强环境保护，减少粉尘、噪声、废气等污染，及时清理现场垃圾，保持现场卫生。
