其中10号化粪池选用有地下水、有覆土型、可过汽车（Z10-40SQF）化粪池有效容积为：40立方米；13号砖砌化粪池，选用有地下水、有覆土型、可过汽车（Z13-100SQF），化粪池有效容积为：100立方米。其中需要打钢板桩的三个化粪池一个位于10-1#号楼北面（10#号 Z10-40SQF）、另外两个位于5-1#北侧（13#号Z10-100SQF）及（10#号2、 Z10-40SQF）,另化粪池所需要用到管材品牌为联塑牌。二、编制依据、建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范GB50202-2002；、混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50204-2001；、砌体工程施工质量验收规范GB50203-2002；、建筑给水排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范GB50242-2002；、地下防水工程质量验收规范GB50208-2002；、标准图集02S701砖砌化粪池等；化粪池位于佛山市顺德区龙江镇东华路57号保利家园二期工程，顶板标高为黄海高程5.6m。工程所在地地质情况：化粪池所在区域从上往下为素填土、淤泥质土、粉砂、粉质粘土。其中素填土均匀分布，呈灰黄色、松散、平均3、厚度约为3.1m,淤泥质土呈深灰色、流塑、平均厚度约为3.0m，粉砂呈灰色、松散平均厚度约为4.6m，粉质粘土呈青灰色、平均厚度约为2.6m。原地坪高程为黄海高程4.0m，化粪池出水口标高为黄海高程3.3m，槽底标高为0.7m，挖土深度为4m。地下水位为黄海高程1.272.48m。三、钢板桩支护的设计方案3.1钢板桩的选用根据工程所在地场地特点，结合钢板桩的特性、施工方法等方面进行考虑，选用25#C钢板桩，25#C钢板桩宽度适中，抗弯性能好，依地质资料及作业条件决定选用钢板桩长度9m长，要求钢板桩入土深度达2m以上。3.2钢板桩理论用量计算：钢板桩施打采用密打方式，每米4根，离开化粪池施工外边4、2m。3.3钢板桩井施工顺序:钢板桩打设开挖基坑集水井降水圆木支撑底板施工。3.3.1、密打钢板桩（1）钢板桩选用6米25#C型槽钢，用220履带挖掘机机打桩。（2）据现场的条件，选择一块平整、坚实的场地，按堆放的顺序、位置、与平面布置施工方便、便于吊运。（3）施工定位为使钢板桩打设位置准确，在地平上根据控制轴线定出位置，放线标出插入位置、间距。打桩时必须根据水准点控制标高。（4）钢板桩施工方法A、根据定位放出钢板桩插打的角桩，放出灰线。B、钢板装施工时采用单独打入法。C、打桩时，钢板桩不能倾斜、扭曲、凹凸不平，施工时要确保精度，垂直度应控制在1%；桩顶标高必须控制在10mm；板桩轴线偏差控制5、在10mm。3.3.2、开挖基坑用220履带挖掘机挖土装车, 自卸车土方外运。3.3.3、集水井降水基坑开挖应设置集水井，收集基坑内地下水，根据出水量设置抽水机，设专人抽水。3.3.4、铺设垫层及混凝土底板垫层采用20cm碎石+10厚C15砼+20厚C25钢筋砼。 因化粪池位于淤泥层，且处于地下水位以下，为减缓沉降，加快排水，化粪池增加20CM厚度的碎石层。在铺筑垫层时，应确保井底内无积水、无流砂、无翻浆等现象。垫层应做到平整，必要时应用水平仪抄平，保证垫层的水平。垫层铺筑完成后，即可在其上绑扎底板钢筋，浇捣底板混凝土。 四、钢板桩施工方法1）钢板桩的检验用于基坑临时支护的钢板桩，进行外观表面6、缺陷、长度、宽度、厚度、高度、端头矩形比、平直度和锁口形状等检验，对弯曲变形、严重锈蚀、外观尺寸等不符合规范要求的钢板桩不得进场使用，对桩上影响核打设的焊接件割除（有割孔、断面缺损应补强）。有轻微锈蚀，量测断面实际厚度，予以折减。2）钢板桩施工打桩时，开始打设第一、二块钢板的打入位置和方向要确保精度，每打入1m测量一次。（1）要求钢板桩适用于埋深较浅的支护结构。钢板桩沉桩适用粘性土、砂土、淤泥等软弱地层。钢板桩沉桩施工先试桩，试桩数量不小于3根。钢板桩放线施工，桩头就位必须正确、垂直、沉桩过程中，随时检测，发现问题，及时处理。沉桩容许偏差：平面位置纵向100，横向为-500；垂直度为5。沉桩施7、前必须平整清除地下、地面及高空障碍物，需保留的地下管线应挖露出来，加以保护。基坑开挖后钢板桩垂直平顺，无严重扭曲、倾斜和劈裂现象，锁口连接严密。基坑土方和结构施工期间，对基坑围岩和支护系统进行动态观测。发现问题，及时处理。（2）钢板桩的拔除基坑回填土时，拔出钢板桩，修整后重复使用。拔除前要注意钢板桩的拔除顺序、时间及桩孔处理方法。拔桩时会产生一定振动，如拔桩再带土过多引起土体位移、地面沉降，给已施工的地下结构带来危害，影响邻近建筑物、道路和地下管线的正常使用。拔除钢板桩采用钢丝绳与大型挖掘机机配合拔除。五、施工措施 结合本工程实际情况,确定工程施工工艺顺序如下：基坑底部清槽混凝土垫层池壁范围内8、满堂红脚手架搭设砌筑池壁砖墙化粪池顶盖及圈梁支模、绑筋、浇注混凝土化粪池顶盖预制板制作化粪池顶盖拆模抹化粪池内、砂浆外壁涂防水水泥基土方回填化粪池预制顶盖安装。根据本工程特点各分项工程确定如下施工方案：1、砌体工程、砌筑砂浆采用M10水泥砂浆，中砂含泥量不大于3%。所用砂浆要随用随拌，砂浆稠度为70-100MM,并要在3-4小时内用完，砂浆所用砂、水泥变动时，要及时调整配比。、砂浆拌和采用重量比，配料误差在2%以内，用搅拌机拌和，先在搅拌机内注入适量的水，再按配比依次投入水泥、砂、水。搅拌时间自投料完毕算起，不得小于120秒钟。、砌块采用规格为240*115*53mm水泥砖，强度等级MU10。9、设计墙体宽为620mm、480mm。砌砖前一天，把砖浇水湿润，严禁干砖上墙，吸水深度控制在15MM以上，防止湿润不均或过湿现象。、砖砌体要上下错缝，内外搭砌，组砌方式为一顺一丁，砌筑时采用“三一”砌砖法，杜绝缩口灰和板凳灰，水平灰缝的砂浆要饱满，饱满度不低于80%竖向灰缝采用挤浆或加浆方法，不得出现透亮灰缝，水平灰缝厚度控制在102mm。落地灰在初凝前回收，重新搅入新砂浆中使用。、砌第一皮砖前，当基础混凝土表面高低差大于20mm时应把上表面用20砼找平，找平后再砌，砌砖完后用笤帚扫净墙缝。、砌砖前应先立好皮数杆，撂摆底砖，防止游丁走缝。皮数杆立在墙的大角处，内外墙交接处，纵墙皮数杆间距不大于110、2M。、撂底砖经检查合适后，挂通线，砌底砖时，应跟线，双面挂线，撂底砖后进行盘角，盘角每次不宜超过5皮高，并用靠尺，线坠，水平尺找平找垂直，每皮砖的高度对准皮数杆，按盘好的墙角为准，挂线砌砖。、砌筑过程中，应经常检查并做到：、墙大角和墙面垂直准确。、五皮一吊线，三皮一靠尺。、砌筑过程中，必须丁砖压顶，沿墙面每隔一定间隔的竖缝处，弹出墨线，墨线用经纬仪或线锤引测，砌一步架，上引一次，控制游丁走缝。2、钢筋工程2.1材料要求底板、盖板、圈梁钢筋采用HPB235、HRB335两种规格。(1)、钢筋出厂合格证和复试试验报告结论均要符合设计和规范要求。 (2)、成型钢筋、2022号火烧丝、水泥砂浆垫块(11、或塑料卡)。主要机具钢筋钩子、小撬棍、钢筋板子、绑扎架、钢丝刷、运钢筋手推车、粉笔、脚手架、工作台等。2.2作业条件（1）、按施工平面图规定的位置平整好场地，按不同规格型号垫好堆放。（2）、进场钢筋应对照设计图纸和配料单，详细核对其型号、尺寸、数量、钢号、对焊的接焊质量。（3）、弹好标高水平线及墙的外皮线。（4）、圈梁及板缝模板已做完预检记录，并将模内杂物清理干净。2.3操作工艺（1）、支完圈梁模板后，即可绑扎圈梁钢筋，如果采用预制绑扎骨架时，可将骨架按编号吊装就位进行组装。如在模内绑扎时，按设计图纸要求间距，在模板侧绑画箍筋位置，放箍筋后穿受力钢筋，绑扎箍筋。注意箍筋必须垂直受力钢筋，箍筋搭12、接处应沿受力钢筋互相错开。2）、圈梁钢筋的搭接长度：因混凝土为C20等级，I级钢筋搭接长度不少于30d，级钢筋不少于40d（d为受力筋直径）。受力钢筋接头的位置应相互错开，绑扎接头时在规3）、圈梁钢筋绑扎时应互相交圈，在内外墙交接处，大角转角处的锚固长度均要符合设计要求。4）、圈梁钢筋绑完后应加水泥砂浆垫块。2.4质量验收（1）保证项目：1）、钢筋的品种和质量必须符合设计要求和有关标准规定,符合有关规定后方可焊接。检查钢筋出厂质量证明书和试验报告。2）、钢筋表面应保持清洁。带有颗粒状或片状老锈，经除锈后仍有麻点的钢筋严禁按原规格使用。3）、钢筋对焊或电焊焊接接头：按规定取试件，其机械性能试验结13、果必须符合钢筋焊接及验收的专门规定。（2）、基本项目：1）、钢筋的绑扎、缺扣、松扣的数量不超过绑扣数的10%，且不应集中。2）、弯钩的朝向正确。绑扎接头应符合施工规范的规定，其中搭接长度均不少于规定值。3）、用I级钢筋或冷拔低碳钢丝制作的箍筋，其数量、弯钩角度和平直长度均应符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。4）、对焊接头无横向裂纹和烧伤，焊包均匀，接头处弯折不大于4度，轴线位移不大于0.1且不大于2。电弧焊接头、焊缝表面平整，无凹陷、焊瘤、接头处无裂纹、气孔、夹渣及咬边。接头处不大于4度，轴线位移不大于0.1，且不大于3，焊接厚不大于0.05，宽不小于0.1，长不小于0.5。2.5成品保护（1）、14、圈梁钢筋如采用预制骨架时，应在指定地点垫平码放整齐。（2）、运输钢筋时，应清理好存放点，以免变形。（3）、不得踩踏已绑好的钢筋，绑圈梁钢筋时不得将梁底砖碰松动。注意事项（1）、钢筋变形：钢筋骨架绑扎时应注意绑扣方法，宜用部分反十字扣或套扣绑扎，不得全绑一面顺扣。（2）、箍筋间距不符合要求：多为放置砖墙拉结筋时碰动所致。应在砌完墙合模前修整一次。 3、模板工程3.1材料设备要求（1）、木模板尺寸915*1830（2）、方木、木楔、支撑（木或钢），模板的附件（碟型扣件、对拉螺栓、紧固螺栓），隔离剂等。3.2主要机具 打眼电钻、搬手、钳子。3.3作业条件（1）、弹好墙身50cm水平线，检查砖墙的位置15、是否符线。办理预检手续。（2）、钢筋绑扎完毕，并办好隐检手续。（3）、模板拉杆如需螺栓穿墙，砌砖时应按要求预留螺栓孔洞。（4）、检查模板内的灰浆，将灰浆清理干净。3.4操作工艺工艺流程： 支圈梁模板作清理准备工作办预检 支板模板 (1)、支模前将圈梁及板缝处杂物全部清理干净。(2)、支模板A圈梁模板可采用木模板或定型组合钢模板上口弹线找平。B. 圈梁模板采用落地支撑时，下面应垫方木，当用木方支撑时下面用木楔楔紧。用钢管支撑时高度调整合适。C钢筋绑扎完以后，模板上口宽度进行校正定位，并用木撑进行校正定位，用铁钉临时固定。如采用组合钢模板，上口应用卡具卡牢，保证圈梁的尺寸。D.外墙圈梁，用横带扁担16、穿墙平面位置距墙两端24cm开始留洞，中间每隔50cm左右留一道，每面墙不宜少于5个洞。3.5质量验收（1）、保证项目：模板及其支架必须具有足够的强度，刚度和稳定性，其支撑部分应有足够的支撑面积，如安装在基土上，基土必须坚实，并有排水措施。对湿陷性黄土，必须有防水措施；对冻胀性土，必须有防冻融措施。（2）、基本项目：1）、模板接缝处应严密，预埋件应安置牢固，缝隙不应超过1.5。2）、模板与混凝土的接触面应清理干净并采取防止粘结措施，粘浆和漏刷隔离剂累计面积应不大于400cm2如模板涂刷隔离时应涂刷均匀，不得漏刷或沾污钢筋。3.6成品保护（1）、在砖墙上支撑圈梁模板时，防止撞动最上一皮砖。（2）17、 支完模板后，应保持模内清洁，防止掉入砖头、石子、木屑等杂物。（3）、应保护钢筋不受扰动。3.7注意事项（1）、支模板时应在外墙面采取加固措施。（2）、圈梁模板外胀：圈梁模板支撑没卡紧，支撑不牢固，模板上口拉杆碰坏或没钉牢固。浇筑混凝土时没专人修理模板。（3）、混凝土流坠：模板板缝过大没有用纤维板、木板条等贴牢；外墙圈梁没有先支模板后浇筑圈梁混凝土，而是包砖代替支模板再浇筑混凝土，致使水泥浆顺砖缝流坠。4、混凝土工程采用材料：池壁垫层用C15级混凝土，底板、盖板、圈梁采用C25级混凝土。、所用水泥必须有质量证明书并应对其品种标号及日期检查验收，做好化学试验分析，要求各项指标必须合格，时间超过18、三个月或发现受潮，结块时必须做试验，按试验数据确定水泥标号。 、所用砂要用中、粗砂，含泥量要少，所用碎石级配良好，不含杂质，石子最大粒径不超过结构截面尺寸的1/4和钢筋最小净距的1/4，对砼实心板可与4050mm粒径的碎石拌和，水采用自来水。、砼采用搅拌机拌和，按实验室重量配合比计量，骨料的允许偏差为：砂石3，计量器具应定期校验，砂含水率应经常测定，雨季要减少加水量，搅第一盘砼时要适当增加水泥和砂子的用量，搅拌采用二次投料先即先投入砂、水泥、水搅拌后再加入石子搅拌，可提高砼强度15%，搅拌时间最短为120秒钟。、砼拌好后，应尽快运到浇灌地点，若发现砼离析，应进行二次搅拌，均匀后方准入模，砼的垂19、直水平运输均采用塔吊。、在浇灌前，先清除干净模板，做好钢筋的隐蔽验收。在浇筑构造柱时，按400mm分层浇筑，并使用吊筒下灰，构造柱浇筑前，应在柱根处先浇50 MM厚高标号砂浆再浇灌砼，砼振动要防止振动预埋件、钢筋，应快插慢拔，振捣时间为30秒，以表面泛浆为准。 、砼浇灌过程中，不得踩倒和压弯钢筋，特别是负弯距钢筋，楼板砼用振捣棒振完后，再用平板器缓慢地来回拖一遍，并把表面用木抹子抹平。、砼浇灌完毕24小时后，待砼表面收水后，浇水保持湿润，一天3次，养护时间不得小于7天。5、抹灰工程采用材料：池壁内外表面及池底均用防水砂浆（1:2水泥砂浆内掺水泥重量的5%的防水剂）抹面，厚20，阴角抹45度斜面20、，厚50。辅助措施: 化粪池内搭设满堂红脚手架进行配合施工。5.1操作工艺工艺流程：墙面清理粉尘、污垢浇水湿润墙面吊垂直找方抹灰饼冲筋、找规矩抹底灰抹面层防水砂浆。 1）、基层处理：将墙面上残余砂浆、污垢、灰尘等，清理干净，并用水浇墙，将砖缝中的尘土冲掉，并将墙面湿润。2）、吊垂直、套方、找规矩、抹灰饼同上。3）、冲筋，抹底层砂浆时，用大横竖刮平，木抹子搓毛，终凝后浇水养护。5.2质量验收（1）、保证项目：所用的材料品种，质量必须符合设计要求，各抹灰层之间，及抹灰层与基体之间必须粘结牢固、无脱层、空鼓、面层无爆灰和裂缝（风裂除外）等缺陷。（2）、允许偏差项目： 立面垂直 5表面平整 5阴阳角垂21、直 4阴阳角方正 4分格条（缝）平直 4用2m托线板检查5.3成品保护各抹灰层在凝结前应防止快干、曝洒、水冲、撞击和振动，以保证其灰层有足够的强度。注意事项（1）、空鼓、开裂和烂根:由于抹灰前对基层清理不干净或不彻底，抹灰前不浇水，每层灰抹得过厚，跟得太紧；对于预制混凝土光滑表面不认真进行“毛化处理”；甚至混凝土表面的酥皮不处理就抹灰；抹灰后不养护。为解决好空鼓、开裂等质量问题，应从三方面下手解决，第一施工前的浇水、清理；第二施工操作分层分遍压实认真不马虎；第三施工后及时浇水养护，并注意施工地点的洁净，抹面层应一次到底。6、回填土工程6.1施工准备6.l 材料及主要机具：6.1.1 碎石类土、22、砂土（使用细砂、粉砂时应取得设计单位同意）和爆破石碴，可用作表层以下填料。它最大粒径不得超过每层铺填厚度的2/3或3/4（使用振动碾时），含水率应符合规定。6.1.2 粘性土应检验其含水率，必须达到设计控制范围，方可使用。6.1.3 盐渍土一般不可使用。但填料中不含有盐晶、盐块或含盐植物的根茎，并符合土方与爆破工程施工及验收规范的规定的盐渍土则可以使用。6.1.4 主要机具：6.1.4.1 装运土方机械有：铲土机、自卸汽车、推土机、铲运机及翻斗车等。6.1.4.2 碾压机械有：平碾、羊足碾和振动碾等。6.1.4.3 一般机具有：蛙式或柴油打夯机、手推车、铁锹（平头或尖头）、2m钢尺、20号铅丝23、胶皮管等。 6.2 作业条件： 6.2.1 施工前应根据工程特点、填方土料种类、密实度要求、施工条件等，合理地确定填方土料含水量控制范围、虚铺厚度和压实遍数等参数；6.2.2 填土前应对填方基底和已完工程进行检查和中间验收，合格后要作好隐蔽检查和验收手续。6.2.3 施工前，应做好水平高程标志布置。基坑或沟边上每隔1m钉上水平桩橛或在邻近的固定建筑物上抄上标准高程点。6.2.4 确定好土方机械、车辆的行走路线，应事先经过检查，必要时要进行加固加宽等准备工作。同时要编好施工方案。 6.3操作工艺 工艺流程： 基坑底地坪上清理检验土质分层铺土分层碾压密实检验密实度修整、找平验收 6.3.1 填土24、前，应将基土上的洞穴或基底表面上的树根、垃圾等杂物都处理完毕，清除干净。 6.3.2 检验土质，检验回填土料的种类、粒径，有无杂物，是否符合规定，以及土料的含水量是否在控制范围内；如含水量偏高，可采用翻松、晾晒或均匀掺入干土等措施；如遇填料含水量偏低，可采用预先洒水润湿等措施。6.3.3 填土应分层铺摊，每层铺土的厚度应根据土质、密实度要求和机具性能确定。6.3.4 碾压时，轮（夯）迹应相互搭接，防止漏压或漏夯。长宽比较大时，填土应分段进行。每层接缝处应作成斜坡形，碾迹重叠。重叠0.5l.0m左右，上下层错缝距离不应小于1m。6.3.5 填方超出基底表面时，应保证边缘部位的压实质量。6.3.625、 在机械施工碾压不到的填土部位，应配合人工推土填充，用蛙式或柴油打夯机分层夯打密实。 6.3.7
