LOCATION基地SITE海口市海口位于北纬19322005,东经1101011041,地处海南岛北部,北濒琼州海峡,隔18海里与广东省海安镇相望;东面与文昌市相邻;南面与文昌市、定安县接壤,西面邻接澄迈县。海口市东起大致坡镇老村,西至西秀镇拨南村,两3、端相距60.6公里;南起大坡镇五车上村,北至大海,两端相距62.5公里。全市土地面积2304.84平方公里。海口明泰西海岸商务项目概念设计HAIKOU INSPIRATION设计灵感3.0随着高度的增加,积木交替的堆叠方式,创造出通透、错落的多16、层次的空间效果。受启发于此,塔楼体量的穿插与交错重叠所形成的通高,穿透的空间,在极大地满足了其对自然通风的要求的同时,也提供了良好的空中景观平台。塔楼本身的形象也因此更加生动与丰富。While the height increases,the timber bricks stack up to the sea”,Haikou relationship and reliance with the sea and water can not be overstated.In this scheme water is used once more as a gen-erator of contemporary form made smooth and striated by this powerful force,gen-erating urban spaces that flow in and around build41、ings likes water around pebbles producing striations and a confluences of dynamic spaces,and functional building form that maximizes views and takes full advantage of other natural resources like prevailing wind for natural ventilation and solar shading to reducing heat gain and costs,while improvin42、g comfort
