Project description工程概况According to owners requirements, commissioning of equipment installed for unit operation will be performed. Projects include electrical lighting s3、ystem, utilities system, telecommunication system, fire fighting system, HVAC system, 9902 storm water pump station and installation of electrical hoist etc.应业主要求对本项目的已安装完的设备单机试运转。本工程共分电气照明系统、动力系统、电话网络系统、消防系统、暖通空调工程、9902雨水泵站、电动葫芦安装等工程2. Commissioning of HVAC system暖通系统调试4.1HVAC system mainly includes units 105, 9700, 1200, 303, 9900, 9100A, 9600. This part mainly ex16、plains test operation of unit fans, exhaust fan and split air-conditioner. Commissioning of VRV air-conditioner system, steam heating system and air-conditioner air system and parameter of equipments will be provided one week ahead of commissioning.暖通系统主要分布于105、9700、1200、303、9900、9100A、9600等几个单体。本部份17、主要讲述各单体风机、排风扇及分体式空调的试运转。VRV空调系统、蒸汽采暖系统及空调风系统的调试.各设备的参数在试车前一周提供4.2 Test-operation of unit: unit test-operation shall be carried out prior to system commissioning work.单机试运转:在系统调试前需进行单机试运转4.2.1 Axial fan: test-operation with temporary power轴流风机:用临时电进行试运转4.2.1.1Inpsection prior to operation of fan风机运转前18、的检查 A. Review types and specs of ventilation fan and motor and make sure they are complying with design requirements.核对通风机、电动机的型号、规格应与设计相符B. Inspect fixtures and fasteners and level vibration absorber base; adjust belt wheel or shaft coupler.检查紧固部位是否牢固,减振底座应调平,皮带轮或联轴器应调正。C. Protection and safety mea19、sures must be provided at electrical works.电气部位应有防护、保护安全措施。D. Fan performance test and adjustment.风机性能测定与调整E. Make sure of motor insulation conditions of fan and rotary direction of fan.确定风机的电机绝缘情况及风机的旋转方向F. Inspect installation type.检查安装型号是否正确 G. Manually turn impeller and make sure in good conditi20、ons.用手转动叶轮须正常H. Inspect level of vibration absorber and make sure it can comply with related codes and can freely shake (if need).检查减震器水平是否达到规范及确保自由摇动(如有)I. Inspect in/out line of start-up panel.起动盘进/出接线是否正确; J. Perform insulation test for mo21、tor and in/out lines and make sure in good conditions.电机及进/出接线进行绝缘测试,并达到规范; 4.2.1.2Test operation of fan风机试运转A. First point operation: test rotary direction of fan and see if there is any problem.先点动.测试风机转向是否正确,观察风机有何异常B. Test air speed of equipment with air speed device and calculate air volume of 22、fan.用风速仪测试设备的风速,取平均值计算出风机的风量C. Test current of equipments with electrical meter and calculate power.用电流表测试设备的电流并计算出功率D. Test rotary speed of fan motor with meter.用转数表直接测量通风机电动机的转速E. When fan operates for at least 2 hours as rated rotary speed, test surface temperature of sliding bearing with meter a23、nd make sure it is no more than 70 and rolling bearing 80; then inspect vibration absorber (if provided) to see if there are any displacement and damages.风机在额定转速下试运转时间不少于2小时后,用温度计测试滑动轴承机壳表面最高温度不得超过70,滚动轴承最高温度不得大于 80。再检查风机减振器(如有)有无移位和损坏现象。F Test data shall be recorded and compared with production per24、formance. Record form.对测量的数据进行记录,并与产品值进行比较.记录用表4.2.2Exhaust fan (VF exhaust fan): test-operation with temporary power.换气扇(VF排风扇) :用临时电进行试运转4.2.2.1Test preparation work测试准备 A. Inspect safety type to see if in good conditions检查安装型号是否正确;B. Clean outside and inside rubbishes and make sure no obstacles.清25、理风机内外垃圾及确保无阻碍物;C. Manually turning of impeller must be smooth and in good conditions.手转动叶轮须畅顺正常D. Inspect in/out line of start-up panel and carry out insulation test.检查起动盘进/出接线是否正确,并进行绝缘测试.E. Inspect all wiring screws for firmness.检查所有接线螺丝牢固; 4.2.2.2Test procedures测试步骤A. Point operation fan: inspect26、 rotary direction.点动风机,检查转向正确;B Test air speed of equipment with air speed device and calculate air volume of fan.用风速测量仪测量风速,计算出风量C Continuously operate for 2 hours to see if there is any problem.连续试运转2小时,检查风机是否有异常4.2.3Split air-conditioner (installed by manufacturer and after energizing, commission27、ed and tested by manufacturer.)分体式空调(由厂家安装,在正式通电后由厂家统一进行试运行、调试)4.2.3.1Preperation work prior to test测试前准备A Inspect installation types.检查安装型号是否正确;B Inspect wiring.检查接线必须正确;C Clean rubbishes on air-conditioner and make sure there is no obstacle.清理空调上的垃圾确保无障碍物。D Inspect filter installation conditions.检28、查过滤网安装情况;4.2.3.2 Test work for split air-conditioner 分体式空调测试内容A Equipment is energized and operating; inspect temperature.机器开始通电运转,检查温度范围显示是否达到要求.B According to value required, test air temperature.根据设定值测量出风温度是否达到要求.C Continuously operate for 2 hours to see if there is any problem.连续试运转2小时,检查空调的运行是否29、要异常情况4.2.4Test-operation of air-conditioner sets (after energizing)空调机组的试运转(需正式送电后进行)4.2.4.1Preperation work准备工作 A Inspect installation type检查安装型号是否正确;B Clean rubbishes in and out air-condition processor and make sure there is no obstacle.清理空调处理机内外垃圾及确保无阻碍物; C Inspect all air duct valves too make su30、re they are in good condition and stay at correct location.检查所有风管阀门工作正常,并在正确位置上;D Manually turning belt wheel must be in good condition.使用手转动皮带轮须畅顺正常; E Adjust fan motor belt wheel concentricity.调整风机马达皮带轮同心度; F Make sure belt wheel installation is firm.确保皮带轮安装牢固; G Inspect and adjust belt.检查及调整皮带松紧;31、 H Inspect level of vibration absorber and make sure it can comply with related codes and can freely shake.调整检查减震器水平达到规范及确保自由摇动; I Inspect filter installation and clean it.检查过滤网安装妥善及过滤网清扫干净; J Inspect all valves switch and make sure they stay at correct location.检查所有阀门开关在正确位置。 K Inspect motor instal32、lation type.检查电机安装型号是否正确; L Inspect in/out line of start-up panel and test insulation.检查起动盘进/出接线是否正确,并测线路绝缘. M Inspect all wiring screws for firmness.检查所有接线螺丝是否达到牢固; N Clean rubbishes in and out start-up panel.清洁起动盘内外一切垃圾; 4.2.4.2Test-operation of air-conditioner sets空调机组的试运转Notes: (test-operation a33、nd commissioning plan for VRV air-conditioner system will be provided by manufacturer.)注:(VRV空调系统试运行及调试方案由厂家进行编制)A First test air volume at vent with air speed device, and then calculate air volume. Tests shall be made for at least three times at different points.先测风口风量,测试可用风速仪,测出平均风速,计算出风量。测试次数不少于334、-5次于不同点数。B Test equipment current with meter and calculate power.用电流表测试设备的电流并计算出功率C Test of rotary speed: test rotary data of motor with meter.转速的测定:用转数表可直接测量电动机的转数D When fan operates for at least 2 hours as rated rotary speed, test surface temperature of sliding bearing with meter and make sure it 35、is no more than 70 and rolling bearing 80; then inspect vibration absorber (if provided) to see if there are any displacement and damages.风机在额定转速下试运转时间不少于2小时后,测试滑动轴承机壳表面最高温度不得超过70,滚动轴承最高温度不得大于 80。再检查风机减振器(如有)有无移位和损坏现象。检查空调机减震器是否移位.E Record test data.对测试数据进行记录, 4.3 Commissioning of Ventilation and AC36、 System通风空调系统调试4.3.1 Preparation 准备工作: 4.3.1.1 Accuracy and security of installation of duct, piping and equipment (ventilator, refrigerating equipment, muffler, AC handling unit, fan coil etc)风管、管道和设备(通风机、制冷设备、消声器、空调机组、风机盘管等)安装的正确性和牢固性。4.3.1.2 Air leak at duct joints and joints between duct and equ37、ipment or regulating unit. 风管联接处以及风管与设备或调节装置的连接处是否有明显漏风现象。4.3.1.3 Security, flexibility of adjustment and convenience of operation for fabrication and installation of regulating units.各类调节装置的制作安装是否正确牢固,调节灵活、操作方便。4.3.1.4 Accuracy of belt drive of ventilators. 各类通风机的皮带传动是否正确。4.3.1.5 Cleanliness and ti38、ghtness inside duct风管内是否清洁、严密。4.3.1.6 No rupture and looseness of insulation layer, and smoothness of external surface. 隔热层无断裂和松弛现象,外表面是否光滑平整。4.3.1.7 Commissioning equipment list运行调试仪器设备一览表No序号Equipment Name仪器名称Unit单位QTY数量Remark备注1Anemoscope风速仪No个12Thermometer(Temp & RH)温湿温度计No个13Tachometer 转速表No个1439、Point thermometer点温度计Ea台15Acoistimeter测噪声仪Ea台16Common thermometer普通温度计No支27Pitot tube比托管Set套18Slanted tasimeter 倾斜式微压计Set套19Megger兆欧表No个 14.3.2 Ventilation System Commissioning (with Duct System)通风系统调试(有风管系统调试)4.3.2.1Air volume test of duct: for main and branch ducts, test the air volume and pressur40、e at where air flow is evenly distributed. They should be test at straight duct section with a diameter of at least 4 times as much as that of duct (or size of longer side of rectangular duct) after local resistance, or with a diameter of at least 1.5 times as much as that of duct (or size of longer41、 side of rectangular duct) before local resistance. When conditions are limited, the distance can be shortened and more points be increased. 测定风管内风量的测定:系统总风管和各支管内风量与风压的测定截面的位置应选择在气流均匀出,按气流方向应选择在局部阻力之后大于或等于4倍直径(或矩形风管大边尺寸),和局部阻力之前大于或等于 1.5 倍直径(或矩形风管大边尺寸)的直管段上,当条件受到限制时, 距离可适当缩短,且适当增加测点数量。4.3.2.2 Air vo42、lume test at air intake 风口风量的测定:A. Test wind speed with anemoscope at fixed point near air intake or by revolving at a constant speed. The average value of wind speeds tested at fixed point is the wind speed at the point. 用风速仪在贴近风口处作定点测量或等速回转法测量风速,取定点法测得的风速取平均值,就为该点的风速。B. The grating or mesh of air 43、outlet contributes to a considerable difference between effective area of outlet and the shell leading to contraction of outgoing air flow, so in calculating air volume at outlet, multiply by 0.71.0 of correction coefficient to make it more accurate. Meanwhile, for air inlet where scope of incoming 44、is small and air flow is relatively even distributed, so the result is mostly accurate only if the test is conducted near the inlet. 在计算风口送风量时,由于风口送风口带有格栅或网格,其有效面积和外框相差较大,送出气流为紧缩现象,因此计算面积时应乘以 0.71.0 的修正系数,使计算风量更符合实际,而吸风口,则由于吸气作用范围较小,气流较均匀,只要靠近风口,测量结果一般较正确。C. Allowable deviation between actual and de45、sign air volume of main, trunk and branch ducts should not be larger than 10%.系统总风管、主干风管、支风管各测点实测风量与设计风量的偏差不应大于 10%4.3.2.3 Balance of system air volume 系统风量的平衡:A. Only when air volumes of fan and system (incl. total volume of supply and return air, fresh air volume, primary and secondary return air 46、volume, exhaust air volume, and volume of main, trunk and branch ducts at air intake) reach design requirements can adjust air volume of the whole system to requirements. 在风机风量测定、系统风量的全面测定(包括送、 回风总风量、新风量、一、二次回风量、排风量以及系统中各总、干、支风管风量风口风量)达到设计要求后,即在全系统风量摸底基础上方可进行系统调整,使之达到系统风量的要求。B. Balance air volume of47、 the system through control valves at shutter, fan and piping of fresh air, primary and secondary wind and air intake. 系统风量的平衡调整,可通过各类调节阀实现,利用新风,一、二次风,风口处的百叶窗、风机及管道各部位的调节阀等进行调节。C. Adjusting method: ratio of equal air flow: start from least favorable circuit (in general the farthest branch system. Su48、ppose the farthest branch system is 1, and the next 2, and the process goes on) According to actual air volume of branch duct, adjust its ratio L1/L2 with control valve to that of design volume L1/L2, i.e. L1/L2L1/L2, and then adjust L3/L4L3/L4, L3/L4L3/L4and finally the first branch duct to make th49、e ratio about 1. (Total actual air volume nearly equals to total design volume).调节方法如下: 流量等比分法:先从系统最不利环路(一般为最远的分支系统,假设最远的支系统设为 1,其次为 2,以此类推)开始,根据支管的实测风量利用调节阀将其风量的比值 L1/L2调整到与设计风量 L1/L2 的比值近似相等,即是使 L1/L2L1/L2,再依次调整 L3/L4L3/L4、L3/L4L3/L4最后调整到第一支管的风管段,使之前后比近似为1。(实际总风量近似于设计总风量)D. Adjust section by secti50、on: first of all, adjust air supply duct till the volume is 5%10% larger than design volume, and then adjust branch duct near main duct and end duct to make them close to design volume one by one. Start from least favorable circuit to intermediate branch duct and finally to total air volume of ducts51、 between fan and the first branch duct to make it close to design volume. 逐段调整法:调试方法式从风机开始,将风机送风管先调整到大于设计风量的 5%10%,再调整靠近总管处的支管和最末端的两支管,使之依次接近设计风量,将不利环路调整平衡后,再调整中间支管,最后调整风机与第一支管间风管的总风量,使之接近设计风量。4.3.2.5 Run test of ventilation and AC system includes air volume and pressure and volume balance of fan, d52、uct and intake. In summer, refrigerating is required after completion (in winter, commission after connection to hot source). Interlocking run test of AC system should last at least 8h and that of fan, duct and fittings etc under zero loads should last at least 2h in a row. 通风空调系统的试运行使系统风机、风管、风口风量风压53、测定,以及风量平衡 的基础上,夏季竣工时进行制冷调试(冬季接入热源再调试),空调系统联动试运转时间不少于8h,在无生产负荷下进行风机、风管与附件等全系统的联动试运转, 其连续运转时间不少于2h。4.3.3 As VRV AC system will be commissioned by manufacturer, the commissioning plan will be provided later as a supplement to this plan. VRV空调系统的调试方案由于为生产厂家进行调试,调试方案作为本方案的补充,稍后提供.5. Safety precautions 安全54、措施5.1 Temporary power 临时用电5.1.1 Temporary power is used for run test of units. Due to limitation of temp power, we will supply power for each unit one by one. 在进行单机试运转时采用的是临时电,此部份临时线路,由于临时电的局限性,我司采取逐个单体送电试运转的方式5.1.2 Temporary circuits as follows临时线路如下:For 303 switch station, lead from temporary dist55、ribution box behind 9950303开关站由9950后临时配电箱引出.For 105 locker room, lead from distribution box in the south of 1200105更衣室由1200南临时配电箱引出For 9700 finishing unit, lead from distribution box in the south of 97009700后处理装置由9700南侧临时配电箱引出For 9100A Lactam warehouse, lead from distribution box in the west of 910056、A9100A原料仓库由9100A西侧临时配电箱引出For 9600 finished product warehouse, lead from distribution box in the west of 12009600成品仓库由1200西侧临时配电箱引出For 1850B distribution room & 9900 WWT, lead from distribution box behind 99501850B配电室、9900污水处理由9950后临时配电箱引出5.1.3 During power supply, set up a safety warning sign at the57、 circuit and allocate specific person to patrol and inspect to ensure circuit safety. Safety warning sign is also required at energized units. 送电时应在送电线路经过处设置安全警示标牌,并派专人进行巡视检查,确保用电线路的安全,在受电单体处设置安全警示标牌。5.1.4 Ensure accurate grounding zero connection of distribution box and use dual colors (green/yello58、w) for PE protective wire to differentiate it from phase wire and working zero wire, which is forbidden to be mixed up. 配电箱应保证正确的接地与接零,保护线PE必须采用绿/黄双色线,严格与相线、工作零线相区别,杜绝混用。5.1.5 Provide temporary distribution box with creepage protector with operating current. On common circumstances, rated operating 59、current should not be larger than 30mA and rated operating time not larger than 0.1S. For creepage protector at moist and corrosive areas, the rated operating current should not be larger than 15mA and rated operating time not larger than 0.1S. The value of rated operating current multiply by rated 60、operating time should not be larger than 30mAS.临时配电箱配置漏电保护器,漏电保护器应选用电流动作型,一般场合漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流应不大于30mA,额定漏电动作时间应不大于0.1S;潮湿和有腐蚀介质场所的漏电保护器,其额定漏电动作电流应不大于15mA,额定漏电动作时间应不大于0.1S;额定漏电动作电流和额定漏电动作时间乘积的值最大不大于30mAS。5.1.6 The connection of creepage protector should be compatible with basic protection system and t61、he protector (transformer of residual current) can only pass working wires instead of protection wires. 漏电保护器的使用接线应与基本保护系统相适应、相配合,在任何情况下,漏电保护器(其剩余电流互感器)只能通过工作线,不能通过保护线。5.1.7 Switch box should have one unit, one brake and one creepage protector. It is forbidden for two or more electric equipment to u62、se the same switch (incl. socket).开关箱实行一机一闸一漏制。严禁用同一开关直接控制两台及两台以上的电气设备(含插座)。5.1.8 Insulation should be strengthened for distribution box, switch box and wire inlet and outlet and all incoming and outgoing wires should be under the box instead of being above, at the back or side of it, and cannot be 63、lead in or out from door gap of the box. All neutral metal components of distribution box, switch box and internal switch and electric appliance should be zero connected for protection. All distribution boxes should be locked under the care of specific person. 配电箱、开关箱,导线进出口处应加强绝缘,所有进出线口应一律设在箱体的下底面,而64、不应设在上面、后面和侧面,更不许从箱门缝隙中引进和引出导线。配电箱、开关箱及内部开关电器的所有正常不带电的金属部件均应做可靠的保护接零。并给所有的配电箱上锁,由专人负责.5.2 Safety precautions for run test试车安全措施5.2.1 Shield mesh should be provided at air intake of fan. 风机进风口应有护罩网。5.2.2 In case of abnormalities during run test, shut down and inspect. 试运转时若有异常现象出现应立即停机检查并做排除。5.2.3Prov65、ide sufficient fire extinguishers on site. 施工现场应配有足够的灭火器材。5.2.4 Do not clean components with gasoline, and store used wiping cloth and waste at designated bucket.不得用汽油清洗零部件,用过的抹布、脏物集中进桶存放,不可随意存放。5.2.5 Run test operators should follow supervisors instructions and concentrate on the work; confirm test66、 run procedures and close and open valves as required. 单机试运转中严格执行负责人员的指令,精力集中,用心操作,坚守岗位;试运转流程应仔细确认,根据操作程序做好阀门开闭。5.2.6 Instruct and operate strictly per equipment instruction, test run plan and operation method. It is forbidden to have more than one direct supervisor, skip management levels to give orders or operate against rules to prevent accidents from happening. 必须按照机械说明书,试运转方案和操作法进行指挥和操作,严禁多头领导, 越级指挥,违章操作,防止事故发生。5.2.7 Notify Owner before energization. In addition, work permit should be approved beforehand. 在送电前通知业主,并办理作业许可证,在通过审核后再进行送电.
