1、重庆龙湖昱湖壹号-山脊社区Chongqing Longfor Waterfront City-The Hill Community www.CREDAWARD.com项目概念说明 用地位于重庆市两江新区礼嘉组团，所在片区规划定位为国际商贸中心区。在过去十年间，场地周边70%的用地已经遭到开发。我们珍惜场地毗邻的自然山体，希望本案的住宅项目在开发时可以回归山体、融入山体。The site is located in the Lijia Group of Liangjiang New District, Chongqing. The area is planned to be an interna2、tional business center. Over the past decade, 70% of the land surrounding the site has been developed. We cherish the natural hill adjacent to the site, and hope that the residential project in this case can return to the hill and integrate into the hill during development.项目挑战 场地截山体一角而生，硬性挡土墙横绝于项目场3、地与山体之间；高密度住宅顺山势排列而下，被公共路网一分为二；其中2200户住户涵盖全年龄段使用人群类型。项目的挑战来自于三方面：一是山体的回归；二是场地高差处理；三是社区氛围营造。The site was cut off from a corner of the mountain, and the rigid retaining wall cut across the project site and the mountain; high-density houses are arranged along the mountain and divided into two by the public road network; 2200 households cover all age groups.
