12、 46th一、工程概况 淮南康城房地产有限公司拟在淮南市蔡家岗夏郢孜路与谢李路交叉口东北侧兴建“熙城春天一期”, A号、C号、4号、3#楼四栋楼高层设一层地下室。基坑深度暂定为4.5米。根据施工现场实际情况,A号楼和4号楼采用部分土钉墙支护技术和挂铁丝网喷浆防护措施对基坑边坡进行保护,3号楼东侧采用部分预应力土钉墙支护技术和挂铁丝网喷浆防护措施对基坑边坡进行保护,C号楼采用挂铁丝网喷浆防护措施对基坑边坡进行保护。为防止周边构筑物随着地基的开挖出现事故问题,确保周边的安全,结合该工程地质现场勘察的地质情况,遵循安全可靠、技术可行、经济合理、节约工期的原则,该工程土方开挖时,结合设计根据现场实际情

13、况开挖放坡为1:0.330.55。 地基土的构成及岩性特征, 详见淮南市建筑勘察设计研究院出具的岩土工程勘察报告。二、预应力土钉墙工艺简介及素喷说明预应力土钉墙支护随基坑逐层开挖,逐层进行支护,直至坑底,施工时在基坑开挖坡面,用洛阳铲人工成孔或机械成孔,孔内放锚杆并注入水泥浆,在坡面安装钢筋网,喷射强度等级不低于 C20的混凝土,使土体、土钉锚杆及喷射混凝土面层结合,为深基坑土钉支护。其技术原理是利用岩土介质的自承能力,借助土钉与周围土体的摩擦力和粘聚力,将不稳定土体和深部稳定土层连在一起形成稳定的组合体,土钉端与钢筋网相互连接,之后喷射混凝土,土钉与土体形成复合体,提高了边坡整体稳定和承受坡

14、顶超载能力,增强土体破坏延性,改变边坡突然坍方性质。有利于安全施工,由于该技术具有施工简便、灵活机动、适用性强、隔水防渗等优点,近年来在我国的应用日益广泛,在建筑基础工程技术政策(19962010)中,被列为积极开发的支护技术。素喷护坡随基坑逐层开挖,逐层进行支护,直至坑底,施工时在基坑开挖坡面,采用直接将锚杆砸入土内,在坡面安装钢筋网,喷射强度等级不低于 C15的混凝土,使土体、钢筋网和喷射混凝土面层结合,将不稳定土体连在一起形成稳定的组合体,提高了边坡整体稳定,增强土体破坏延性,改变边坡突然坍方性质。 三、施工组织 健全施工组织机构是保证施工质量和进度的关键,工程实行项目管理,管理人员应履

16、1230201020若干17m3/m3.5m3/h 五、工艺流程及施工方法 从保证工程质量的重要性来看土钉墙施工是关键环节,其特点表现为作业时间长,施工难度大,受土体影响大。施工应根据土方开挖情况、降水情况进行。开挖一步,支护一步,直至基坑底。施工前设置位移观测点,施工期间应连续观测,直至施工完毕。 1、工艺流程 : 2、主要技术参数: (1)土钉孔径150mm,孔内注浆体强度等级M15; (2)钻孔深度(自上而下分两排):第一排:7.5m第二排:6m第三排:4.5m(3)钻孔间距:水平间距1.5m,竖向间距1.21.3m; (4)土钉锚杆: HRB335级热轧带肋钢筋18。 (5)土钉布置形

17、式:网格形;(6)网片钢筋:HPB2356.5, 间距200mm;(7)喷射混凝土强度等级分 C20;C15两种;(8)喷射混凝土厚度: 100mm;(9)坡顶混凝土:外延1.5m,作好护坡顶排水;3、施工方法 : A 、材料:矿渣硅酸盐32.5级水泥,5mm碎石,中砂, HPB235级6.5钢筋。 B 、施工: 1、挖土应按土钉垂直间距挖土并修坡面。机械挖土时应预留0.1m,之后人工修整,根据边坡土质情况,可采取全面或分段挖土支护。 2、土钉定位成孔:按设计孔深,人工或机械成孔。 3、注浆:按配比制浆,注浆采用底部注浆法,注浆管应插入距孔底250500mm处,随浆液的注入缓慢匀速拔出,为保证

18、注浆饱满,孔口宜设止浆塞或止浆袋。 4、铺设钢筋网片:网片筋应顺直,按设计间距绑扎牢固。在每步工作面上的网片筋应预留与下一步工作面网筋搭接长度。钢筋网应与土钉连接牢固。埋设控制喷层混凝土厚度的标志。 5、喷射混凝土:按配合比要求拌制混凝土干料。为使回弹率减少到最低限度,喷头与受喷面应保持垂直,喷头与作业面间距宜为0.61.0m。喷射顺序应自下而上,喷射时应控制用水量,使喷射面层无干斑或移流现象。 喷射混凝土终凝2h后,应喷水养护,养护时间根据气温确定,宜为37d 。 以此类推,下一步工作面重复16工序循环,直至支护到基坑底标高。 注:基础施工前应设置坡顶和坡脚排水设施。 六、质量保证措施 (一

19、)、技术准备 1、了解地质情况和地下管网、构筑物情况,认真编制基坑支护的设计、施工方案,做好施工前的技术交底和安全交底。根据现场实际情况,对可能出现的突发情况采取有效措施防范,必要时现场商定调整技术参数应急施工。 2、提前计算施工用材料量,以便备料。 3、根据水泥浆和混凝土的强度及工艺要求,提前做好配合比的试配和优选。 4、严格按照基坑支护施工方案精心施工,技术人员跟班指导作业,确保每道工序符合要求。 5、严把钢材、水泥、砂、石等材料的质量关,原材料应具有合格证。 6、对每个施工环节严格把关,质检员必须对工作认真、及时到位,对施工质量进行监督检查,检查合格后方可进行下道工序施工。 7、设专人对

20、坡顶水平位移、坡顶沉降观测点进行测量,每天将测量结果反馈给责任工程师以指导施工。 七、安全生产、文明施工的技术组织措施 该支护工程具有离周边建筑物近、地质条件复杂、交叉作业、工期紧等特点,安全工作十分重要,严禁施工中在坡顶堆放材料及重物以免造成未成形的坡体滑移,各级管理人员应引起高度重视。 1、施工现场必须认真贯彻“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,坚持“管生产,必须管安全”的原则。建立安全管理生产责任制。 2、建立并认真执行安全交底制度,班前安全活动制度。 3、进入施工现场施工人员必须戴好安全帽,现场临时搭设的脚手架,支撑杆必须稳固。 4、土方坍落和滑坡是本工程最容易发生的安全隐患。在危险处设置醒

21、目警示标志。施工过程中设专人对边坡进行监测。 5、施工前应提前做好防雨准备工作,遇雨天应停止施工,对施工用材料、机具及坡面进行覆盖防护,雨后复工须认真检查边坡情况。决定是否有必要采取措施,之后才能施工。 6、施工现场要做到及时清理,保持场容整洁,道路畅通。 7、施工期间严格遵守安全用电操作规程。 8、认真贯彻执行国家有关安全生产和文明施工的规定,确保支护施工的顺利进行。 八、施工中注意的问题 1、土方开挖、支护施工应分段进行,土方开挖后应尽量减少基坑边坡暴露时间,遇雨天应大面积覆盖,同时在坡脚堆载以防止滑坡。 2、成孔时遇砾石、砖块、管网或地下构筑物时,孔位及其下倾角可以调整,如遇到砾石层可改

22、用钢管做锚杆。 3、护坡坡脚的处理:喷射混凝土面层伸入基坑底标高下至少0.2m,以形成护脚。 4、基坑支护完毕,甲方应及时进行后序施工,同时做好有序排水,防止水浸渗入坡脚底下。 九、应急措施 支护施工完成至基坑回填之前,如遇暴雨洪水等,甲方必须将施工人员设备撤离现场,支护坡面上需覆盖蓬布以免造成塌方,同时增加监测次数,并做好相应的措施(如临时回填或在坡脚增加堆载)防止滑坡。如遇重物垂落,需要修复的地方,重新喷射砼或抹水泥砂浆,防止雨水灌入,造成不必要的损失。 regular issuance system of internal and external accident cases, org
