Before the insulati
2、on lay on, make sure the steel surface being level smoothly. The adhesive mortar shall be double component, and the density shall be proper. After fabricated this adhesive mortar, it shall be used up within 30 minutes. To avoid this mortar get solid before using up, the construction speed shall be a
3、ccurate estimated. And then fabricate mortar quantity according to estimated construction speed so as to prevent waste. After this mortar dry completely, the PIR or PUR can be sticked on. 4.1.4 施工时采用从中心向四周依次环形的施工方法；每天的工作必须完成整圈PIR 和 FIBAROLL 的施工，用铝铂粘贴接口处，及时密封好，以防止雨水渗入。 During construction, the sequen
4、ce is from the center to the circumference; each day shall finish overall ring of PIR and FIBAROLL layer. The butt joints shall be seal by aluminum foil so as to avoid water leakage in. 4.1.5 聚氨酯弧板下料时应充分考虑支撑环位置和尺寸，将搭缝排布在支撑环位置。 When fabricating the PIR materials, the supports position and dimension s
5、hall be taken into consideration. The butt joints shall be arranged near the support ring. 4.1.6 在预制好的绝热材料（PIR）与罐体接触面四周均匀满涂粘接剂（胶泥） ，且接触面中间均匀涂抹五点，保证与罐体表面密实、牢固的粘贴；粘贴好的聚氨酯弧板接缝应紧密均匀，并用胶泥严密填充、找平。 Brush the adhesive agent on the PIR material, make sure the faces connected with roof plate and other PIR sha
6、ll be completed brushed. And the interface with steel plate shall be brushed 5 points evenly so as to make sure it could stick firmly; the sticked on PIR shall be tight and smoothly. Where not level shall be fill with adhesive mortar and keep level. 4.1.7 聚氨酯弧板粘贴后将纵横搭缝用 PAP 胶带密封、压实。 After sticked on
7、 the PIR board, the vertical joints shall be seal with PAP Band and roll smoothly. 4.1.8 在支撑环处弧板粘贴完成后，安装不锈钢钢带，用自攻螺钉将不锈钢钢带固定在支撑钢件上， 安装时确保钢带将弧板妥善固定，无缝隙。粘贴FIBAROLL 之前应将钢带表面用稀释剂擦拭干净， 用过的钢带应用抛光机处理表面，然后再用稀释剂擦拭。 After sticked on the PIR board around the support ring, install the stainless stell band on the
8、 support device with crew. When install the stainless steel band, make sure the PIR is sticked firmly and without any gap. Prior to stick FIBAROLL on, the stainless steel shall be cleaned. Prior to use, check the package carefully. 4.1.10 粘贴保护层前应准确测量并在下料工棚
10、内放样后将 FIBAROLL 裁切成所需尺寸，下料时应充分考虑支撑环位置和尺寸，将搭缝排布在支撑环位置；加工过程中应注意避光， 加工过的材料应在规定时间内及时完成施工； Before stick the protection layer, measure it carefully and cut it into the shape required, which shall be guided by sample. The support ring position and dimension shall be taken into consideration, and the butt jo
11、int shall be arranged under the support ring; during cutting process, the light shall be avoided. And the fabricated material shall be used up in the fixed period. 4.1.11 粘贴外保护层（FIBAROLL）前应保护安装好的绝热层弧板表面，保持其表面平整、干净，如有污渍应及时处理干净。 Before lay on the protection layer (FIBAROLL), the insulation layer surfa
12、ce shall be protected and under sound condition. Keep the surface level and clean, once find the dirts, remove it immediately. 4.1.12 FIBAROLL 接缝处采用搭接条粘贴在绝热层表面，再粘贴大块 FIBAROLL硬化膜，FIBAROLL 应裁剪成合适尺寸，确保每一块 FIBAROLL 与 100mm宽的 FIBAROLL 搭接条搭接宽度都为 50mm。搭接缝隙要平整、均匀并环环相扣。 For the joints of FIBAROLL, use the jo
13、int bar to stick on the insulation surface, and another big piece of FIBAROLL shall be applied on it. The FIBAROLL shall be cut into accurate dimension. Make sure that each FIBAROLL have overlap joints of 50mm. The overlap joints shall be level and evenly. 4.1.13 粘贴施工时，粘贴后要用特制滚筒碾压平滑，确保保护层与绝热层的均匀、牢固、
14、密实粘贴；应特别注意接缝部位的平整及严密性。 During the sticking construction, the sticky parts shall be rolled smoothly. Make sure that the protection layer could sticked with the under layer firmly. The tightness and smooth of the overlap joints shall be ensured. 4.1.14 如外保护层 FIBAROLL表面接头有细小裂缝或翘曲等缺陷时， 可采用 fibagel FR UV
15、(光硬化聚酯胶泥) 进行填充、修补。 If find tiny crack or warp at the FIBAROLL joints, use FIBAGEL FR UV to fill and repair. 4.1.15 粘贴好的 FIBAROLL 应在其固化一段时间后而完全固化以前，揭除其表面的塑料薄膜；该时间安排有经验丰富的施工人员进行掌握，时间适当，保护层表面才平滑、光亮。 After sticked the FIBAROLL and cured a certain period, the plastic film on the CSPC Nahai Petrochemicals

This certain period shall be controlled by experienced and skilled personnel. Proper period could ensure the smooth
17、and level surface of FIBAROLL. 4.1.16 罐顶为外网架结构的储罐，其罐顶被网架角钢分成小块方格，施工应注意其与其他罐顶的不同，这些储罐的罐顶弧板应下成与网架方格尺寸相同，粘贴时注意与网架角钢的接缝应紧密。聚氨酯材料粘贴后还要以 PS 板切成同样尺寸将网格空隙填满并用胶泥抹缝找平，使其上表面与网架角钢齐平，之后安装不锈钢带，最后粘贴 FIBAROLL 保护层。 For the tanks with external roof structure, the tank roof have been divided into many small grid. When
18、 carry out construction on these tanks, special care shall be taken. The PIR dimension shall be the same as the grid dimension. When stick the PIR materials, the gap between angle bar and joints shall be tight. After sticked the PIR on the steel surface, same dimension of PS board shall be lay on th
19、e PIR and the gap between grids shall be filled with adhesive mortar and keep level. Till the PS surface is at the same level with angle bar, and then the stainless stell band could be installed. Finally, the protection layer (FIBAROLL) can be applied. 4.1.17 罐沿的施工应特别注意其防水性，因其处于罐顶与罐壁的交界点，施工时罐壁四周绝热材料
20、（PIR）的粘贴应距离罐顶四周罐沿 50mm，该部分绝热材料（PIR）应与罐壁之间满胶粘贴，保护层（FIBAROLL）应裁成 50mm 宽长条，粘贴与罐壁与罐壁四周绝热材料（PIR）上部，然后用特制成型绝热材料（PIR）安装于罐沿上，中间用特制材料填平。保护层 FIBAROLL 底边与罐壁保温层搭缝，搭缝采用上缝压下缝（顺雨水方向）的方法；上层于罐顶保温层搭接，搭缝也是上缝压下缝（顺雨水）方向；避免雨水侵入。 The water- proof function of the connection between roof and shelll shall take more care. Bec
21、ause this parts is between the shell and roof, make sure that the PIR materials shall be 50mm away from the tank roof circumference. This parts shall be fully brushed adhesive agent. And the FIBAROLL shall be cut into piece with 50mm width and stick it on the top of PIR. The fabricated parts for upp
22、er ring could installed then. The FIBAROLL bottom of upper ring shall over lap on the shell insulation layer. Then the joints shall could comply with the rain water flow direction. And so the rain water could not leak into the insulation layer. 4.1.18 罐顶保温层施工完毕后，应全面检查，如发现有翘边或有气泡现象，用壁纸刀进行修理后，再用特制胶进行涂
23、抹、找平。 After the roof insulation layer finished, check it completely. If find any wrap of air bubble, use small knife to repair it and use the special adhesive agent to spray on it.
