5、提升施工完毕水泥浆拌制3.2施工顺序3.2.1总体施工顺序为：先施工钻孔灌注桩，再施工水泥搅拌桩。考虑施工进度及桩位布置的特点，安排从两处同时施工，即一处从七号运转站开始施工，另一处从八号运转站同时开始施工。3.2.2水泥搅拌桩因需要搭接，安排从一侧开始进行施工，即待八号运转站钻孔桩施工完后，即行进行水泥搅拌桩的施工。3.2.3钻孔灌注桩因桩间距较小，为确保施工质量，必须间隔跳打，即每隔三根桩施工一根。4、施工方法及技术措施4.1钻孔灌注桩施工方法及技术措施4.1.1钻孔灌注桩施工方法1) 施工准备在桩基施工前，清除桩基位置上的杂物，整平场地，用推土机碾压密实，使机械能顺利进出场，并保证施工中

6、钻机稳定。进行桩位中心和标高控制点的测放，钻孔桩十字轴线上部设四个中心护桩，便于施工过程中进行中心复核及检查。2) 泥浆制备采用原土造浆。 3) 埋设护筒护筒内径比桩径大10cm，长度视土层情况而定，在粘性土中埋设深度一般不少于1米。顶部高出地面30cm，严防地表水渗入护筒。顶部准确竖直，护筒孔口平面位置与设计偏差按小于50mm控制，护筒竖向的倾斜度不大于1%L。4) 成孔钻机就位时用枕（方）木支垫平稳，将钻头中心线对准桩孔中心。旋转钻机的起重滑轮和固定钻杆的卡机，位于同一垂直线上，保持钻杆垂直。开钻时，低档慢速钻进，钻到护筒下1m后，再以正常速度钻进。5) 钻进成孔施工时注意起落钻头均匀，避

7、免撞击孔壁；接卸钻杆时采取可靠措施，严防钻头脱落；钻杆拆除后，进行检查清理，涂油保养。钻孔过程中，孔内严格保持泥浆稠度适当、水位稳定，根据孔内泥浆的渗缺情况及时补充泥浆维持孔内水头差，防止坍孔。6) 第一次清孔钻孔至设计高程经检查后，立即进行清孔。清孔采用换浆法，在钻进至设计深度后，稍稍提起钻头，同时保持原有的泥浆比重进行循环浮碴，随着残存钻碴的不断浮出以达到清孔的目的。清孔的目的是使孔底沉碴厚度、泥浆浓度、泥浆中含钻碴量和孔壁厚度符合质量要求和设计要求，为灌注创造良好的条件。7) 钢筋笼吊装钢筋笼分段现场制作，利用吊装架进行现场吊装孔口焊接。钢筋笼安放时必须保证桩顶的设计标高，允许误差为10

8、mm，垂直偏差不大于1%。钢筋笼下放时，应对准孔位中心，一般采用正、反旋转慢慢地逐步下沉，防止碰撞，放至设计标高后应立即固定。起吊钢筋笼下笼时由人工辅助对准孔位，保持垂直、轻放、慢放，避免碰撞孔壁。下放过程中若遇到障碍应立即停止，查明原因后进行处理，严禁提高猛放和强制下入。下放钢筋笼时，技术员在场严格控制笼顶标高。钢筋笼应制作吊杆吊挂于井口钢管上，防止钢筋笼下沉或浇注混凝土时上浮。8) 导管安装导管安装前对导管作水压和接头密封性试验。导管直径250mm，采用螺丝紧固，每节中间加橡皮垫进行密封，底节长度大于4m。9) 二次清孔导管安放好后，测量孔底沉渣，进行二次清孔，利用混凝土导管向孔内压入比重

9、小于1.15左右的泥浆，把在下钢筋笼和导管的过程中再次沉淀在孔底的钻渣置换出来。 10) 水下灌注混凝土必须具有良好的和易性，商品混凝土进入施工现场应对其进行检查验收，坍落度控制在160 mm220mm，并做好记录。采用导管法水下灌注混凝土。开始灌注混凝土时，导管距孔底距离为300mm500mm。灌注第一罐混凝土时保证能把导管埋入混凝土内1.0米以上。灌注混凝土在地层易塌孔、缩径处，应减慢提管速度，不大于1m/min。混凝土灌注应连续进行，灌注过程中必须有专人测量计算孔内混凝土面深度和导管在混凝土内的埋入深度，并做好记录，及时调整导管埋入深度，导管埋深宜为26m。严禁导管提出混凝土面。整个浇灌

10、过程由专人负责记录混凝土用量，并最终计算该桩充盈系数，保证每根桩充盈系数不小于1。控制最后一次混凝土的灌注量，确保桩顶标高满足设计要求。4.1.2钻孔灌注桩针对性技术措施1) 保证孔径满足设计要求的技术措施经常检查钻头直径，磨损后及时更换，确保桩的充盈系数不小于1，配置优质泥浆，使钻孔泥浆比重控制在1.15左右，确保孔壁稳定，防止孔壁坍塌，缩径，使成孔孔径规则，并能保证大颗粒的泥屑悬浮而随泥浆排除。2) 保证钻孔垂直度的技术措施钻机就位准确，桩机底盘平稳找平。开孔时轻压、慢转。当地层变硬时，则降低钻进速度且轻压慢转，确保成孔精度，发现异常情况及时纠正。3) 保证孔深的技术措施埋设护筒后，根据孔

11、口标高、桩底标高精确计算孔深（桩深）。准确丈量钻具，保证钻孔深度。在终孔后将钻头提高离孔底1030cm慢速空转，并配置优质泥浆补充进行第一次清孔，清孔时间不少于30分钟，下完导管后进行第二次清孔。4) 混凝土浇筑要检查导管及其接头的密闭性，确保密封良好。保证初灌后导管埋深不小于1m。灌注过程中按砼灌注量定时监测砼面高度，验算导管埋深。导管埋深一般控制在2m6m之间，严禁导管埋深过大或将导管提离砼面。当砼面接近钢筋笼底部时，严格控制导管埋深及砼灌注速度，以防钢筋笼上浮。保证桩顶标高及桩顶强度。随孔内混凝土上升，需逐节快速拆除导管，时间不超过15分钟。提升导管时，应尽量避免碰撞钢筋笼。混凝土上层存

12、在一层浮浆需要凿除，砼实际浇灌标高须比设计标高高出50cm，在灌注混凝土结束时，要慢提导管并上下串动导管，防止出现空心。砼浇灌过程保持连续作业，不得中断，灌注完毕及时清理灌注现场，并整理原始记录。4.2水泥搅拌桩施工方法4.2.1测放桩位根据施工设计图纸进行桩位的测放并报监理单位和建设单位进行验收。4.2.2搅拌桩机就位搅拌桩机到达现场后，按照导向架标记桩位准确就位，使中心管（双轴搅拌桩机）中心对准桩位，桩位与设计图偏差不得大于50mm，同时必须严格调整好搅拌机的垂直度，垂直度可通过机械本身的铅垂线进行校正，误差控制在0.5%内，并不得超过50mm。4.2.3预搅下沉搅拌桩机运转正常后，启动搅

13、拌机电机，放松起重机钢丝绳，使搅拌桩机导向架切土搅拌下沉，下沉速度控制在1m/min左右，可由电机的电流监测表控制。预搅下沉时不得采用冲水下沉，达到设计深度停止钻进。4.2.4制备水泥浆根据设计要求，搅拌桩水泥采用32.5矿渣水泥，水泥掺量不小于13%，水灰比0.450.55. 4.2.5提升喷浆搅拌深层搅拌机下沉到设计深度后，开启灰浆泵，水泥浆压入地基土中，此后边喷浆，边旋转，边提升搅拌机，直到设计桩顶标高。此时注意喷浆速率与提升速度相协调，以确保水泥浆沿桩长均匀分布，并使提升至桩顶后集料斗中的水泥浆正好排空，搅拌提升速度不得大于m/min。4.2.6沉钻复搅再次沉钻进行复搅，复搅下沉速度可

14、控制在0.50.8m/min。4.2.7重复提升搅拌、复喷浆搅拌机再次下至设计桩底标高后，边旋转边提升搅拌机，同时喷水泥浆。重复搅拌至桩顶设计标高后，将钻头提出地面，以便移机施工新的桩体。4.2.8搅拌桩的搭接施工搅拌桩的搭接质量好坏关系到搅拌桩的隔水帷幕作用，为此，施工时采用连续式双孔复搅施工来确保搅拌桩的搭接质量。5、施工进度计划5.1施工部署5.1.1根据工期要求计划组织四台钻孔桩机进行钻孔灌注桩的施工，安排一台双轴搅拌桩机进行水泥搅拌桩的施工。5.1.2先进行钻孔灌注桩的施工然后进行水泥搅拌桩的施工。5.1.3根据场地条件，先施工7号运转站-12号栈桥-8号运转站-13号栈桥。第134

15、页，共134页5.2施工进度计划6、降低施工成本措施6.1材料控制6.1.1加强现场的材料管理，尤其是水泥搅拌桩的水泥，严格按照设计确定的施工参数施工；6.1.2钻孔灌注桩的混凝土在灌注时避免浪费；6.1.3钢筋的使用要严格按设计图纸进行，避免浪费；6.2现场管理6.2.1加强现场的用电管理；6.2.2施工取水井作为现场的供水水源，不使用自来水，降低成本。6.2.3钻孔灌注桩和水泥搅拌桩交叉施工缩短工期减少消耗。7、质量保证措施7.1质量管理目标：钻孔灌注桩合格率100%;水泥搅拌桩合格率100%。7.2现场专业质量保证体系项目经理：专业质保师：现场施工质量检查员设备材料部技术负责人：各施工作

16、业机组7.3设计图纸对施工质量的要求7.3.1钻孔灌注桩设计混凝土强度等级为C25；7.3.2水泥搅拌桩组内及组间咬合200mm，搅拌桩采用32.5级矿渣水泥，水泥掺入比13%，水灰比0.450.55。要求全程复喷复搅，必须确保搅拌均匀，桩体搭接严密，相邻桩施工间隔不得超过12小时。7.4施工过程质量控制措施7.4.1钻孔灌注桩施工过程质量控制措施1）进场材料应经严格按设计要求进行验收，不合格的材料严禁进场；进场材料应按规范规定送检，不合格的材料严禁使用。2）施工实施前，进行技术交底，让操作人员正确掌握各项施工技术参数，如钻进速度、成孔深度、提导管速度、泥浆性能、灌注速度等，使其能灵活运用。3

17、） 护筒埋设应准确、稳定，护筒中心与桩位中心的偏差在50mm之内。4）钻进过程中应检查钻机设置的导向装置，以保证桩垂直度。5）第一次清孔严格控制泥浆的比重、黏度以及孔底的沉渣厚度，达到要求后进行提钻。6）提钻时要控制提钻的速度，同时在卸杆之前上下提落钻头以探明是否有缩孔的部位，若发现及时进行扫孔处理。7）严格控制成孔质量，若孔出现垂直度、孔径不符合要求及时处理，避免下放钢筋笼受阻。8）钢筋笼的制作长度不宜过长，避免起吊时折弯，下放时要保持钢筋笼垂直，避免强行下笼。9）第二次清孔的时间不宜过长，确保孔内泥浆的比重达到灌注砼的要求。10）初罐砼的量要保证导管埋入混凝土内。11）混凝土的灌注要连续，

26、。6、施工前让有关操作人员正确掌握各项施工技术参数，如水泥掺入比、水泥浆的比重、下沉速度、提钻速度、压浆量、桩顶设计标高及地面高程等，使其灵活运用。9、水泥浆的制备应在洁净的浆桶内进行，边向浆桶内注入300kg水边加入600kg的水泥，搅拌均匀后用比重计测出其比重。11、严格控制水泥的掺入比、0.5的水灰比。12、灰浆泵泵送前，应先泵送少量清水润滑管道，以利于输浆。13、施工中如桩机停钻时间过长，应把管内水泥浆冲掉，以防止再次开钻时造成堵管。14、预搅下沉时若遇到较硬土层而钻进缓慢时，不可冲水，应冲稀水泥浆润湿土体。15、在集料斗上部加细筛过滤水泥浆，以防造成堵管。16、预搅下沉速度应控制在1

27、.0m/min以内，提钻速度应控制在0.81.0m/min之间，复搅提升速度控制在1.0m/min之内。17、严格控制喷浆速率，确保灰浆分布均匀，并保证提升开始时间和喷浆时间一致。18、施工停浆面应高出桩顶设计标高500mm，以保证桩头质量。19、施工中如发生因故停浆或提升过快现象，应将搅拌桩机重新下沉至停浆面以下500mm处，重新注浆提升，以保证桩身完整。20、预搅下沉、提升及喷浆过程中要有专人做施工记录，记录误差不得大于50mm，时间不得大于5S，施工中出现的问题及采取处理的措施均应在记录中注明。21、施工中应认真复核桩位位置，确保成桩后的桩位偏差不大于50mm。交底人接受人日期2004-

29、土层中钻进，应根据泥浆补给情况控制钻进速度；硬层中的钻进速度以钻机不发生跳动为准，避免卡钻，埋钻等现象；在淤泥和淤泥质粘土中不大于1m/min。钻进过程中如发生斜孔、塌孔和护筒周围冒浆时，应停钻，待采取相应措施后再行钻进。5. 在钻进过程中，每进尺三米至少检查一次钻杆垂直度，对垂直度进行调节和控制，并做好相应记录,垂直度偏差不得大于1%。6. 桩成孔验收：提前一小时上报现场监理人员，配合监理人员完成孔检测工作。验收合格后进行下一道工序的施工。7. 清孔 钻孔到桩底设计标高后，立即进行清孔，使钻机空转不进尺，同时射水。清孔过程中，及时补给足够的泥浆，保持浆面稳定。待孔底残渣磨成浆，泥浆比重控制在
