22、定文化产业这一概念,有些学者已经从文化经济学、统计学还有文化地域等方面进行了阐述,但是还应从创意产业和文化产业的比较层面进行界定,因为使用不同的定义,可能会产生不同的研究结果,产生前后不一致的现象。中国社会科学院文化研究中心副主任张晓明认为,创意产业、内容产业和文化产业三个概念基本可以互换,内容产业是文化产业的实质,创意产业是内容产业的实质。他指出,创意产业是文化与经济全面融合的产物,近几年文化经济化和经济文化化趋势的实质是经济和文化越来越走向下游化,越来越需要满足消费者的最终需要,尤其是文化需要。整个经济发展的趋势是从传统的工业经济走向服务经济、知识经济,更进一步走向文化和艺术经济。知识经济

118、o the city,which is refl ected in the vertical design of the dike focusing on the following 3 aspects:Building and DikeThe dike is 3 meters high and 20 meters wide at the bottom,if not dealt with,it will become a solid wall that divides the city from the riverbank environment.The design integrates b
119、uildings and the dike into a whole,which not only makes full use of the usable space inside the dike but also eliminates the feeling of a“wall”,enabling organic integration of environment and buildings.Vegetation and DikeWhere the wedge-shaped greenbelts meet with the dike,bring vegetation from the

178、t Area Conceptual Urban Design6.1.3 规划道路网本规划区依据区域道路现状,结合新城交通规划方案,构建等级明确、间距合理的道路系统,形成由城市快速路、城市主干路、城市次干路和支路构成的四级路网体系。本次用地范围内有两条快速公路,分别是联系中心城区的京沈高速路和联系顺义、亦庄的六环路。这两条城市快速路与规划当中的由新华北街构成的快速公交环线和由运河东大街构成的BRT线路共同结合形成规划区外围的交通环线。城市主干道是连接规划区内部各片区的道路,同时兼有联系规划区与老城区、新城区和周边区域的功能。城市主干路系统为一环两横的路网结构,其中一环为解决地块商业、商务客流的交
