新港污水处理厂厂区管网工程施工方案（13页）.doc

1、XX市新港污水处理厂厂区管网工程施工方案1、管网工程施工主要分三大类：钢筋混凝土管、焊接钢管、HDPE管。2、从现场情况分析，由于回填土方约10米深，而钢筋混凝土主要进水管埋深都在910米，都属于深基坑施工，因此该部分施工难度最大。3、从施工顺序分析，MSBR池等构筑物不完成施工及土方回填，主要的工艺管线又无法施工。施工计划：管道施工总原则为“先深后浅”，在先施工完成进水埋深9米左右的混凝土管道之后，再施工上部P0焊接钢管和其他污水工艺管线，最后施工场内污水排水管道和空气管。具体施工时间安排为：1、12月到1月，主要施工W18W12段的D1500进水混凝土管和W52W50的D1800进水混凝土

2、管和污水检查井。2、1月到2月施工P0进水焊接接钢管。3、2月开始根据现场情况施工MSBR池体周边工艺管道。施工方案：1、深基坑部分，主要为混凝土管道安装及检查井施工，由于现场无回填土技术参数等资料，且我司不具备深基坑专项设计资质，而施工进度要求快，因此，我司只能根据以往的施工经验，报送以下技术方案：1.1 进水W18W8 ，W9 W10W16段，埋深为9.39.5米，该段根据与设计沟通，将W8#井往北移15米，W9#井往南移25米（主要为避开检查井施工周期长导致的道路和办公楼困难），同时，该段深基坑施工我司计划分3级放坡，2级台阶，放坡比例1：1.2，具体见附图一。1.2 W8 W9段，因污

3、水管道西侧管中距传达室不到11m，东侧管中距综合楼不到13m,且传达室、综合楼桩基工程已施工完毕。为了不影响传达室、综合楼与管道相邻的桩基础，此段基坑开挖距离较窄其开挖宽度距管中必须控制在10m以内。但高度已达到10.05m,其具体方案为：、因传达室和综合楼位置不能堆土，故此段范围土方开挖必须全部场内转运；、在中部留出一个1.5m2m的平台；、将西侧放坡系数缩小至1：1；、尚余高差3m采用木桩挡土分三级进行每级挡一米；、开挖及管道安装由低至高分段施工；、此段范围两边不能停靠吊车，吊车只能停靠两端，因此必须采用臂长30米的吊车进行吊装；具体见附图二。1.3 其他埋深5米管道，采用1：1放坡开挖，

4、具体见附图三。4.3.3 土方开挖（1）根据本工程的施工特点，土方选用斗容1.0m3的反铲挖土机进行土方开挖，自卸汽车进行运土，运至指定位置堆放，以供回填之用。（3）为防止机械开挖超深，基底土方预留20cm厚土方采用人工清土，清土时必须配备足够的人员，与机械开挖同步，从而保证基坑内的土方全部用机械挖除出基坑内部，从而减少工人运土的劳动强度。（5）考虑工程所在位置以及工程的地质情况、水位情况，土方开挖按照1：1.2放坡，同时基础底板边预留出足够的工作面供基础施工。（6）为排除雨天降水以及基坑内的明水，在基坑土方开挖的同时，随即施工排水明沟，排水沟采用标准砖砌筑，上底宽度为500mm、下底宽度为3

5、00mm、深度为300mm，集水井长宽深为8008001000mm，排水坡度为2%，集水井内积水采用100潜水泵排除。4.3.4 土方回填4.3.4.1 基坑基槽回填（1）土方回填选用优质的粉质粘土，通过试验确定最优含水量，现场开挖出的土方符合回填要求的，方可使用。（2）土方回填前，基坑内的杂物清除干净，积水排除，经监理验收同意后进行回填。（3）基坑回填时应沿构筑物四周同时进行， 在每层回填土夯实后，必须按规范规定进行环刀取样4.3.4.2 管槽回填回填前，应首先进行管道渗漏水试验，合格后再回填土，回填时在距管顶0.3m以内回填土严禁信含有土壤硬块和砖块、石头等物。雨、排水管施工时要先复核排出

6、口的接纳管标高是否与图纸一致。4.10钢筋混凝土排水管道:4.10.1沟槽开挖采用挖掘机作业，人工配合。人工用于修整边坡和清底。沟槽底两侧纵向各挖一条30cm30cm的临时排水沟，每隔30m设一集水坑。用泥浆泵将坑内积水随时抽排到路基以外，以保证沟槽内不积水。沟槽挖土考虑安全间距向槽两侧堆放时将留出吊车吊管位置。4.10.2开挖沟槽底宽：底宽为管道加实际工作面宽度。4.10.3填方段沟槽施工，先将土填至管顶以上50cm夯实，碾压至压实度达到设计要求后，再进行机械开挖至槽底以上20cm左右停止机械作业，采用人工清基至设计高，防止超挖。4.10.4沟壁保持稳定，必要时采取支撑护壁。4.10.5沟槽

7、到位并经验收后，立即浇筑平基混凝土，防止扰动基底以及雨水、地下水浸泡基底。4.10.6钢筋混凝土管的铺设：1)平基混凝土强度达到5Mpa以上，即可直接下管安装。2)安管前在平基面上弹线以控制安管中心线，安管过程中按边线控制管子的顺直度，管子安装前后两端各10-15cm范围内进行凿毛。3)管道安装好后，用干净石子卡牢防止滚动，并及时浇筑管座混凝土，浇筑管座混凝土两侧平衡进行，防止将管子挤偏。支管、软接头(砂垫层)采用二毡三油包管按每边长20cm。4)管子安装控制标准为管的底标高偏差在正负10mm之内，中心线偏差不超过10mm，相邻管内底口错口不大于3mm，避免错口现象发生。5)接口为钢丝水泥砂浆

8、抹带接口，抹带前将已凿毛的管口洗刷干净，并刷水泥浆一遍，在抹带的两侧安装弧型边模，然后分层进行压抹砂浆和安装钢丝网，抹带砂浆外光密实，钢丝网平整，抹带宽度偏差在5mm内。管道完成后，按规范要求进行有代表性段落的闭水实验，经质监、监理、业主检查符合要求后再进行回填、分层夯实。6)混凝土施工前做好详细的工艺设计，模板支撑要有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性，模板接缝要严密，周转使用时清理干净，并刷脱模剂。7)混凝土浇捣执行技术交底，混凝土浇捣许可证制度。经质检员检查并签字认可后，再浇捣混凝土。8)所有工程用混凝土均采用商品混凝土组织施工。4.10.7砖砌检查井施工：1)按排水平面图对各检查井进行放线定位，

9、其井底标高用水准仪控制砼底板标高，按设计要求用砖砌井壁，注意安装检修爬梯。2)井墙砌筑：在基础底板上铺砂一层(座浆)，可砌筑井墙，按图纸做井底并用水泥砂浆抹出坡向支管的泛水，可直接砌筑预制井身，边角整齐，符合图纸尺寸且砖面对齐吻合方可砌筑，上下错缝内外搭接，砌砖砂浆要饱满，常温砌墙用砖块必须洒水浸湿。井身墙体砌筑到一定高度随砌随采用1:2-1:2.5水泥砂浆抹面(墙内侧)，要抹两遍，总厚1.5cm。外墙用1:4水泥砂浆搓缝，要随砌随搓使外墙严密。3)随墙身的砌筑还应还槽，可采用基层用混合料，随还填随夯实，也可用碎砖等粒料还槽并灌1:4水泥砂浆，还可用C10水泥混凝土回填，做到回填密实以免回填不

10、实使路面产生局部沉陷。当砌筑支管顶时，应将管头与井箅，井框和井箅必须顺畅。收水井砌完后，应清除一切杂物，拆除管堵，按标准检验。4)各检查井砌筑中做到砂浆饱满，灰缝平整，没有通缝，进壁圆滑，流槽平顺，井底干净、美观，标高准确。井径尺寸规范，井壁粉刷圆滑，砼井座座浆安砌，并按照设计路面纵横挂线，控制井盖板与路面平顺衔接。5)待检查井砌筑完毕后，向管道内灌水进行闭水试验。6)基坑回填：按设计基坑横断面要求，管顶上50cm以下用砂卵石回填，采用分层回填法，每层约40cm厚用振动棒振动密实，密实度达到设计要求，上面原土回填，每层虚铺厚度30cm，用蛙式夯机来回夯实，管顶上土层厚超过1m后用三轮压路机压实

11、。4.12季节性施工的措施：本工程施工要经历雨、夏季，为加快工程施工进度，保证工程质量和施工安全，项目部将制定详细的雨、夏季施工措施，并严格遵照执行。4.12.1雨季施工的措施：（1）做好场地周围及基坑内的排水设施，疏通现场排水沟道，准备好排水机具，防止雨水淹泡工程或地基，雨后及时安排人员进行场内积水的排除。（2）对施工现场内临时道路采用砼进行硬化、场内堆场处铺垫一层砂卵石，以确保在雨天施工时，场内不会出现烂泥满地、运输车辆陷停和污染场外城市道路的现象。（3）由试验室试配适合不同外界自然条件的砼配合比，施工中对砂石含水率及时准确测定，及时调整砼、砂浆配合比，以适应工程施工需要。（4）及时做好材

12、料准备工作，安排好雨具、薄膜、编织布、蓬布，砼浇筑时若遇暴雨，采用编织布、蓬布将施工处加以覆盖，并按规范要求留设施工缝。（5）施工现场的机电设备要做好防雨、防雷、防漏电措施。四、保证安全措施1、安全目标：按建设部颁发的施工现场综合考评试行办法和建筑施工安全检查标准（JGJ5999）进行管理，组织施工，创建“文明安全工地”，确保安全无事故。2、安全保证体系：2.1坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，成立以项目经理为组长，专职安全员为副组长，各相关职能部门负责人为组员的安全领导小组，制定安全保证体系（见安全生产保证体系框图），使各个部门都参与安全管理，认真落实安全责任制，坚持谁施工、谁负责的安全原则

13、，搞好安全教育，严格遵守安全操作规程。2.2坚持向职工进行安全教育培训、安全技术交底和定期安全检查制度，及时贯彻关于安全生产管理的规范、规程、标准，每星期组织一次安全生产检查，发现安全隐患及时整改，并召开安全生产会议，总结上周安全生产工作，并对下周即将施工区域的进行技术交底和布置。2.3认真作好新入场工人及变换工种工人的三级安全教育工作，三级安全教育由技术、安全部门配合组织进行，经考核合格后方可进入生产岗位，特种作业人员必须持证上岗，严禁违章操作。2.4班前安全教育：项目部每天由安全员、施工员对各施工班组进行上岗时安全操作规程和班组交叉作业安全技术交底，包括工程施工内容、方案、规范及规程等技术

14、交底。3、安全技术措施：3.1施工现场：3.1.1施工人员进入施工现场必须按要求配戴好安全帽，高处作业系好安全带，严禁打赤脚、穿拖鞋和高跟鞋入内，发现违规者予以处罚。3.1.2在现场大门门楼上方安装安监站推广使用的电脑安全语言箱，每天上下班时间进行安全语言提示，宣传安全知识。另在周围张挂醒目的安全标志、安全宣传及警示牌，提醒每个生产工人。作业环境科学合理采用不同的色彩，减轻作业人员眼睛和全身的疲劳，降低事故频率。3.1.3现场材料严格按经审定的施工总平面图布置区域堆放，以免堵塞交通，发生交通事故。3.2机电设备：3.2.1机械和设备动力机座必须稳固，转动危险部位要设防护装置。3.2.2电气设备

15、和线路必须保证绝缘，电线不得与金属物绑在一起。各种电动机必须按规定接零线接地，并设置闸刀开关，临时停电，停工休息时，必须拉闸加锁。3.2.3施工机械和电气不得带病运转和超负荷作业，发现不正常情况要停机检修，不得在运转中修理。3.2.4电气、仪表和设备试运转，要严格按照单项安全技术措施进行，运转时不准擦洗和修理，严禁将头或手伸入行程范围内。3.3季节施工：3.3.1暴雨前后要检查工地临设、机电设备、临时线路，发现倾斜、变形、下沉、漏雨、漏电等现象，要及时加固，有严重危险的，必须立即排除。3.3.2本工程施工季节主要为低温的冬季，因此要做好冬季的升温保暖工作，工地宿舍内采取保暖措施，严禁在宿舍乱接

16、电源，防止生火引起火灾。4、安全技术：4.1基坑支护：基坑四周采用钢架管作好围护栏杆，并刷上红白相间的警戒油漆，夜间在四周设置照明灯，防止施工人员跌入坑内引起伤亡事故。4.2脚手架安全技术要求：外架搭设前先制定施工方案和设计计算书，尤其是悬挑外脚手架, 按规定搭设。做好墙体的拉接点，操作层及其下满铺架板，脚手架外侧采用竹笆（或绿色安全立网）封闭。脚手架搭设完毕，按专门制度验收挂牌使用，脚手架的日常使用管理由专人负责，定期检查，脚手架上不得超过载，多余物件随时清理，各部连接点由安全员按每步架进行一次检查清理，使用中的脚手架，拆除任何一个部件都必须有审批制度，并按批准手续规定及时恢复原状，经检查后

17、再使用；脚手架的拆除，按脚手架技术交底规定程序进行，零部件的水平与垂直运输按专门路线及时整理运出，拆卸时划出禁区由专人监护。脚手架按建筑周边长度30m内不少于一个接地保护装置，接地电阻不大于1。4.3砌筑工程安全技术：同一垂直面内上下交叉作业时，必须设防护隔离层（如挂棚布、竹笆或绳网），防止物体坠落伤人，现场或楼层上的坑、洞要设置护身拦杆或防护拦板，墙身砌体高度超过地面1.2m以上时，要搭设脚手架，在一层以上或高度超过4m时，必须有上下马道，采用里脚手架必须支搭安全网，采用外脚手架要设护身栏和挡脚板。砌体堆在架上，集中荷载不得超过1.5KN,侧码不得超过三层，同一块脚手板上的操作人员不得超过2

18、人。4.4安全用电保护：4.4.1施工现场用电采用三相五线制，用电设备采用“三级配电两级漏电保护”进行配电，所有闸箱门上锁，做到“一机、一闸、一漏电”保护。4.4.2每天由安全员检查漏电保护器是否有效。4.4.3架空线采用绝缘铜线或绝缘铅线，严禁架设在脚手架上，架空线与邻近线路保持6m距离。4.4.4所有机电设备做好接零、接地保护，采用TN-S系统。4.4.5配电箱采用安监站统一推广的铁制配电箱，箱中导线的进线口和出线口设在箱体的下底面。严禁在箱体上顶面、侧面处进出线路，进出线分路成束加护套并作防水弯，箱内不得放其它杂物，箱盖有防雨措施，配电箱上锁，钥匙由电工负责。4.4.6严禁非值班电工私自

19、接线，违者重罚。5、安全防护：5.1临边防护：临边必须搭设防护栏杆或张挂安全网，需通行人流、货流处要设置工具式安全门或活动防护栏杆；防护栏杆由上下二道扶手及栏杆组成，上扶手离地11.2m，下扶手离地0.40.6m。一般扶手长度超过2m设立柱，栏杆用钢管搭设，安全网使用时要符合建筑施工安全网的搭设规定。5.2洞口防护：有坠入可能的洞口，按临边作业的规定加设工具式安全门防护，洞口设专人管理，经常检查，防护措施的可靠性和完备性，安全网内积存杂物要定期清理。5.3交叉作业防护：在施工作业中经常在同一垂直面内施工，所以必须做好安全隔离防护，在临边、洞口附近不准存放杂物，其临时转运必须有人临护，在垂直输送
