2、工程2013年度实施项目设计施工总承包建设单位委托单位勘察单位施工单位监理单位质量监督站桩型水泥土深层搅拌桩设计强度等级渗透系数510-7cm/s检测日期2014.6.4-2014.7.51三、工程基本情况与地质概述3.1 工程基本情况安澧大垸位于安乡县北部,四面环水,北与湖北公安县黄金大垸、西与澧县西官垸、东南与安造和安保垸隔河相望。安澧垸夹于松滋河东支与松滋河中支之间,平面上呈南北向带状展布。地势北高南低,地形平坦开阔,人工沟渠及封堵的哑河纵横交错、大小湖泊星罗棋布。安澧垸系长江洪水入湖要道,防洪位置险要,有安乡的北大门之称。安澧垸属洞庭湖区24个蓄洪垸之一,蓄洪容积9.2亿m3。安澧垸保
3、护面积122.73km2,其中耕地面积9.2万亩。行政区划涉及焦圻、安福、安凝3个乡镇的43个村,保护人口7.37万人,其中农业人口6.52万人,非农业人口0.84万人。本次湖南省洞庭湖区安澧蓄洪垸堤防加固工程2013年度实施项目设计施工总承包主要工程项目有:堤身加培、堤身护坡、水泥土防渗墙、粉喷桩抗滑、松木桩固脚、抛石固脚、堤顶防汛砼路面、上堤坡道和上堤踏步等工程,安澧垸堤防工程级别为3级。3.2 工程地质情况安澧垸位于洞庭湖坳陷盆地西部安乡地堑之中,地势北高南低,相对高差2-3m,垸内地面标高30.5-33.5。地形平坦开阔,人工沟渠及封堵的哑河纵横交错,大小湖泊星罗棋布,除东北角见有零星
4、残存的级阶地外,其他地段均为典型的冲积、湖积型地貌。垸内地表出露地层以第四系全新统冲、湖积物(Q4al+1)为主,部分地段为第四系近代河流冲积堆积物(Q4al),下覆地层为第四系中更新统河流阶地堆积物(Q2al)。四、检测依据及评定标准4.1、检测依据:、水利水电工程注水试验规程SL345-2007 、水利水电建设工程验收规范SL223-2008 、水利水电工程施工质量检验与评定规程SL176-2007 、设计文件及图纸4.2、设计合格标准水泥土搅拌桩防渗墙:渗透系数K5.010-7cm/s五、现场检测5.1、试验时间:2014年06月04日2014年07月05日5.2、检测频率:按设计要求沿
5、堤每300m布设孔位5.3、检测方法:采用钻孔注水试验检测方法5.4、检测设备、仪器:(1)、钻进设备:GY-1型工程钻机,108mm合金钻头(2)、供水设备:150泵(3)、量测设备:0.25级压力表、LWY-15型涡轮流量计、量筒、秒表、SWJ-90型钢尺水位计、米尺等(4)、止水设备:橡胶止水栓塞、套管5.5、试验流程(1)、现场检测孔布置根据相关规范和设计要求,由监理单位、业主共同确定位置进行钻孔,共计53个检测孔。各检测孔的布置如下表1表二。、钻孔钻孔釆用108mm合金钻头钻进。、洗孔压水试验前进行洗孔,洗孔釆用压水法进行,洗孔时钻具下至孔底,流量应达到水泵最大出力,洗孔应至回水清洁
