2、0.17,全长223.94km。主要工程:特大桥218110.58m/5座;站场3个;梁场11座;轨道板厂4座;铺轨基地1处。本工区是JHTJ-1标第十六工区,里程范围DK218+256-DK228+305,内含有沧州西站路基站场和沧德特大桥部分,全长10049m,工作范围全部位于沧县纸房头乡包含跨过6个行政村。其中路基站场共有CFG桩33290根,共935343延米;桥梁共有243个桥墩,一个京方桥台,有2280根钻孔桩,计109340延米;共有2个旅客地道桥和4个框构桥。二、测量目的及技术依据为了施工放样的方便及控制精度的要求,按照逐级布网原则在CPI的基础上加密用于线下施工控制的测量控制

3、点,并把CPII点作为导线平差的检核条件。具体依据规范如下:1、客运专线无碴轨道铁路工程测量暂行规定(铁建设2006189号)2、客运专线无碴轨道铁路铺设条件评估技术指南(铁建设2006158号)3、精密工程测量规范(GB/T 15314-94)4、京沪客运专线有关会议评估纪要5、设计院所移交的CPI,CPII坐标高程及相关资料。三、仪器设备及人员组织情况 本次测量分两组进行,每组4人,平面组采用索佳SET1130R3全站仪,精度为1mm+1ppm,测角精度为1秒;高程组采用徕卡DNA03电子水准仪,精度为0.3mm/km,均满足本次测量规范的要求。具体人员名单及分工见附表。四、外业测量方案(

4、一)平面控制测量 1、选点,埋点本工区设计院交桩点CPI有6个,CPII有14个,CPI,CPII基本成四边形布网,CPI点对距离为6001000m,点对间距离不大于4000m;CPII点对距离为600900m,点对间距离不大于500900m,CPI点对通视良好。由于设计院交桩点不能满足施工放样的要求,我们在此基础上进行了选点埋点和加密观测等一系列工作。根据现场勘测,结合现场实际情况,共选埋加密点27个,边长为300500m,特殊地段边长为不小于200m。控制点布设充分考虑即将施工的影响,布设在不易被破坏的范围内,对高路基、桥梁等段落,尽量考虑将控制点布设于线路一侧,距离线路5080米,避免因

6、等级仪器精度等级测距中误差(mm)同一测回各次读数互差(mm)测回间读数较差(mm)往返测平均较差加密点CPII I5572mD22mD3、导线测量的操作方法及注意事项水平角和距离观测在大气稳定和成像清晰的条件下进行观测,视线超越的高度及旁离障碍物的距离均不小于1.5米。用于气象改正的温度、气压数据,在每测站测定一次,并在观测手薄上做好记录。气象观测时待气压计、温度计与周围环境一致后测记气象数据,气压计、温度计避免受日光暴晒和辐射。测距边气象改正、加常数改正通过全站仪设置来自动运行,输入数据后要认真复核。导线边长测量,读数至1mm。平面观测的角度与距离观测采用测回法进行观测,每站观测4个测回,

7、现场记录人按表1.2的规定随即算出是否超限,若超限立即进行重新观测。记录字迹清晰,严禁涂改,严格签名。观测操作流程如下:设要测的水平角为AOB,在O点安置全站仪,分别照准A、B两点的目标并进行读数,两读数之差即为要测的水平角值,其具体操作步骤如下:1) 盘左位置。瞄准左边的目标A,使棱镜中心准确的夹在双丝之间,读取水平度盘读数a左,记入观测手薄;2) 顺时针方向转动照准部,用同样的方法瞄准右边的目标B,读取水平度盘读数b左,测得角值左=b左-a左即为上半回绘角值3) 倒转望远镜,使盘左变盘右,按上述方法先瞄准右边的目标B,读记水平度盘读数b右4) 逆时针方向转动照准部,瞄准左边的目标A,读记读

8、数a右,测得角值右=b右-a右即为下半测回角值,两个半测回测得角值的平均值就是一测回的观测结果即=1/2(左+右)各项限差符合要求后进入下一测回的观测工作。外业观测结束后,进行概算,检查测角中误差,方位角闭合差,坐标闭合差等各项指标是否超标,平差时在方位角闭合差及导线全长相对闭合差满足要求后,采用严密平差计算,并把CPII点作为导线平差的检核条件。1 、测角中误差应按下式估算: (4.3-1)式中:f附合导线或闭合导线的角度闭合差()。 n计算f时的测站数。 N附合导线或闭合导线环的个数。2、 测距中误差应按下式估算: (4.3-2)式中:a固定误差(mm)。b比例误差(mm/km)。D测距边

11、降稳定后进行高程观测,观测前对仪器进行校核并送检,观测时均在天气气温良好的情况下进行。高程测量采用二等水准往返观测,用电子进行记录。测站观测采用“后前前后”的观测顺序,每测段均偶数进站。由往测转向返测时,两根标尺互换位置。为保证观测质量,水准测量中应注意:1)、测量前需对水准仪进行常规的i角检校,圆气泡检查等。2)、为防止水准尺晃动,应配备撑竿以稳定。测量前水准尺的圆水气泡必须居中。3)、尺垫必须踏实后才能立尺,防止下沉。风太大不能稳定水准尺,不宜观测作业。4)、仪器脚架架设必须稳固,防止下沉。5)、数字水准仪对震动较敏感,测量时注意避开。6)、测量读数前,必须精确调焦。7)、测站数应为偶数。

12、注意正确的观测顺序。水准测量作业结束后,应对外业观测数据进行各项指标检查,各项指标应满足表2.2要求。各项精度指标和限差满足要求后,采用严密平差计算。每千米偶然中误差按下式估算: (2-1)每千米全中误差按下式估算 (2-2)式中:测段往返高差不符值(mm); L测段长或环线周长(km); n测段数; W水准路线的环线闭合差(mm); N水准环数。当用每条水准路线测段往返测高差较差算得的高差偶然中误差M和按环闭合差算得的全中误差Mw超限时,应重测不符值或闭合差较大的测段,使其满足精度要求。五、内业数据处理结果分析及总结 京沪高速铁路JHTJ-1标十六工区加密控制测量平面控制测量于2008年3月

13、18日开始, 4月1日完成外业测量工作,内业计算及资料整理于2008年4月15日完成。加密水准点测量于2008年3月12日开始,3月22日完成外业测量工作,内业计算及资料整理于2008年4月5日完成。平面控制中设计院交桩点20个,加密控制点27个,临时转点7个;共计47个控制点。高程控制中设计院交桩水准点8个(其中1个深埋水准点),为了今后的施工需要,再沿线共计埋设24水准加密点。 一)、加密平面控制是在CPI的基础上加密用于线下施工控制的测量点,平差时在方位角闭合差及导线全长相对闭合差满足要求后,采用严密平差计算,并把CPII点作为导线平差的检核条件。导线平均边长200-300m,某些点受条
