5、,作为用电电源。主要的施工设备为五台塔吊,三台布料机以及二台升降机等,施工的主要特点是用电负荷大,施工用电需要系数大。FJLNG Cryogenic Storage Tank project is located in Xiu Yu District, Putian City, Fujian. The client provides two transformers with capacity of 1000KVA and 2000KVA respectively as power supply. During two tanks construction, the main equipmen

6、t includes five tower cranes, three placing booms and two elevators. The construction needs large power supply, power coefficient is great. 2.供配电方式Method of Power Supply 由业主现场提供的1000KVA,2000KVA变压器配电室低压柜已设电度表,故在我方各个总配电柜不再设置。供电方式采用三相五线制TN-S系统。 为减少因停电对生产的影响面,故采用放射式的配电方式,即:从变压器配电室低压柜引出五个干线回路至施工现场五个总配电柜,

7、分别供塔吊,地泵,升降机,施工照明以及机具用电,在总配电箱及开关箱,以及距离超过100m的箱内做重复接地,并与保护零线可靠联接。工作零线和保护零线要严格区分,不得混用。所有机电设备的金属外壳必须与保护零线做可靠联接。对负荷比较大的塔吊、地泵、采用单独回路配电,对距离较远且负荷较小的机具可采用树干式配电方式。As ammeter is attached in the low-voltage cabinet of 1000KVA, 2000KVA transformer distribution room provided by owner, we will not install any amm

8、eter in main distribution cabinets. Power is to be provided in TN-S System with three phases five lines. In order to minish the impact of power off upon production, radial way of distribution is adopted, that is: to give out five main line circuits to site five main distribution panels from low-volt

9、age cabinets, which respectively supply power for tower crane, concrete pump, elevator, construction lighting, machines and tools power. The main distribution box, switch box and the distance over 100m between distribution box and switch box should be earthed repeatedly and well connected to PE line

10、. The N line should be strictly differentiated from PE line, cannot be used confusedly. The metal shells of all mechanic equipments should be well connected to PE line. The way of distribution in tower crane and pump with comparatively large load should be separate circuit. Nonetheless, the way of d

11、istribution in machines and tools with long distance and lower load could be in trunk distribution. 施工现场:根据现场实际情况变压器至现场总配电柜线路采用VV22电缆直埋的方式敷设,到塔吊、地泵的线路采用YCW电缆架空方式敷设至分配电柜,塔吊、地泵(布料机)设置独立防水开关箱,去移动式设备电源线采用耐磨电缆。Jobsite: According to site circumstance, transformer to site main distribution cabinet is adopt

12、ed with VV22 cable buried underground to crane, pump and placing boom. Circuit is adopted with YCWcable set up to secondary distribution cabinet. One water-proof switch box shall be used for each tower crane, concrete pump (placing boom). Meanwhile portable equipment is adopted with wear-resisting c

13、able.现场开关箱的设置:沿罐体四周根据施工需要设立防水开关箱,供振动棒、施工照明等设备使用;由配电箱引至二级配电箱的电缆可通过绳子固定在模板操作平台上,二级配电箱和开关箱将随着罐体模板的提升而升高(提升过程中总电源应切断),满足施工生产用电的需要。Setting up of site switch box: Water-proof switch boxes around tank shall be installed as required for the construction equipment such as vibrator, lighting etc. Cable from m

14、ain distribution box to secondary distribution box could be gone along with rope and fixed on the formwork platform. The secondary distribution box and switch box shall be moved up with the formwork lifting (the power shall be cut off during lifting) to satisfy demand for construction.3.配电箱和开关箱 Dist

15、ribution Box and Switch Box配电箱、开关箱采用符合标准要求的金属箱,固定式配电箱、开关箱的下底与地面的距离大于1.3m,小于1.5m,移动式配电箱、开关箱的下底与地面的距离大于0. 6m,小于1.5m;配电箱与开关箱的距离不得超过30m,开关箱与其控制的设备水平距离不得超过5m。配电箱与开关箱必须安装在干燥,通风的场所。现场配电箱,统一作为防水防尘型。整个临时配电系统采用两级漏电保护。Metal box according with the specification shall be adopted for site distribution box and swi

16、tch box. Distance of the bottom of fixed distribution box and switch box away from ground shall be from 1.3m to 1.5 m; distance of the bottom of moveable distribution box and switch box away from ground shall be from 0.6m to 1.5 m; distance of distribution box away from switch box should be less tha

17、n 30 m; horizontal distance of switch box away from controlled equipment should be less than 5m. Distribution box and switch box should be arranged in dry and ventilated place. Site distribution box shall be water-proof and dust-proof. 2 levels leakage breaker shall be used in the site temporary pow

18、er supply system.现场照明:Site Lighting夜间施工区照明采用防水碘钨灯;罐体施工现场:在每台塔吊上装三盏3500W镝灯用于现场夜间照明。由于钢筋加工厂6#塔吊高度为20米,故采用1000W高压钠灯,可以保证照度。The waterproof iodine tungsten lamps shall be used for lighting in the construction area during night shift. Three 3500W dysprosium lamps are installed on each tower crane for site

19、 lighting during night. Owing to 20m high of 6# crane tower at rebar process workshop, we use 1000W high-voltage natrium lamps to ensure the lighting.4.现场防雷保护 Site Lightning Protection在做塔吊基础时,利用基础部分主筋相互焊接并与塔吊基础节和接地引出线焊接连通形成可靠的良好的电气连接,采用脚手架钢管作为接地极与接地引出线焊接,保证接地电阻小于4欧姆,若达不到要求,则需要增加接地极数量。When installing

20、 crane foundation, choosing some main rebars welded each other connects with the anchor foot and earthing eduction to make good electrical connection. Scaffold tube to be used for electrode shall be welded with earthing eduction to ensure earthing resistance less than 10; otherwise the number of ele

Result calculated by Excel (refer to appendix). 6.1主电缆截面的选择 Selection of main cable section A. 按发热条件选择截面 selecting cable as per heating condition查表格3-13,初选VV223*185+2*95电缆,其允许载流量为273A .Looking to Table 3-13,

24、 primary selection of cable is VV223*150+2*70, allowed current-carrying capacity of which is 273A.B. 考虑电压损失选择截面selecting cable as per voltage loss查表格3-14,VV系列185mm2的R0=0.0991/km,X0=0.07/km, 把电压和距离换算为千单位。Looking to Table 3-14, R0=0.0991/km,X0=0.07/km of VV series 185 mm2. Convert Voltage and Distance

25、 into kilo unit.则干线的3#塔吊处的电压损失为:So the voltage loss of main cable of Tower Crane is: U= R0/10/Ue21nPaLa+ X0/10/Ue21n QaLa=0.0991 /(10*0.382)*200*0.3+0.07/(10*0.382)*80*0.3=4.11+0.86=4.97 5通过计算主干线选择VV223*185+2*95电缆(余略)By calculation, select VV223*185+2*95 cable as main cable.(Rest omitted)6.2开关选择Sele

30、ite Temporary Power 现场临时用电巡视维修记录;Inspection and Repair Record of Site Temporary Power 10安全用电及防火措施 Safety and Fireproofing of using Power10.1安全用电措施 Safety Measures技术措施 Technical Measures 施工现场供电采用TN-S接零保护系统,保护零线应与工作零线分开单独使用,杜绝混用。PE线在总配电箱处做一组重复接地,接地电阻不大于10。PE线不能加设开关及熔断器,所有电气设备的金属外壳必须与PE线做可靠电气连接,不能一部分接零

31、,一部分接地。Power supply carries out connecting Zero Line protection system, protection Zero Line and working Zero Line should be used respectively. PE Line should be earthed repeatedly at main DISTRIBUTION BOX,ground electric resistance is less than 10.Switch and fuse should not be connected with PE lin

32、e and all metal shells of electric equipments should also be connected with PE line dependably rather than one part be connected to zero line and another be connected to ground.1) 施工现场的配电箱和开关箱应配置两级漏电保护,并选用电流动作型,漏电动作电流不大于30mA,额定漏电动作时间应不大于0.1S。潮湿及手持工具末级漏电动作电流应不大于15mA。DISTRIBUTION BOX and Switch box on

33、 construction site shall have 2 Level leakage breaker with maximum current less than 30mA and time for cutting current less than 0.1s. The maximum current of leakage breaker to cut circuit shall be less than 15mA in moist places and of hand control tools.2) 配电箱实行一机一闸,并应有过载、短路、及断路保护功能。One machine mat

34、ches one switch in DISTRIBUTION BOX with the function of overload breaker, short breaker and circuit breaker.3) 配电箱内设备必须完好无损,安装牢固,导线接头包扎严密,绝缘良好,电源线进箱处做固定。箱内分路应标注明确。箱门内侧应标有单线系统,箱门应配锁,并由专人负责。配电箱周围不能有杂物。Equipment in DISTRIBUTION BOX are not allowed to damage, the installation should be fixed; the condu

35、cting wire connection should be tight; insulating condition is good; power supple wire in DISTRIBUTION BOX should be fixed; the branch circuit in DISTRIBUTION BOX should be marked clearly; inside DISTRIBUTION BOX there should be One Level system; the door of DISTRIBUTION BOX should be locked, and pr

36、ofessional worker should be responsible for it. There is not any rubbish around DISTRIBUTION BOX.4) 潮湿场所应采用安全电压36V或24V照明。碘钨灯用铁架的应做好保护接零,所有220V灯具都应使用单极漏电保护开关。Where moist places are should be security voltage 36V or 24V lighting. Iodine tungsten lamp should protect in connecting Zero Line, all the lig

37、hting fixtures 220V should use One Level with leakage breaker.5) 电动建筑机械和手持电动工具使用需符合JCJ46-88第八章的有关要求。Electric construction machine and manual electrical machine should meet related requirement in Chapter Eight of JCJ46-88.6) 对分类用电人员进行安全基本知识培训,并做好安全技术交底。Conduct security basic knowledge training for el

38、ectricians, and finish the security technical induction.7) 电气设备,配电系统要定期检查,做好记录。线路检修时,实行工作票制,由专业电工检修设专人统一组织,统一指挥。Electrical equipment and distribution system should be tested periodically, with making records. When circuit is examined, professional electrician should examine and repair by unified org

39、anization.1.1.1. 组织措施 Organization Measures1) 建立安全检查制度。包括内容:接地电阻、电气设备绝缘、漏电保护器动作灵敏度等,用电设备是否安全可行并做好检测记录。Establish security inspection rules, including: whether ground electric resistance, electrical equipment insulating and leakage breaker are flexible or acute, etc; whether electrical equipments are

40、safe and make the record of inspection.2) 建立临时用电施工组织设计的编制,审批验收制度。Establish preparation, approval and acceptance system of temporary power construction organization design.3) 建立技术交底,履行交底人与交被交底人的签字手续,写明交底日期。Establish technical induction; carry out the sign record between two parties.4) 建立维修制度,做好维修工作日志

41、,内容应详细,记载时间、内容及处结果,并有维修人员及验收人员签字。Establish repairing rules; finish the daily record. The contents should be detailed, such as record time, contents and results, meanwhile repair and acceptance worker should sign.5) 建立拆除制度不用的闸箱设备随时拆除。Establish the system of dismantling, ie, dismantle immediately idle

44、围不准堆放易燃、易爆物品,不准使用火源。Explosive and combustible materials are not allowed around DISTRIBUTION BOX and electrical equipments, fire source is forbidden 4) 电气焊时,周围严禁有易燃易爆物品、乙炔瓶、氧气瓶和焊点三者距离要符合规范要求。In the process of electrogas welding, explosive and combustible materials are not allowed around DISTRIBUTION

45、BOX and electrical equipments. Meanwhile the distance among acetylene cylinder, oxygen cylinder and welding point should be in accordance with specifications request. 5) 定期检测电气设备的绝缘程度。Periodically check up the insulated degrees of electrical equipments. 6) 严禁不经批准使用电炉。Forbidden to use electric stove

46、without permit. 1.1.3. 组织措施 Organization Measures 1) 建立易燃易爆场所管理制度。Establish the management regulations of explosive and combustible place. 2) 建立电气防火教育制度提高各类用电人员电气防火的自学性。Establish the electrical fire protection education system and improve the self-education consciousness of the electrical worker. 3)

47、 建立电气防火责任制,加强电气防火重点场所烟火管制。Establish electrical fire protection responsibility rules, and enhance electrical fire protection firework management in important places. 4) 建立电气防火检查制度发现问题及时处理。 Establish electrical fire protection inspection rules. Find and solve problems promptly.5) 强化电气防火领导体制,建立电气防火队伍。R
