Know equipments delivery situation, site storage location and site conditions;3. Prepare construction l ma

Equipment assembly1.1 Assemble equipment based on equipment components and on-site installation environment, except the tail sectio
5、n and maintenance section which are installed separately.1.2 Assemble non-standard and standard section into one complete section.1.3 Assemble standard section 2, connection section and standard section into one complete section. (16.600 platform);1.4 Assemble standard section 4, standard section 5,
6、 connection section and a standard section 6 into one complete section. (Up to 26.800platform);1.5 Assemble standard section 7, standard section 8 and connection section 3 into one complete section.1.6 Assemble standard section 9 and connection section 4 into one complete section.1.7 Head section li
7、fting separately.Note: This is AUMUND products, and equipment manufacturers will send engineers to conduct on-site guidance. We wont start assembled work unless we get manufacturer consent in case they dont accept our work. 2. Foundation handoverInspection on equipment foundation center line of; bol
8、t hole size, pitch, hole depth and elevation.3. Mortar shimming production and conservation.Make corresponding dimensions mortar shimming according to requirements of drawings produced and take care that mortar pier for five days.4. Transport equipments to construction site.5. Tail section installat
9、ion. Pre-adjust on the vertical and horizontal levelness of tail section.6 Bolt hole one time grouting. Grouting required keeping the anchor bolts vertically.7. Tail section installed with fine alignment.8. Secondary grouting the anchor bolts.9. Installation of the maintenance section and other inte

Chains installation.17.1Adjust the upper part of tail wheel close to limit position and set a good level.17.2 Assembly chain and do lubrication and anti-rust treatment.17.3Apply hoist with pulley pull chain to the upper end of h
12、ead section and fixed.17.4 Connect chain in head section parts and hanging it on head wheel in case of slide.17.5Connect the other ends of chain in the tail section.17.6 After completed tail sections chain connection, adjust tail wheel to a suitable position.18. Filled oil or grease models meet the technical requirements or not. Oil filling point is correct or not. The model and the a
15、mount of the filled grease should be listed in the single machine cold commissioning record.2. Equipment inspectionCheck connectors are tightened or not, the seal is correctly installed or not, whether internal debris cleans up, the safety cover is installed correctly or not.3. Operating requirement
16、sBearing temperature rise should not exceed 70 when running; smooth running with sprocket and chain mesh well; hoppers do not touch the housing rub. Running lasts for at least half hour after indicators meet the inspection requirements while total running hours not less than four hours.4. Commission
17、ing recordsEquipment cold test run must be recorded in detail and the recorded data must be truthful and reliable.B) Load test run1. Bolts fasteningBefore hot running, all hoppers bolt re-tightening after cold commissioning shows qualified after 2.2 Operating requirements2. Bearing temperature rise
