1、变压器吊芯检查施工方案Scheme for transformer core suspension and inspection1、编制说明本装置电力变压器电压为KV/400V,容量为 KVA,高压电源取自本装置 KV母线,400V的低压侧供给本装置的动力和照明电源。该变压器经过长途运输而达本变电站,对于运输过程中的震动和冲击情况不明,为保证工程质量,解决运输过程中可能出现的问题,该变压器到达现场后,决定对其进行抽芯检查,为保证检查工作顺利进行,故编写此方案,参照执行。本方案适用于无励磁调压的变压器。2、编制依据GBJ14890电气装置安装工程电力变压器、油浸电抗器、互感器施工及验收规范。变压
2、器制造厂家提供的说明书及有关资料。3、吊芯环境的选择变压器吊芯拟定在室外进行,场地周围的环境应清洁,为防止天气的骤变,可搭设防风防雨帆布棚。变压器周围应搭设便于检查、高度适宜的脚手架(上铺跳板)。抽芯要选择晴朗、干燥的无风天气进行。周围环境温度不低于OOC,器身湿度不得低于环境温度,否则不易将器身加热至高于环境温度10oC。在空气湿度为75时,器身的露空时间不超过16小时。时间计算应在开始放油时开始。空气湿度或露空时间超过规定时,必须采取相应的可靠措施。调压切换装置的检查调整的露空时间如下表所示:环境温度(OC)0000空气相对湿度(%)65以下65-7575-85不控制持续时间(h)2416
3、1084、Inspection procedure and items for transformer 器身检查程序和内容4.l .Preparation 准备工作a) The relevant test, such as the insulation resistance, DC resistance, ratio, and the connection mode and etc. should be done before suspension. 抽芯检查前,调试人员应作绝缘电阻、直流电阻、变比、组别等相应试验。b)Gas relay should be calibrated and ac
4、cepted. The insulation oil (make up oil and the oil inside the tank) should be analyzed, and the withstanding voltage should be qualified. 瓦斯继电器应校验合格。绝缘油(补充油和箱体内油)应化验,耐压合格。c) Accessories delivered separately such as oil conservator, cooler should be cleaned, sealed and withstanding voltage should be
5、 qualified.分体运输的变压器附件如油枕、散热器等应清洗、打压合格,密封备装。d) The personnel should be arranged according to the plan, the equipment, tools and materials needed should be available, and should be recorded and kept by the special person.按本方案的要求进行人员安排,准备好所需的设备、工具和材料,并设专人登记和保管。e) Measure and record the distance of box
6、before loosening the screws, tighten and seal according to the distance and slight less than it after inspection.松动箱体螺丝前应测量箱体的间距,作好记录,抽芯后应按此间距或略小于此间距进行压紧密封。4.2 Oil discharge放油Discharge oil to clean drum by oil-proof hose, the level discharged shall be under the sealing ring and upper edge of oil tan
7、k, open the hole on the top to avoid making vacuum during oil discharge. 以干净的耐油管放油至干净的油筒,放油的油面应低于油箱上沿、密封圈以下。放油时应打开上部的进气孔,以防抽真空。4.3. Wholly suspending 整体吊装a) Slings shall be hanged on tank cover on the special four lugs on the box cover, and be consistent in same length, The shall have an angle below
8、 30 degrees with perpendicular, that is, the angle between slings shall be more than 60 degrees.吊索应挂于箱盖的四个专用吊耳上,长短一致,其吊索与垂线的夹角应小于30度,也即吊索的夹角60度b) Choose hoisting equipment according to capacity of transformer, suspending its body and put down after alignment. Oil tank shall be leveled to protect tan
9、k wall from colliding by the body during suspension. Hang a 5 ton chain hoist on the hook to suspend transformer core, safety load ratio of new chain hoist is 2.根据变压器的容量大小选择起重设备,将器身整体吊起,找正后放下。“油箱应找平放置,以免抽芯时器身碰油箱壁。再在吊钩上悬挂5T倒链,用以起吊芯子,倒链的安全载荷系数为2(新倒链)。4.4.Removal of bolts on tank cover and sling卸箱盖螺丝和吊
10、芯a) Remove the fixed screw on tank cover and keep well. and loose it step by step, First, every screw could be loosed two threads, not loose all one time. during the course, insert a 16mm round steel bar of 1.5-2m in length in each screw hole of four corners to control the balance of transformer bod
11、y.拆卸箱盖四周的固定螺丝,并交专人保管。松卸螺丝应循序渐进,开始每个螺丝少松两扣,不要一气松脱,可采取推磨式松螺丝法。在四角的螺丝孔中各插人一根152米长,l6圆钢,由专人负责用以控制器身的找正。b)Suspend slowly and contact balance with the round steel bars to avoid collision. As core is higher than tank mouth, cover the tank with plastic sheet, put 2 pieces of clean steel channel of 8# coated
12、 with plastic sheet on tank for the core to place. Meanwhile, steel wire sling shall be in force.缓慢起吊芯子,以四角的园钢找正,避免碰撞。当芯子高于箱口后,以塑料布蒙住油箱,以两根清洁并包以塑料布的8#槽钢或道木垫人芯子下部,并放置其上。此时吊芯的钢丝绳仍受力。4.5.Body inspection and record器身的检查和记录4.5.1. All the bolts shall be tightened and loose-prevented; insulation boltsShall
13、 be should be in good condition and wrap up. 所有的螺丝应紧固,并有防松措施,绝缘螺栓应完好无损,防松绑扎完好。4.5.2. Inspection of core 铁芯检查a. The core should be no deformation; the insulation pad between the yoke and the tightening piece should be in good condition.铁芯应无变形,铁轭与夹件之间的绝缘垫应良好。b. Iron-core shall be earthed at single poi
14、nt.铁芯应无多点接地。c. Disconnect the earth wire, measure the insulation resistance with 2500V mega meter to ensure insulation of core and crossing bolts should be in good condition. 打开铁芯的接地线,以2500v摇表检查绝缘情况并记录绝缘电阻值,铁芯及穿钉绝缘良好。3)Inspection of winding. 绕组检查a、Insulation coating shall have no damage and no chang
15、e.绕组的绝缘层应完整无损,无变位现象。b、Windings shall be arranged tidily , keep the uniform space between them, oil path is unblocked.各绕组排列整齐,间隙均匀,油路畅通。c、Fixing bolts of winding shall be tight, loose-prevent bolt shall be locked. 绕组的压钉应紧固,防松螺钉应锁紧。dInsulation screen shall be wrapped tightly and leading out for all th
16、e windings shall be well sealed. 绝缘围屏绑扎牢固,围屏上的所有线圈引出处的封闭应良好。e、Leads shall be firmly wrapped and have no damage or twist. Insulation distance shall be well, supports be tight. Exposed part of lead shall be firmly welded with no sharp corner. Connection of lead and bushing shall be tight and correct,
17、bushing should be in good condition.引出线绝缘包扎牢固,无破损。拧曲现象,引出线绝缘距离应合格,固定牢靠,其固定支架应紧固;引出线的裸露部分应焊接良好,应无尖角和毛刺;引出线与套管的连接应牢靠,接线正确。套管应完好无损。4)转接开关的检查. Inspection for tap changer.a、Connection of voltage adjuster and coil shall be correct and tightened.调压装置与线圈的连接应紧固,接线正确。b、Contact of voltage adjuster shall be cle
18、an, firm and have good spring. Check any contacting surface reached with 0.0510mm plug ruler to ensure leads contact well. 调压装置的触头应清洁,接触紧密,弹性良好。所有接触到的地方用0.0510mm的塞尺检查,应塞不进去,引线接触良好。c、The voltage regulation device should be in good condition. The rotating board should act freely, and the position is c
19、orrect, indicator seal should be in good condition. 装置应完好无损。转动盘应动作灵活,位置正确,指示器密封良好。d、Insulation screen is in good condition and without loose.绝缘屏障应完好,固定牢固,无松动现象。e、Clean oil dirt, metal power etc. 清扫各部位油泥和金瞩末等杂物。46、器身复原 Reset of body.1)器身检查完毕后,应检查油箱内有无落异物,若有,应进行打捞。器身检查时有无遗嘱物品。Check the oil tank to ens
20、ure nothing left in after body inspection. 2)拉紧倒链,抽出8#槽钢或道木,用干净的布擦净油箱上沿密封圈,然后放入密封圈,缓慢放回芯子,并以钢定位。按原测量的间距对称逐步紧固箱盖的固定螺丝及附件。Tighten the hoist chain, pull steel channel out, wipe sealing ring on the cover of oil tank with clean cloth, put the ring back, put the core down slowly with the help of 16 round
21、steel bar. Tighten the fixing bolts accessories on tank cover symmetry step by step according to the distance measured.3)检查各绕组的绝缘情况,无异常可注油事规定油位,并在瓦斯继电器等处放气 Check the insulation of coil, if no abnormal condition, fill oil to required level, release air from gas relay. 4)清点工具,按登记数量收回,清理现场。 Check and t
22、ake back the tools, clean the jobsite.Check tools according to registered number.。5)以0.03MPa的油压或气压检查密封情况,24小时应无渗瞩现象(整体运输的变压器除外)。Check the leakage of whole transformer by oil/ gas which its pressure is 0.03 Mpa for 24 hours. 24、施,如:搬手上应以白布带套在手上,防止滑落。3) 起吊用的倒链、钢丝绳等应预先检查良好。绳扣应挂于变压器专用吊耳上。4) 供器身检查用的脚手架应绑扎牢靠,跳板固定,上下方便,四周应有防坠落的栏杆及上下的防滑装置。非检查人员不得登上脚手架,以防超载。5) 器身检查时,工作人员应着干净的工作服、手套及耐油胶靴。口袋中禁放物品,谨防掉人油箱中。作好每一项检查记录。6) 检查应小心,仔细地认真进行,避免用力过大而拧断螺丝、碰伤绝缘或碰坏瓷瓶等现象。7) 器身检查时所用的工具、材料及拆卸下的器件物品注册登记,以供工作结束时查对。8) 起吊过程中严禁手在箱盖与箱盖之间作频繁的不必要的活动。9) 组织有关人员学习本抽芯方案,作到人人心中有数。
