4、backfill under the foundation, the bottom elevation of lime soil backfilling layer under the foundation is -2.9m. The flooris architecture floor,andlime soilbackfilllayerbottom elevationunder the floor is -0.97m,building0.00is equivalent to the absolute elevation of+450.1m. Consideringthe above fact

5、ors,the foundation shall be excavated massively on the whole to -0.97m, and then excavated in the shape of stripe along the grids of J1、J2、J3 to -1.900, the bottom elevation of the spacer of the pile cap. If there is a need to slope, abide by the rock and soil report and safety requirement. 1:0.75 s

6、loping is suitable. 1、 化学品及危废库：该建筑为钢筋混凝土框架结构，基础采用独立基础，基础底面标高为-1.8m，基础下需进行3：7灰土回填施工，回填厚度1m，基础下灰土回填层底面标高为-2.9m，地坪为建筑地坪，地坪下灰土回填层底面标高为-0.97m，建筑0.00相当于绝对标高+450.1m，综合上述因素，本建筑基础土方开挖采用整体开挖至-0.97m，再沿J1、J2、J3轴方向条形开挖，开挖至承台垫层底标高-1.900，然后在每个基础承台位置进行条状开挖，开挖至灰土换填层底标高-2.900。开挖过程中需要放坡时应按岩土报告及安全要求进行放坡。以1：0.75放坡为宜。Exc

11、ls备料Using site earthwork excavation digging out of undisturbed soil as lime soil mixing material, used the soil humus content and impurity content should be meet the specification requirements. Lime should be powder. Backfilling should have a density detection to follow the regulations 使用现场土方开挖时挖出的原

12、状土作为灰土拌和材料，所用土体腐殖质含量及杂质含量需满足规范要求。石灰采用石灰粉。回填过程中应按规范要求进行密实度检测。2、Mixing soil and lime 土料和石灰的拌和The volume ratio for soil and lime is 3:7, mixed by lime soil mixer and manually. The mixing should be even and color unified. Control the water content during the mixing process and the content should accord

13、to the test report. No organic matter and construction rubbish in the soil.将土壤和石灰按体积比为3:7的比例采用灰土拌和机拌合。灰土拌和必须均匀，颜色要一致，拌和过程中要控制好灰土的含水量，灰土的最佳含水量应依击实试验报告为准。土中不得含有有机物或建筑垃圾。3、spreading lime soil 摊铺灰土Lime soil shall be spread 300mm thick each layer, and compacted layer by layer. The backfilled thickness sh

14、all be 1m. 换填三七灰土施工时每层摊铺厚度约300mm，层层夯实，这两个小单体基础下的换填厚度均为1m。4、Lime Soil Compacted灰土夯实The scope of soil lime backfilling of the two units foundation is 1m beyond the foundation. Since this is a relatively small scope, use suitable compacted machinery for each separated backfilling layer. We are going to

15、 use flat-type power rammer. The design of the backfilling compacted factor of the pure soil and lime soil should meet the requirement. 0.97 for the lime soil compacted factor is acceptable. 这两个单体基础下灰土换填的范围为基础外扩1m ，范围较小，分层换填时应采用合适的回填压实实机械，拟采用压路机。回填后进行密实度检测，需达到设计要求的压实系数，素土压实系数不小于0.94，灰土压实系数不小于0.97。5、

16、 Bearing Capacity Test for the Lime Soil 灰土承载力检测After the lime soil backfilling construction, there will be a bearing capacity test to see if it meet the requirement. If not, do the work again to reach the standard.灰土换填施工完毕后，应进行地基承载力检测，达到设计要求规定的承载力为宜。,六、 Quality assurance measures 质量保证措施If there are

20、same color. 配料、拌合由试化验员现场监督，严格控制灰土的比例不超出验收标准。拌合均匀，颜色一致。Avoid construction in rainy days. (If impossible to avoid, make preparation to protect from rain and discharge water in advance). 避免雨天施工，（若无法避免，应提前做好防雨排水准备）；Rainy season construction, material requirements, strictly control the moisture content t

21、o prevent rain, to prepare the materials used shall be covered with plastic cloth, and some have good mixing lime soil finished for the day, it is strictly prohibited to use the night lime soil the next day. 雨季施工时，材料要求严格控制含水率，防止雨淋，对于准备使用的材料应采用塑料布进行覆盖，已经拌和好的灰土当天用完，严禁过夜次日使用。After lime soil backfilling

22、, immediately construct the foundation and above ground structure, backfill the foundation pit to prevent wetness or cracks.灰土地基换填完工后，及时进行基础及上部工程施工，回填基坑，防止受水浸湿或晒裂；七、 Safety measure安全措施1） Before construction, train relevant staff safety knowledge and have their technology disclosure and all above wit

23、h signature confirmation. 施工前对相关施工人员进行安全技术交底，并全部签字确认；2）Excavation ticket and hot work ticket should be managed in advance before site earth excavation and welding.现场土方开挖施工工作必须提前办理好开挖票；3）Constructors should wear PPE: Helmet, safety shoes, safety glasses and safety vest and so on. Provide other protec

24、tive equipment for special type of work according to their work condition. 施工人员佩戴好安全帽、劳保鞋、安全眼镜、反光背心等个人PPE，特殊工种需根据工作需要配备好其它防护用具；4）Crane and excavator and other relevant machinery should be qualified before put into practice and relevant operations and supervisors should have valid qualification docum

25、ents. 挖掘机等相关机械使用前必须经验收合格，相关操作及指挥人员持有有效的资格证明文件；5）After one day construction, clean up those remaining materials and rubbish produced from the construction procedure. 当天施工完毕后，及时将剩余的材料及施工过程中产生的垃圾等清理干净，做到工完场清；6） Project for construction area should be done before, and isolated with warning mark in full position. 进行开挖等作业时，必须提前规划好施工区域，对施工区域进行隔离，并在醒目位置处悬挂警示标志；7） During construction procedure, arrange full-time safety officers to monitor the whole work progress and prevent wrong action.施工过程中，安排专职安全员对施工过程进行全程监控，杜绝违章操作。各类运输车辆在施工区域通行时，均需配备专门指挥人员。
