11、 planning guidance;after the completion of various projects,the construction of service facilities is falling behind.地理位置-LOCATION地理位置略为偏僻，易被更高知名度的旅游景点景区形成屏蔽，对游客人数产生负面影响。The location of the site is slightly remote,it is easily blocked by other tourism spot with higher popularity which could cause ne

12、gative impact on the visiting volume.单一性-UNITY现基地内景观资源单一，除高尔夫景观、马洋溪漂流被利用外其他资源未被利用。周边楼盘同质化严重，竞争激烈。The current landscape is alike,only the golf landscape has been used,other resources are not utilized yet.资金-FUNDS项目建筑开发量约为200万方，需投入大量资金。高尔夫面积大，后期维护正本高。The development volume is around 2million m2,it nee
