4、#、16#节段主梁采用现浇支架法施工。15#节段为合龙段，A15、A16斜拉索均分布在16#节段主梁上。序号项目单位数量备注1主梁C55混凝土m3767.42压重C30混凝土m32253普通钢筋t97.3表2.1-1 15#、16#节段主梁工程量表2.2自然条件及施工环境2.2.1 地形、地貌桥址所在地穿越湖北省武汉市东西湖区慈惠街与蔡甸区交界处。两侧均靠近村庄，附近有河堤和城市环线及多条公路在旁边通过，交通便利。桥址区地貌特征为平原，桥址段为冲积平原，地形平坦开阔，地势低洼。沿桥轴线，地面标高一般20.331.2m。桥址区冲积的粘土、粉质粘土、淤泥质土、砂、砾石较发育，地形坡度平缓。2.2.

7、中厚层状构造，节理裂隙较发育、极发育，岩芯多呈柱状、碎块状，最大节长70cm最大揭露厚度20.702.2.3地质构造桥址区大地构造位置属于扬子准地台的四级构造单元武汉台褶束以西与江汉平原（断陷）的东北部的交接地带。江汉平原（断陷）是在古老变质岩基底之上发展起来的一个中生代盆地。在志留系坟头组红色沉积盆地之上，又堆积了一套第四纪松散堆积物，组成江汉平原广泛分布的第四纪沉积物，区内地质构造行迹被第四纪沉积物全部覆盖，成为隐伏构造。2.2.4水文地质条件根据钻孔水文地质观测和地表水文点观察，结合地形地貌，岩性和构造条件判断，路线周边地下水较发育，地下水类型主要为松散沉积物孔隙水及基岩裂隙水。桥址区地

8、下水补给来源有大气降水的下渗，沟渠、河、湖及灌溉入渗补给，排泄形式主要为表层毛细水、薄膜水蒸发。水位随季节变化，勘探期间地下水埋藏深度1.209.10米。本地区全年均可施工，但雨季对施工存在一定的影响。15#、16#节段主梁施工是在2015年3 -4月施工，受季节影响不大。3 施工方案3.1 总体说明因边跨15#、16#节段比标准节段重100多吨，而牵索挂篮按标准节段设计，故边跨15#、16#节段不能使用牵索挂篮施工，采用支架法施工。15#、16#节段支架基础采用在承台上预埋预埋件和插打钢板桩。支架施工方法与0#、1#节段支架施工相同。支架布置具体见 “15#、16#号块现浇段支架布置图”。图

10、拆除模板、支架挂篮走行锚固到17#、17#块主梁上2#墩施工到墩顶，施工垫石、安装支座14节段主梁施工完成拆除部分16节段支架焊接合龙段刚性支撑施工15节段主梁挂篮走行施工17#、17#块主梁图3.2-1 15#、16#块现浇段施工工艺流程图3.3 16#块施工方案3.3.1 支架设计2#过渡墩15#、16#节段主梁采用现浇支架法施工，15#块为合拢段长2.8m, 16#块长9.2m。现浇支架自上而下的组成为：底模系统、贝雷梁、横梁、砂筒、钢管支架。底模系统包括底模分配梁和底模板，底模分配梁采用工14，且在贝雷梁上布置间距为750mm，底模板采用厚度为18mm的竹胶板；贝雷梁横桥向共布置48排

11、，过渡墩处贝雷梁顺桥向的跨度类型为4.5m。贝雷梁上的荷载通过横梁传给钢管支架，横梁截面采用2HN700300型钢组合；钢管支架的立柱采用6308的钢管，连接系采用2196钢管。3.3.2 支架安装和预压安装支架，合龙段贝雷梁、桩帽、桩顶分配梁先不安装，根据监控指令安装底模，根据监控指令和设计要求，安装支座预埋件。支架部分立柱支承在2#墩承台上，不会产生基础沉降不进行预压。对插打入土中的管桩，采用反力架进行预压。在桩头安装门式架，利用千斤顶对桩头进行预压，消除基础沉降。对已安装的支架，采用水袋对支架进行整体预压，按梁体最大施工荷载1.1倍进行预压，消除支架的非弹性变形。3.3.3 模板工程16

12、#节段主梁、横梁、内外箱室模板全部采用木模，面板采用18mm厚竹胶板，用10cm10cm方木作为背肋，主梁、横梁侧模用对穿拉杆进行固定。16#节段主梁顶板底模均采用483.5mm钢管支架支撑，钢管支架横桥向按照60cm90cm不等间距布置，顺桥向按照90cm间距布置，按照施工规范要求设置水平撑，剪刀撑，立杆顶安装可调顶托，进行标高调整。主梁端头模板采用钢模板，模板上根据梁体外露接缝钢筋及制孔波纹管规格、位置尺寸在模板上开孔。模板安装过程中，应在底模上测量放出边箱内模、端模、外模的底部安装位置，复核横隔梁侧模、直腹板侧模的底部位置及底模标高。所有模板在拆除后应清除表面杂物，使用前外模均应涂刷脱模

13、剂或机油。模板安装质量标准见表3.3-1表3.3-1 模板安装质量标准项目允许偏差（mm）模板高程10模板尺寸+5，-0轴线偏位10模板相邻两板表面高低差2模板表面平整5预埋件中心线位置33.3.4 钢筋工程3.3.4.1 钢筋制作钢筋进场存放及检验：所有钢筋均应有制造厂家的质量保证书和出厂合格证，试验室应分批抽取试样进行检验。钢筋检验合格后，方可使用。钢筋分类存放，并做好标识。钢筋在现场存放应抄垫，底部设置排水设施，顶部进行覆盖，以防钢筋水浸和雨淋。加工前，钢筋表面的油污、浮锈等应清理干净，钢筋应顺直、无局部弯折。钢筋加工后，表面应无明显伤痕。加工好的钢筋应分类编号存放，并覆盖保护。3.3.

14、4.2 钢筋连接主梁钢筋直径12mm、16mm、20mm全部采用绑扎搭接形式接长，搭接长度为35d，且接头应按照50%数量错开。25mm钢筋，采用机械连接。钢筋接头位置应避开钢筋弯曲处，且距起弯点的距离不得小于钢筋直径的10倍。配置在“同一截面”内的钢筋接头，不得超过钢筋数量的50%；在接头长度区段内，同一根钢筋上不得超过一个接头。绑扎接头，两接头间的距离应不小于1.3倍的搭接长度。3.3.4.3 钢筋安装 钢筋安装应按设计图纸和规范要求进行施工，钢筋品种、规格、数量、形状、位置、接头等均应符合设计图纸和施工规范的要求。钢筋绑扎采用直径0.72.0mm的扎丝隔点进行扎结，钢筋骨架应绑扎牢固，以

15、保证在混凝土浇筑过程中不发生大的变形。钢筋保护层：周边的钢筋保护层采用水泥砂浆垫块，其强度不小于砼的设计强度，保护层垫块宜错开布置，垫块数量不少于3个/m2。斜拉索锚块钢筋安装时应注意索导管方向的钢筋角度应与索导管方向一致，锚垫板下的承压钢筋网应与锚块角度一致。预留搭接的纵向普通钢筋应调直，主梁钢筋绑扎应顺直、平整。当钢筋与预应力管道相碰时可适当调整钢筋的位置。钢筋制作与安装质量要求。钢筋加工与安装质量要求见表3.3-2表3.3-2 钢筋加工与安装质量要求工程项目名 称允许偏差（mm）钢筋制作受力钢筋全长10弯起钢筋的各部分尺寸20箍筋、螺旋筋各部分尺寸5钢筋安装受力钢筋排距5同排受力主筋间距

16、10箍筋、水平筋、螺旋筋钢筋间距10钢筋保护层厚度5弯起位置20钢筋骨架尺寸长10宽、高或直径5主梁上的主体结构预埋件：支座、排水、斜拉索阻尼器、索导管、检查车，防雷接地，通气孔，合龙段刚性支撑预埋件；临时结构预埋件：挂篮预埋件、支座安装预埋吊装孔、墩身模板安装预埋吊装孔等，施工中应认真检查，不得遗漏。3.3.5混凝土工程3.3.5.1 混凝土配合比和原材料控制主梁混凝土强度为C55,采用已审批的主梁配合比。水泥优先选择低水化热水泥；粗骨料含泥量、粉屑、有机物和其他有害物质不得超过规定数值，并应具有良好的级配以获得水泥用量低、混凝土强度高、和易性好的效果；细骨料宜选用细度模数2.33.0细骨料

17、；考虑使用混合料，降低水胶比，减少水泥用量，减少水化热，增加和易性，保证施工密实性，硬化后混凝土具有高强度稳定性和耐久性；选用外加剂，降低单位水泥用量，改善混凝土和易性、可泵性以及早强性；以上各种材料均应经过试验确定，并符合相关规范和设计要求。3.3.5.2 混凝土生产与运输混凝土在拌合站集中生产，由混凝土运输车运抵现场，再由混凝土泵泵送入模。泵送前，应先用水泥浆或水泥砂浆润滑输送内壁。如泵送过程中间歇时间过长（根据气温确定），应立即卸管疏通、冲洗管内残留混凝土。泵送时，管料斗内应经常有足够的混凝土，防止吸入空气形成阻塞。3.3.5.3混凝土浇筑混凝土浇筑前检查混凝土浇筑前，对模板、钢筋、预应

18、力管道、索导管位置、预埋件及挂篮预留孔等按设计要求和施工规范进行检查验收，办理签证手续后，方可浇筑。模板内的杂物盒钢筋上的油污应清除干净。穿好波纹管内的衬管并全部检查一遍，有破损应及时进行修补，防止漏浆。混凝土浇筑顺序混凝土采用分段分层浇筑，由下而上，由低向高进行，先前端横梁、底板、腹板、最后顶板。浇筑横梁，由两侧向内浇筑，有前端向后端浇筑。浇筑底板，由低处向高处，由外侧向中间进行。先浇筑支座顶，浇筑中避免砂浆集中，防止收缩裂纹的产生。浇筑腹板采用水平分层，每层浇筑厚度不大于30cm。顶板采用由外向内（横向）的浇筑顺序。顺桥向由箱梁顶面两端向梁中线合龙。混凝土浇筑及振捣在斜底板浇筑时,采用附着

19、式振捣器振捣，必要时在模板顶开孔用于振捣,浇筑完成后及时封堵。混凝土要求振捣密实，无漏振、过振，无蜂窝、麻面、空洞，振捣器快插慢拔，振捣间距控制在20cm左右，直至砼表面无气泡为止。砼分层厚度按30cm控制，第二层砼振捣时振捣棒必须插入上一层砼内510cm，以确保每层砼充分结合在一起，砼表面无明显分层现象，横梁由于宽度较小且内布置有预应力波纹管造成混凝土下料空间狭小因此横梁混凝土浇筑分层厚度要严格控制不能过大，在振捣时采用30振动棒进行振捣，确保横梁混凝土振捣密实。砼布料要求对称均匀，保证支架受力一致。混凝土浇筑期间，应派专人检查模板，防止出现暴模、漏浆等现象；专人检查预埋钢筋和其它预埋件的稳

20、固情况，对松动、变形、位移等情况，及时进行处理。主梁顶面采用自动整平提浆机进行整平，现场每隔23m设置一个标高控制点，保证主梁混凝土面平整，保证梁面纵、横向坡度符合要求。混凝土养护砼浇筑完毕后，应及时整平、收浆，为了避免裂纹的产生，应及时覆盖土工布养护模洒水养护。砼强度达到2.5Mpa前，不得使其承受施工人员、运输工具、钢筋、支架及脚手架等荷载。模板拆除时，梁体表面温度与环境温度之差不应超过20，模板拆除后，如环境温差大于10，应立即对梁体全面洒水一次。3.3.6 预应力工程根据设计图纸， 主梁设置纵向、横向预应力体系，预应力体系为高强度低松弛钢绞线，钢绞线单根截面面积。预应力张拉严格按照设计

21、图纸顺序进行，预应力管道采用塑料波纹管，压浆采用自动循环压浆工艺，预应力张拉采用普通张拉系统张拉。锚具采用与相应钢绞线匹配的成套产品，包括锚垫板、锚板、夹片和锚下螺旋筋等。根据设计院、监控单位、支架设计单位的计算文件张拉16#横梁预应力。3.4 15#块施工方案3.4.1施工准备工作13#块施工完成时，拆除与挂篮相冲突贝雷梁和桩帽。挂篮走行至14、14#块，根据监控指令，调整模板，安装14、14#块钢筋、预应力、预埋件，安装A14、J14#斜拉索，钢筋模板报检，浇筑14、14#块混凝土。混凝土达到张拉设计强度后，按设计要求张拉预应力，然后进行A14、J14#斜拉索体系转换，边跨挂篮后退一个节段

22、（13#块）锚固，安装合龙段支架。3.4.2 合龙段刚性支撑施工按照监控和设计要求提前几个节段开始测量主塔、主梁三向位移变法（X、Y、Z）值。根据监控指令选择常温和温度稳定时（一般为晚上12：00左右）安装合龙刚性支撑。刚性支撑采用工钢和槽钢加工，刚性支撑安装前，可先将刚性支撑的一侧与预埋件焊接，等达到刚性支撑安装条件时，再同时将刚性支撑与另一侧预埋件焊接。安装合龙段模板，并将支架贝雷梁与14#，16#混凝土梁底进行抄垫密实,确保贝雷梁能正常受力，抄垫的点应在竖杆上，如果不在，应增加加强立柱。主要材料表见表3.4-1。图3.4-1合龙段刚性支撑图表3.4-1 辅助墩合龙段主要材料汇总表3.4.

23、3 合龙段钢筋、模板、混凝土及预应力施工安装合龙段钢筋、预应力，按设计单位、监控单位、支架设计单位要求张拉部份纵向合龙预应力。合龙段钢筋、模板报检，浇筑合龙段混凝土。等合龙段混凝土达到强度要求后，按设计要求张拉纵向、横向预应力。3.5 2#辅助墩支座施工方案3.5.1施工准备工作中跨挂篮走行到15#块施工，根据监控指令，调整底模、同步对称挂设A15、J15斜拉索,安装15#块钢筋，预应力，预埋件。钢筋、模板报检，浇筑混凝15#混凝土。混凝土强度达到设计张拉强度后，按设计要求张拉纵向、横向预应力。J15斜拉索体系转换，A15斜拉索与J15同步张拉到监控指令索力。中跨挂篮走行到16#块施工，根据监

24、控指令，调整底模、同步对称挂设A16、J16斜拉索,安装16#块钢筋，预应力，预埋件。钢筋、模板报检，浇筑混凝16#混凝土。混凝土强度达到设计张拉强度后，按设计要求张拉纵向、横向预应力。J16斜拉索体系转换，A16斜拉索与J16同步张拉到监控指令索力。拆除15#、16#块支架,中、边跨挂篮走行至16#、16#块。根据监控指令，调整17#、17#块底模、同步对称挂设A17、J17斜拉索,安装17#、17#块钢筋，预应力，预埋件。钢筋、模板报检，浇筑混凝17#节段主梁混凝土。混凝土强度达到设计张拉强度后，按设计要求张拉纵向、横向预应力。AJ17斜拉索体系转换。3.5.2 2#辅助墩支座施工主梁16

25、#节段施工时按照设计和监控指令要求预埋支座锚杆和地脚螺栓套筒，锚杆和地脚螺栓套筒采用定位钢板定位，另外还需要预埋支座吊装孔。等挂篮走行到17#节段时，将2#墩身施工至墩顶，并在墩顶以下1m位置预埋支座安装平台预埋件。2#墩墩身施工时，支座垫石钢筋只预埋出墩顶15cm高，垫石钢筋接头采用加长丝级接头。安装支座施工平台，在桥面上利用吊机和钢丝绳通过吊装孔将支座和支座墩顶预埋件吊装至墩顶。支座安装施工步骤见图3.5-1-5图3.5-1支座安装施工步骤一、在主梁上预留支座提升吊装孔，2#墩上预埋安装支座施工平台，垫块焊接在预埋在墩顶的预埋件上，然后将32型钢按上图所示位置安装，作为支座滑道，滑道与垫块

26、先不焊接，处于自由状态。图3.5-2支座安装施工步骤二、通过预留提升孔将2#墩支座提升到滑道顶面。图3.5-3支座安装施工步骤三、将滑道移到能够满足支座滑移长度要求的位置，并在后端与主梁底面抄垫密实，滑道底部与钢垫块焊接，防止支座滑移时滑道倾覆。图3.5-4支座安装施工步骤四、解除支座上的提升装置，将支座滑移到图纸设计位置。图3.5-5支座安装施工步骤五、利用千斤顶将支座与主梁预埋地脚螺栓连接定位，拆除支座滑移所用的槽钢和垫块。根据设计和监控指令要求，选择恒温时（晚上）调整主梁标高，梁面不允许有动活载，安装支座垫石钢筋和模板，在支座垫石两侧横梁底与墩顶采用钢垫块抄垫。浇筑支座垫石混凝土(采用附

27、着试振捣器振捣)，预留3cm采用支座灌浆料填充，确保支座预埋件底下密实。等支座垫石达到强度后，拆除钢垫块和支座垫石模板。恒温（晚上）时观测支座底板与预埋件顶板的缝，当支座底板与预埋件顶板缝闭合时，请专业电焊工将支座底板和预埋件顶板按设计要求进行焊接，焊接过程中，梁面不允许有动活载。4 施工计划组织根据项目部人员情况，配置一个副经理负责整个主梁的生产协调、工序安排、人员调配等工作；配置2个技术负责人负责整个主梁施工过程中的技术工作；主梁施工配置2名技术员负责2#墩顶主梁现浇支架施工的技术工作。根据2#墩顶主梁现浇支架施工特点，材料由平板运输车和汽车吊机配合完成。4.1 主要施工人员表4.1-1

30、6J16)施工13815、16粱段支架拆除7917、17号粱段及斜拉索施工910辅助墩施工到墩顶、支座安装、 10合计1065 施工安全管控措施5.1 模板施工安全管理措施严格按照设计图纸进行操作。工人在进行模板安装及拆除时，必须戴安全带，安全带挂在稳固的骨架上。模板吊升应由专人指挥。模板上的脚手架必须符合安全要求，平台跳板必须与脚手架捆绑牢固，跳板尽量不要求出现悬挑的现象。有悬挑跳板时要采用铁丝绑扎牢固。梁底设置设置防坠安全网。5.2 高空作业安全管理措施高空作业应遵守以下规定： 作业人员必须定期进行检查，对不适宜高处作业的人员（尤其是高血压及心脏病患者），不得从事此项工作；高处作业人员必须
