4、hich is very beneficial to the inner spatial quality and improve the constructability of the corner.However we opine to keep the general archtiectural expression of the inner corner to highlight the expression of individuality of different units. The exposed walls also give verticality to the tower.

19、，并沿梦海大道提供动感和对应周边的城市空间亮点。The building faade is responding well the unique site location along the Menghai Avenue The Apartment tower is almost 70m away from Jiaotao building on the south across the city greenbelt. The setback due to the firefighting ground is negligible from a urban space and road fa

20、ade point of view. The apartment faade is also responding to the city faade running from the north. The slightly setback and the curving-in tower massing will give a good transition from the building to the city green axis and give a very dynamic and environment-responsive presence along the Menghai
