New streets are designed as narrow tree-lined streets that create a pleasant means of arri

The introduction of new streets within the site offers several benefits, including:- Multiple means of access and egress to all parts of the site. 132、混凝土核心筒系统之间。The structural superstructure system for the Tower will consist of a composite structural system utiliz-ing both structural steel and reinforced concrete elements. The central core element will utilize reinforced concrete shear walls interconnected by re-inforced concrete link beams. The

133、exterior structural system will consist of moment-connected structural steel beams and composite structural steel/rein-forced concrete columns. Eight (8) composite mega columns will be located at the exterior opposite the corners of the central core walls. The typical floor systems will involve rein

134、forced concrete/compos-ite metal deck slabs supported by composite steel beams. The Hotel wings, on either side of the atrium, will utilize an increased number of exte-rior composite columns forming two (2) structural tubular elements. These tubu

136、lar elements will be interlinked at the top and bottom of the atrium zone by two-story tall, structural systems of outrigger and belt trusses.
