Shennan Boulevard is the primary development axis in Shenzhen, and it div
9、ides the project into two distinct north and south parcels.The primary existing feature of the Baishizhou project area includes category three and four residential development and industrial uses. The current average FAR is approximately 3.5, and the residential population is about 119,000. Most res

The site consists of northern and southern parcels, with a total area of 59.8 hectares. Baishizhou is the largest urban renovation project within the center of Shenzhen, and

It originated with the establishment of several villages; villagers subsisted on fishing, oyster farming, and agriculture. Shen-zhen Bay is located to the south of the village, and was built o

The name “Baishizhou” is derived from from the large white rock at the top of the hill facing the village.In the late 1990s, during the rapid development of Shenzhen City, a large number of immigrants moved to Baishizhou area. This influx changed the physical form of Baishizhou. Witho
