11、09年的第十一届全运会,其新建比赛场馆济南奥林匹克体育中心就坐落在东部新城本项目基地的西侧。济南城市规划发展的重点位于城市东部,济南汉峪金融商务中心区(HFBC)也坐落在那里。建设地块与东西向主要交通轴线经十路相接,交通十分便利。项目基地位于两座山丘之间,基地内高度落差达24米。项目基地的地形特点既是项目设计的难点,也是其魅力所在。通过有效的利用也可使地形高差成为基地的一大优点。URBAN CONTEXTFrom an athletic point of view, Jinan was the focus of attention for the 11th Chinese National g
12、ames in 2009. The newly built stadiums for the games are in the immediate vicinity of the property.The master planning for Jinan calls for development on the east side of the city, where the area for the Hanyu Financial & Business Center (HFBC) is located. In regards to traffic, the new business dis
13、trict is strategically located on the west-east traffic axis, namely the Jing Shi Rd in the Hanyu Yanshan Zone The site is located between two mountain ridges and as total difference in height of 24m.The topographical situation not only makes the site very attrac-tive but also very challenging at th
14、e same time. 21、城市景观 Cityscape经十路第一排天际线 Silhouette 1.Row Jinshi Road经十路第二排天际线 Silhouette 2.Row Jinshi Road城市风貌设计的一个重要宗旨是将中心一座超高层建筑融入到整个天际轮廓线中。A地块沿经十路的建筑的整个立面形象是凹形,而其后面地块的塔楼高度向中间递增,从而形成一个凸面轮廓线。A3和A8建筑的轮廓线与住宅区建筑一起又形成了凸面形式。CITYSCAPEThe overriding idea is to integrate the main highrise building with its surrounding nei
22、ghbouring buildings into a characteristically designed and comprehensive silhouette. The buildings located directly next to the high-rise buildings produce a concave silhouette of the plots A. The towers located on the plots directly behind the super highrise tower are higher in the middle resulting

41、r the look of buildings and an urban concept in general.A green axis along the plots A2A5A7-B2B5 connects both areas from west to east. The axis is marked by means of a waterway that is characteristic for the landscape planning.Space with green planting and open spaces jut into the waterway from bot

Road and Fenghuang Road south of Jing Shi Road is chara
