People should be treated friendly and this concept will be recognized in all the details of the

21、-Singapore Nanjing eco island phase 1 municipal landscape design” project, we believe that the “urban nature fun” design concept is a suitable response to the sustainable development idea of eco-tech island and the environmental characteristics of the central bar. So the design concept will be furth

22、er extended in this project and applied to the road landscape design.CONCEPT概念发想CONCEPT概念发想“野趣入城野趣入城,融入自然”融入自然”Natural Adventure in The City to Engaged with Nature完全野生的生态并一定能被现代人所接受,美的感受也会因为时空的不同,有不同的评价。在城市环境中,取得其平衡,需要有多重的方式及手法,进行考虑及调和。如何让野趣被感知,是我们认为是值得被注意的重点。所以本项目的设计概念以“融入融入自然自然”作为发想,让野趣可以被具体实现,让人群

23、感受。Full wild nature might not be accepted by modern people and the sense of beauty might vary depending on time and space. In urban surroundings, a balance should be reached through multiple ways and comprehensive consideration. How the nature fun is received, in our opinion, is the focus of our des

24、ign. 26、discovery of nature in the urban surroundings. The Sino-Singapore Nanjing eco-tech island phase 1 municipal landscape design-road landscape design concepts can be divided into three components:_葡萄香葡萄香Smell of Grapefruit最为人所熟知,并且能充分反映在地文化、产业的是葡萄种植的相关产业。Grape planting is the most well-know industrial

29、SE土地使用分布首期开发区域范围内,北端主要是公共用地,南端主要是住宅用地,整个区域内绿地面积较少,且大部分绿带沿道路分部。In the phase 1 development area, the public land mainly locates in the north and residential on the south. It has a large green area in the area and mostly green buffers are located along the roads.优化: Improvements此区域位于全岛中心区域,加强片区绿地景观设计,形

30、成良好的景观效果,也使片区成为连接岛屿南北、东西的生态绿链。This area locates in the core area of the island. The greening landscape design should be reinforced to create a pleasant landscape effect and also make the precinct an eco-green link connecting the whole island._現有土地使用分佈Current Land-Use Plan _设计区域Design AreaCURRENT LAN

31、D USE区域用地分析目前设计范围内, 用地的功能主要集中在产业用以二类居住用地、产业用地及产业居住混合用地,个别分布区域相对集中,但是居住区范围内的集中型绿地较少, 同时分隔长江及夹江,容易形成一个生态系统串连的沙漠。江心洲原有占耕地40%的葡萄园为依托,现有规划用地仍然保留洲首及洲尾的非城市建设用地(水域及农林用地)。在不调整现有用地规划的前提下,利用基础公共建设形成生态串连网络,是较经济可行的方式。 南北向贯穿两个主要用地类别的水道,具有可以形成特征区别明显的滨水绿带。In the current design scope, the main function of the site i

32、s centralized in the second-class residential land, industrial land and the mix-use land. Centralized green land in the residential area is relatively limited and meanwhile Yantze River and JiaRiver is segregated which may result in a continuous eco system desert. Based on the existing grape garden

33、in Jiangxinzhou which takes up 40% of the farming land, the current plan seek to maintain the non-urban construction land of the top and bottom of the island (water area, farm land forest land). While maintaining the current land plan, utilizing the infrastructure to form a connected eco network is

34、economically feasible. The north-south water canal that crosses the two main function areas can form a feature waterfront green area. _現有土地使用分佈Current Land-Use Plan ROAD HIERARCHY道路系统规划目前南北向的岛内主要道路为环岛西路及葡园路,东西向横跨的道路有纬七路及科技路。葡园路为串连非城市建设用地(水域及农林用地)的主要道路, 并且穿越岛中的核心区,成为可以一览江心洲全貌,从乡村到城市面貌的代表性道路。环岛西路沿长江南北

35、布局, 沿线几乎均为非城市建设用地所, 具有形成蓝绿相间道路的潜力。Currently the main roads in the north-south island is West Roundabout Road and Puyuan Road. The east-west direction roads are Weiqi Road and Keji Road. Puyuan Road is the main road connecting the non-urban construction land(water area, farm land forest land), crossi

36、ng the core area of the island. It has become a typical road that offers a glimpse of Jiangxinzhou which transits from the country to city. West Roundabout Road is laid out along Yangtze River, running North-south. All the land along the road is mainly non-urban construction land which gives the roa

38、h various components: drains, irrigation channels, ponds and rivers of different sizes. It has a large water volume and size but the water quality is relatively poor.优化:优化:Improvement:设计循环畅通的水系,使死水变活水;设计生态河道,生态湿地来净化水质。Smooth water circulation should be designed to revitalize water; design eco-canals

39、 and use eco wetland to purify water.EXISTING FAUNA CONDITION现有动植物状况_主要动物物种分析主要动物物种分析 Main animal species analysis江心洲最主要的动物物种是鸟类,大约有69种鸟类停留栖息在岛上密林、农田、居民点等不同的环境中,其中有留鸟28种,候鸟39种,夏候鸟16种,冬候鸟15种,旅鸟8种。这些生物保持了长江洲岛之间的联系。The main animals in the island are birds. There are approximately 69 kinds of birds habi

40、ting in the forests, farm lands and residential and other environments. Among them there are 28 types of residential birds, 39 types of migrant birds, 15 types of summer birds, 15 types of winter birds and 8 types of traveling birds and these birds reinforce the connection between Yangtze River isla

58、 recourses. 诱鸟类植物诱鸟类植物乔木香樟、垂柳、麻栎、 栓皮栎、青冈栎、紫叶李、樱花、梅花、碧桃灌木紫叶小檗、火棘、玫瑰、现代月季、接骨木、醉鱼草、小叶女贞、金叶女贞攀缘植物和曼生植物常春藤、爬山虎、紫藤、葡萄蝶源、蜜源植物蝶源、蜜源植物女贞、南天竹、石楠、醉鱼草、紫薇、月季、金叶女贞、栀子花_动物移动型态动物移动型态 Flana Movement Pattern绿地的生物多样化设计,贵在有全面化的生态网系统,偏颇分段的绿地配臵,容易造成生物漂移、觅食、求偶甚至遗传基因交流障碍。根据德国的研究,通常大部分都不喜欢离开隐蔽的绿地环境太远(如图)。The essence of the
