9、follows :人事部须按如下程序筛选求职者:1. The Personnel staff member shall check all the submitted documents and certificate.检查提交的所有文件和证书。2. A pre-interview shall be organised and a subsequent comment shall be issued by the Personnel Department由人事部首先作面试,面试后进行评估。3. In some cases a step skill test shall be performed

The interviewer

12、 shall have a good understanding of the vacant position needs and have prepared questions that are specifically designed towards the vacant position job profile主持面试者须充分了解空缺岗位职责要求,并仔细根据空缺岗位要求准备问题。2. The main information to be obtained is as follows :如下为提问要点:A. Knowledge and skill relative to the vaca

16、e Personnel Department task has been completed.人事部在完成职责之后,须尽快将合格求职者的全部文件和评估表转交给相关部门经理. The Personnel Department shall arrange an appointment date of interview to select the potential candidate(s) and inform the Department Head concerned if the vacant position is immediately available. If not, all th

19、interviewer, shall be sent back to the Personnel Department for appropriate filing.每次面试后,部门经理须在求职者的申请表和面试表格上注明评语并签字,返还人事部妥善归档。 Interview with the Resident Manager and the GM / DGM has to be organised before final approval. For the Assistant Manager level and above, the approval of the Chairman is ne

20、cessary.申请者必须经驻店经理和总经理、副总经理面试才能最终决定。副经理及其以上职位,须经董事长批准. The Personnel Department shall contact any successful candidate in order to confirm the position, salary benefits, joining date, any other essential condition and the appointment date and time of the contract signing. A format for physical exami

21、nation at a hospital to be designated by the hotel shall also be issued.人事部负责与面试合格的求职者联系通,确认职位,工资福利待遇,开始工作时间,其它相关问题、任命时间和签署合同日期;并且须将在指定医院输健康证的表格准备好。 Where the physical examination has been approved, the employment contract shall display the following signatures :求职者出具健康证后,劳动合同书须有以下签名:1. Approval by

55、ure, job description, any database, bank account, salary scale etcetera . . . must sign a letter accepting the fact that if he / she is copying any confidential information for usage outside the NOVOTEL Hotel (hard copy or soft copy), he / she will be pursuit as a Thief.任何能接触到饭店内部机密文件的员工(例如:饭店规章制度,饭
