ObjectiveThis manual is documented to introduce and explain the new Mot

5、or Vehicle Insurance Program tailored made for Carrefour China to all Stores and offices including placement and claim handling procedures, to ensure that each store has a clear and specific idea of the Motor Insurance so as to achieve the target of centralized control and management of all motor ve

6、hicle insurance under one unified program. 2. Application ScopeThis manual applies to all motor vehicles including cars and trucks owned by registered Carrefour representative offices and/or Carrefour subsidiary companies and companies and organizations for which Carrefour has management control and

7、 joint ventures, as now or hereafter constituted, formed or acquired for their respective rights and interests within the Peoples Republic of China3. InsurerChina Pacific Property Insurance Co. Ltd. (CPIC) a. for Shanghai vehicles: CPIC Shanghai Branchb. for other places: all renewal vehicles shall

8、be placed with CPIC Shanghai Branch; new vehicles purchased shall be placed with local CPIC Branch due to local limitation of car plate application.4. Liability of Insurer1 Basic Covera. Physical Damage b. Third Party Liability (Limit:RMB500,000)2 Extensions: a. Burglary and robbery of whole vehicle

9、 b. On Board Liability (Driver and Passengers, RMB50,000/person) c. Breakage of Glass Cover d. Free of Deductible for Basic Cover3 Period of Insurance Usually the policy is issued on a yearly basis unless some special cases.4 Territorial Limit Within P.R. China excluding HongKong, Macau & Taiwan5. P

10、remiumThe premium of each vehicle is generated by the IT system of CPIC and the rates of third party liability cover for Shanghai vehicles will fluctuate depending on the record in the information platform connected with the Shanghai traffic bureau. The unified discount for Shanghai vehicles is 30%

11、off and for other places is 20% off.6. Placement/Renewal ProcedureConsidering administrative policies on car plate application of new vehicles may vary from city to city, the placement pr

14、ocedure for new cars is different from renewal procedure.1 Placement procedure for new vehiclesIf any store plans to purchase a new motor vehicle, an advance notification should be given to Aon-COFCO. Upon receipt of invoice/purchase voucher and quality certificate, please fax the above documents to

15、 Aon-COFCO, who will contact local CPIC branch to arrange motor insurance. Under urgent circumstances, the store should contact directly with local CPIC branch with the assistance of Aon-COFCO. Upon receipt of the policy, please mail a copy to Aon-COFCO.2 Renewal procedure for existing policies Moto

16、r insurance renewal is arranged on a monthly basis. In each month, Aon-COFCO will get quotation from CPIC Shanghai Branch and fax to the store (format attached in appendix for your nice reference). Please be nicely advised that the rate presented at first may not be the same as the finalized rate on

17、 the policy and the quotation is only valid for three days as a result of system generating mechanism in which the rate fluctuates every 3 days dependent on the information updated in the system. However the difference will not be very large. Each store should confirm the slip with signature and cho

18、p and fax back to Aon-COFCO at their earliest convenience if there are no further questions. Your immediate attention to the fax is highly appreciated.3 Policy delivery After policy issuance, the original policy and insurance card will be mailed to relevant store. A set of policy copies will also be

19、 mailed to Carrefour China Financial department for central filing. 4 Payment settlement Premium settlement is coordinated by Carrefour CPC. Invoices will be mailed to Carrefour China Financial department. An exception is made for insurance of new vehicles placed with local CPIC branches other than

20、Shanghai. Premium in this case will be settled by the store on its own with local CPIC branch.5 Other issues After yearly vehicle examination, please fax or mail the copy of updated driving license to Aon-COFCO. If any store changes any item on the driving license, please also provide a copy to Aon-

21、COFCO. It is crucial since the name of car owner on the policy must be consistent with those on driving license. 8. Claim Handling Telephone Number and Procedure If any claim occurs, please dial1) 021-95500, or2) 021-6677 9900 * motor claims, or 3) Mr Liu Xuping at 021-6677 9900* 1215, 01330 1788 11

22、8reporting to CPIC Shanghai Branch with policy numbers. All of Carrefour Shanghai vehicles are handled by CPIC Shanghai. Vehicles in other areas will be handled through CPIC nationwide network for survey and loss adjustment. Claim documents will be passed to clients by claim surveyors. Once all of t

23、he claim materials have been collected, please mail to CPIC Shanghai Office. If you meet any difficulties in the claim handling, please advice Aon-COFCO, who will coordinate.9. 25、控制或合资的附属公司和关联公司旗下所拥有的机动车辆。3. 保险公司 中国太平洋财产保险有限公司(CPIC) a 上海车辆:太平洋保险公司上海分公司b 外地车辆:所有续保车辆为太平洋保险公司上海分公司;考虑到外地上牌的政策限制,外地新购车辆保险由当地太平洋保险分公司安排。4. 保险公司的责任1 基本险 种a. 车辆损失险 b 第三者责任险(限额:人民币500,000)2 拓展险种a 全车盗抢险b 车上人员责任险(驾驶员和乘客,人民币50,000/人)c 玻璃破碎险d 基本险不计免赔险3 保险期限通常情况为一年,除非特别个案。4 地域限制 中国 境内(不包括香港,澳门 和台湾)5. 保险费用 每辆

26、车的保费由太保计算机系统自动计算而得。其中上海车辆的第三者责任险保费根据与上海交管部门连网的信息平台提供的信息而浮动。家乐福上海地区车辆保险统一折扣为7折,其他地区车辆为8折。6. 在家乐福内部,谁负责车辆保险工作l 全中国(协调):财务部段志奇主要职责:全国保险政策制订,保费集中付款,服务质量监控,索赔案件跟进,l 总部办公室:资产部吴军主要职责:上海总部的新车投保,旧车续保,损失报案,l 区办/区商品部:区营运监控主管主要职责:区办及区商品部的新车投保,旧车续保,损失报案,l 门店:店营运监控主管主要职责:门店的新车投保,旧车续保,损失报案,7. 投保/续保护程序 鉴于不同地区新车上牌的行

27、政政策不一致,新车投保程序有别于旧车的续保程序。1 新车投保程序如果有购买新车的计划,请提前告知中怡。当拿到购买发票/凭证以及合格证后,请将上述文件传真至中怡,中怡将联络当地的太保分公司安排车辆保险。在一些紧急情况下,家乐福各门店在中怡的协助下直接联络当地太保联系人。在收到正式保单后,请将保单及车辆行驶证正本复印件邮寄至中怡。2 现有保单的续保程序机动车辆续保按月进行。每月,中怡将从太保上海分公司获得报价,并传真至各门店(样本见附件供参考)。值得注意的是,由于保险公司电脑系统的原因,最先提供的报价可能会与最终保单上的费率有所不同,报价的时效仅为3日,3日后就会根据计算机系统中信息的更新而自行浮

28、动变化,但是变化不会很大。各家门店如果没有异议,请在传真上签名盖章确认后尽快传真至中怡。您对传真的快速关注对确保整个续保工作的顺利进行是置关重要的。3 保单递送 保单出具后,保单正本和保险卡将邮寄至各店。保单复印件将提供给家乐福财务部集中归档。4 保费结算 车辆保险的保费由家乐福CPC协调结算。所有发票将寄往家乐福中国财务部。其中由外地太平洋保险分公司出具的新车保单例外,此类保费由该门店自行结算。5 其他事项 车辆年检后,请将更新后的行驶证传真或邮寄至中怡。如果有对行驶证上的任何内容有变更,也请将变更后的行驶证复印件提供给中怡。这项工作非常重要,因为保单上的车主名称必须与行驶证上的一致。 8.
