海丝之根15、,新闽南文化魂1.0.1项目概述本项目位于福建省泉州市洛江区境内，东临洛阳江入海口，经千年洛阳桥与对岸的惠安县洛阳镇隔江相望；西靠山体公园；北接324国道；西部以规划（但未建设）的滨江路为界，总规划面积51.27公顷。桥南，一个具有千年历史的闽南村落，曾经是中国海上丝绸之路的起点。而今，当年的万国商贾云集、桅林帆海摇曳的盛景，历经沧海桑田已渐渐归为沉寂、平静和些许衰败而一条以桥南古街为主体联结不同时期的历史建筑凝炼成村庄的筋骨和脉络，依稀掩映出当年曾经的辉煌和繁荣。2004年，泉州市政府提出申报海上丝绸之路世界文化遗产的宏伟计划，使本项目充满无限契机。洛阳桥及其包括桥南村在内的周边地区作为重要16、的海丝遗产保护地，其建设和发展呈现挑战和良好机遇。本项目正是在此背景条件下展开。1.0.1 Bascic information of ProjectThe site is located in Luojiang District,Quanzhou City in Fujian Province.It is close to the Luoyang River estuaryan on east;through the ancient bridge over-looking the Luoyang Town on the other side of the river.It abuts to 17、mountain park on west;meets Route 324 on north;and ends on south at proposed Riverside Road.The planning covers approximately 51.27Ha.Being an ancient village with thousand years history and the starting point of Sea Silk Road in Ancient China,Quanzhou used to be very prosperous,with merchants and g18、oods from all over the world.The past resplendence can still be felt from the well-preserved city structure with a main street and many historic building aside.On 2004 Quanzhou Goverment raised a proposal to apply the World Cultrual Heritage with Sea Silk Road,and made Luoyang Bridge and Qiaonan Vil19、lage the preservation area.This proposal took great opportunities to Qiaonan Village,and our project was brought on board with
