There existing great landsacpe surrounding the site, such as Hongfeng Lake, Moon lake, giving the site a unique external natural context. Gernal slope of the site is gentle except some part of steep hills, which appears in the south west and the west part of the site. Most of the land in the site is covered by grass or partly wasted land except som14、e nice clusters of tall trees among Yingong village and Yangmei village in the east part. Che Tian River crosses the site at the south-east corner of the field, after creating a area of valuable wetland, finally connecting to the Moon Lake to the south.
